East Pearl
Disappointing because there's not much food in town and they had the possibility to be really good. However clearly sometimes the chicken for general tso is old it's very obvious because it's chewy and dry. Also extremely dirty looking place it's hard to believe they don't clean that place more. If locals are driving 30 minutes to get Chinese food, instead of going there, simply do better and serve fresh food in a clean environment.
This place used to be fairly clean. Now when you walk in it looks like someones dealing out of the trap house. Everything is dark and clutter everywhere. My garage is cleaner and more organized. I read another comment that said their general tso chicken tasted bland and a day old. While waiting on our order we witness the dad microwave 2 different dishes in a plastic tray, take them out and pour them into a container. Our chicken fried rice did not taste fresh and while waiting 10 min tonight we did not witness one item being cooked in the wok over a flame like the original couple did every time we were there.
Wong's Buffet
I ate lunch at Wong's with a friend, which was my first time going. The food was fresh and good. There was a good assortment of all my favorites. The waitresses were nice and kept our drinks filled and plates cleared. The price was reasonable for a buffet. I would definitely return.
If you don’t eat meat there really isn’t any options here for you. Very few options altogether. All dry and bland. Paid $40(with tip) for two and ended up having to go elsewhere for dinner after because we hardly ate. The service was good. Very friendly and attentive. Just poor food quality and lack of choices killing this place.
King Buffet
Typical Chinese buffet set up, but the food is actually pretty good, lots of choices. They have a Hibachi grill and some sushi options as well. Staff is very attentive. Prices are pretty reasonable considering todays food prices. Try it out.
So I normally don’t leave low reviews, but this time I had to. The food from the normal buffet was bland and cold. The lo-mein felt like just plain spaghetti and had no flavor. Then when I got the noodles from the hibachi counter, they were undercooked and crunchy. I would’ve given a higher score, but like a few other reviews I saw, I got food poisoning when I got home. I do not recommend coming here. It’s not worth it.
China Cafe
Small hole in the wall, take out only Chinese restaurant downtown East Palestine. Family owned friendly lady. Food tasty and prices are very good for what you get. Not much atmosphere though. Working on opening the dine in spot soon
Food was amazing and people are super nice! They make going in there pleasant and the food is on point!
Chang Tai Chinese Restaurant
Don't be discouraged by the looks. This small town Chinese restaurant is packed full of flavors. I got the bourbon chicken with broccoli and it was cooked perfectly. The fried cheese wontons were fresh and light served with lots of sweet and sour sauce. The lomein was simple yet delicious. I definitely recommend this place to any locals or travelers! Check it out and support the friendly owners! :)
Amazing authentic Chinese food in Columbiana. A sort of a hole in the wall spot but that doesn’t even matter because the food is unbeatable at these prices and the people there are super friendly and hospitable. Their lunch special is amazing. Please come and try their food, you will not regret it.
Sunny's Chinese Restaurant
My son and me like to go to Sunny’s for dinner each week on payday. We get whatever we like off of the buffet and take things to go as well. We like the food here.
We got in dining area for the buffet around 7:30pm ,food was luke warm, and very few choices then the waitress came out sweeping with a broom all through dining room,I asked her to stop while we eat and was ignored. Won't go back
Main Moon Chinese Restaurant (Salem)
All deep fry food was burn eggroll crab rangoo, chicken for sweet and sour. Rice over cook. Never had this problem before. No package sauces. I hope it get better or I will not come back.
I'm not even convinced I was eating real chicken honestly. Place looked worn down, chicken tasted like fish and rice tasted like cardboard. Yuck. Eggroll was alright but service honestly was really weird vibe.
Family Lin
Great food, very fast service too.
First time going in and getting takeout and gotta say loved the food, the service and just everything. Got some great food. I thank you for that. Good place to check out and get some amazing food.
Szechuan Garden
I've had better. Kinda high priced for portions Honestly the sesame chicken and sweet and sour was the best out of all I got Egg rolls were small and probably frozen Crab Rangoon was crispy but like no filling inside Fried rice did not have pork and hardly any vegetables. Was okay tasting Chicken lo mein wasn't bad noodles were different
I dont usually leave reviews, pretty much ever, but I saw some very negative comments and I've had a total opposite experience so I'd like to leave a review. First, one of the reviews said the food is better quality at lunch or dinner time, and I came at 6pm, though there were no other people, I just wanna say I mightve gotten a better end of it. I ordered jumbo fried shrimp, which was not out of this world, but pretty tasty. Then I ordered a lamb with white rice, hot and piquant sauce with zuccini/broccoli/onions/peppers served together. It tasted great, perfect combination of sweet/tangy/and spicy. I do agree, rice tasted a bit dry, but not to the point of stale. It did spread apart, but dried rice doesn't necessarily mean bad, just means less water was put in to make it, and it might be something of their recipe for a purpose. I do feel bad for some ppl who had bad experience here, but this restaurant is 1. Clean 2. Serves clean taste food unlike other so many american-based chinese restaurants who spike their food with msg for instant pleasure. I had a great experience here, nice and quiet place with a combination of peaceful, calm chinese music in the background. I did have my doubts before cuz of the reviews, but It turned out to be one of the better decisions I made today to visit the restaurant. All I'm saying is, before judging a book by its cover from negative comments, it might be worth a try before choosing another place. And it is most DEF better than McDonald's or quick franchise pickup, but obviously I can't speak for others. Good experience overall, good food, price is a bit higher end, but worth the time.
