I never thought I’d have to write a review like this, but my experience at Panda Express (Winston-Salem location) was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered the Super Greens, and to my shock and disgust, I found a fully cooked grasshopper mixed in with the vegetables. This wasn’t a small insect—this was a large, noticeable bug that should have never made it past quality control. I immediately lost my appetite and was completely disturbed by what I saw. Food safety should be the top priority of any restaurant, and the fact that something like this ended up in my meal is beyond alarming. It raises serious concerns about how their ingredients are cleaned and handled. I have reported this to the local health department, and I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously. I also want others to be aware of this incident, because finding a foreign object—especially something as unsanitary as an insect—in food is completely unacceptable. Panda Express needs to step up their food safety practices immediately. I will never eat here again unless I see clear evidence that they have improved their standards. If you care about cleanliness and food safety, think twice before eating here.

Order to go. And I’m shocked at the portions. Literally I had four broccoli and a little bit of the super greens. Feel like they were truly slacking today. I have been to this location multiple times and it’s never been this horrible.

Clean location, courteous staff and the food is good. Great when you don't want a burger. Reasonable prices and large servings.

I just went in here, They charged me $35 for two plates!! I am FLABBERGASTED that is practically $17 each plate… I went back in to ask for a receipt showing how much did each plate come out to her demeanor change as if she was so bothered while printing out the same receipt she originally gave me throwing it onto the counter .. No I didn’t not get anything extra two normal plates w two meats mind you menu says $10 for combos w two meats Please make that make sense I normally pay $32 for 3 plates in Fontana at tasty goody SHOULDVE WENT THERE !

I ordered take out. I called ahead and gave them about 10 minutes. My order was ready when I got there. Very quick & efficient. Excellent food also. I got the General Tso's chicken combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll. It was all delicious. I'll be back!

I've only eaten delivery I can about assure you that it is the best Chinese food and it is delivered absolutely hot and fresh. I'll not use anybody else except them as long as I'm in Winston-Salem. I say hats off to these folks cuz they do a fantastic job.
