Great Wall
I was treated to a meal from this place and I can easily say this is the best Chinese food that I have ever had. The mixed vegetables and bean curd is delicious, perfectly textured and uniquely flavored. The spring rolls were great too! I can’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve never physically been to their location. The food is great though!
The food was OK, I've tasted far better but also far worse. Highlights, the hot and sour soup was hot and the most flavourful thing. My pork lo mein was OK. What makes the difference is how the lo mein is cooked. Mine was extremely soft, almost mushy ( for me and pasta that's a deal breaker )! The flavor was good and the egg fu young gravy was good. Now the worst was the general tao's chicken. It was edible and hot BUT it had the appearance of orange chicken and similar qualities. It lacked the sweetness in the sauce and the spice was as much as a light black pepper sprinkling. The chicken breading was soggy and not a crispy fresh fried breading.
