I usually get the fried rice with shrimp and fried chicken wings. But this time I decided to try the boneless ribs which I have tried it else where before. But the boneless ribs seemed like it had been reheated to many times because the meat was dry and had a weird flavor.

You can $50 on food and they’ll give you 5 packs of duck sauce and a few packs of soy sauce. Then they get mad when you ask for more but if I’m paying over $50 for food it shouldn’t be any issues giving more sauce. The employees are selfish and rude.

Huang's is a great little Chinese take out spot in High Point. The flavors are clean and the proteins and veggies are always cooked nicely. The staff is very friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

Huang's is simple, cheap, but packs the flavor and volume. Highly recommend the dumplings and Mei Fun noodles. You can dine in, just keep in mind it is a smaller establishment where it seems most people do take out or delivery (Doordash).

Had to go twice to see if it was a fluke..it wasn’t! The teriyaki beef was AMAZING. The Egg rolls were fresh and crispy. The General tso chicken and the sesame chicken were crispy, hot and delicious. My server both times was amazing and attentive. Not overly expensive, I got great value for my money. Will definitely be going back and highly recommended to any and everyone

The best orange chicken I think I’ve ever had. Delicious and right amount of heat. They gave me white rice instead of what I ordered, and overheard them saying they forgot shrimp in another order. Nonetheless, food was delicious and fairly priced.

I only came here bc my place was closed today! The first thing I noticed was their low ratings but decided to go ahead anyway.. I ordered a lunch general tos chicken with lo main…my total reflects the dinner price versus me clearly asking for lunch an hour before lunch ended! Why??? Second the general tos chicken was cooked hours before and just sauced when ordered! Do you know how long chicken has to SIT to get sooo tough!?? Why are you guys serving precooked food?!? I’ve been eating Chinese all my life they always say 10 Minutes he said 7 which I thought was odd but now I know its bc we’re skipping frying the chicken.. I won’t return bc my place around the corner has NEVER given me old chicken.. never ….

They got our order 100% correct. There was so much meat, and I had leftovers for days. There was this shrimp dish where the shrimp was so big and tasty, but the flavor of the dish itself was just okay. I got the boneless spareribs combo with pork chow mein, and man was that good. Will go again! As for atmosphere, it's in a sketchy area and it's not really a sit-down. It's more like a drive-through but inside and enough seating for people to wait for their food. But that was fine with me, because we wanted to bring it home anyway. Bonus points for including chili oil without me asking, and bonus points for offering to give me more when I asked about the chili oil (I didn't know it was already in the box).

I blame myself for eating here. I normally pay attention to the reviews but this time I was rushing and I'm now upset with myself. I was charge almost $18 for 6 wings and rice and egg roll. No drink. The chicken taste bland no seasoning. The white sauce is just yum yum sauce from out the store. I sat on the phone ordering and asking questions for about 10 mins the little girls they have working there never told me that I had a option to pick shrimp rice but just assumed I wanted pork rice. The owner(I guess) came out when he heard me ask the girls about the shrimp rice and all he said was" next time ask" and never offered to change my rice or anything. I don't eat pork. So they assumed I wanted pork egg roll and pork fried rice. Terrible customer service and Terrible food. Not sure why they are still open. I traveled across the city to get this disgusting food because the place near my house was closed. Everyone go and try Hibachi and Wings in 5 points. They have different flavored wings. My favorite is lemon pepper (the best I ever had). They have 10 piece $14.99 with rice and a drink. Well worth your money trust me. I recommend no one to ever go to this nasty place Chu's Express needs to be closed or have new workers.

I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years! Best Chinese food in town I’ve liked everything I ever ordered, they are CASH ONLY. The eggs rolls with chicken wings was my younger self go to, now it’s veggie fried rice with egg rolls (don’t forget the duck sauce 😋). Other staples I like are pork fried rice, beef and broccoli, and kung pao chicken I have nothing bad to say. Thank you for servicing High Point all these years don’t sell out to HPU. 🥰😍

I should have put a review a long time ago... everytime i call and place a Togo order.. the lady is always so kind and friendly. They always get my food right and it's always super good. I love it here. I would have to say I order 2-3 times a month. Always the same order and always satisfied. They work hard and I am happy they're running a successful business. Despite of all the negative bias reviews. Check them out for yourself. This is truly a hidden gem.

We’ve lived here a year and have been wanting to try this restaurant; it’s so close. Not sure we’ll be back. I ordered cashew chicken, pork with vegetables, and some Vegetable Lo Mein. Two people came in a while after me, they got their food just before me. That kind of ticked me off. But I figured I would simmer down and just try the food. Both my husband and I felt the food was not amazing. I mean, I hate to say this, but if I want Chinese food, I may have to get it at Panda Express. I wanted to like it. To her credit, the young woman was handling the transactions without skipping a beat. They do have some beautiful fish in an aquarium 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.

Chu's Express is an asian restaurant servicing TAKE OUT ONLY. Located in High Point, this restaurant occupies the corner location of the Center Stage shopping mall. The place was clean and the pleasant lady at the front offered good customer service. The fold was ready in less than 10 mins. I will give props to this place for one thing though.....this was the most neatly packaged take out order......ever. I know my food is not spilling out of the box. A+++ for packaging. This location also has a drive through window. So you can literally call them and pick up the order without going inside the store. Food tasted good and very reasonably priced.

Since PE management didn’t do anything about my complaint to them (2 weeks ago) so I’m just gonna do it here 😉 So I ordered a bigger plate with half chow mein and fried rice, entrees of kung pao chicken, fire wok steak and shrimp and teriyaki chicken. But instead of fire wok steak and shrimp, they gave me beef and mushroom (this is the second time they did my order wrong!) also the portion of today’s order are just half of what I usually get, I got more of bell peppers and zucchini than the chicken LOL, did not realize also that y’all would cut down the portion of third entree into half. Very much disappointed in this trip, especially from this location, as they almost always make mistakes of my orders or sloooooooow, oh and the food here tastes one step below the one in Wendover. Finally the cherry on top, I had diarrhea after eating this. If you wanna try PE, just go to the other location at Wendover, it’s BETTER and FASTER!

Ordered online and it’s always frustrating to pickup. The whole point of ordering online is skipping the line and wait, but you have to wait for the employee to acknowledge you because they hold your food ransom in exchange for you pleading to be acknowledged. Finally, they acknowledge you and you are gifted burnt egg rolls. Not the 1st time this has happened, but almost always. Not to mention how I’ve witnessed employees get into arguments with customers and threaten violence.

Fried rice was good, too many onions tho. They also forgot my noodles in my vegetable chow mein.

to see what i just got for 30$ worth of food is bizarre. ordered the small figuring it would be okay . revived the smallest bowl with maybe 10 pieces of what they say is pork 😂 can get better for cheaper

I am sorry to see so many negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my own experience. I acknowledge that I am biased because, after many visits to the restaurant, I have come to know the family well. They are truly honest, hardworking, and kind people who contribute positively to the community. I understand that the lady can be loud and may come across as ‘rude,’ but that is simply her personality. Once you get to know her, you will see that she is a kind-hearted person. Regardless, I enjoy the food every time, and they often give me extra food for free. On a few occasions when they were busy, they even told me to take the food and not worry about paying. As first-generation Chinese immigrants, they have overcome numerous obstacles and are now sending their son to dental school. Again, I admit my bias because I know them well, but this is my honest review, which I believe they truly deserve.

We ordered crab Rangoon, 2 shrimp rolls, shrimp friend rice, general tso combo and sesame chicken combo. The only thing that tasted good was the Crab Rangoons. The rice was NOT fried rice, was rice and had no flavor. Never again.
