Stir Fry 88
Honestly one of the BEST of this type of cuisine in there! Tender and good food! I hope they stay because they are now my go to!! Only down they didn’t have sweet tea but overall amazing!
The customer service was phenomenal & the food was delicious!! I'll definitely be a repeat customer! I selected the 3 combo with spicy, sweet, & bourbon over rice. The picture shown is of my leftovers for lunch the next day. AMAZING!!!!
Chang Express Chinese
I got takeout on a whim while in town with my daughter, and we liked it so much she asked me to leave a review! We ordered dumplings, spare ribs, and steamed shrimp with broccoli dinners. The service was fast & friendly, and the food was all top quality. The brown sauce that came with the shrimp & broccoli was amazing!! We’ll come back for sure :)
Ordered general tso with chicken lo mein and chicken wings with fried rice. The general tso was kinda hard and the sauce wasn’t really spicy at all, we got a regular fried rice and it was pretty basic with eggs and onion, had to add soy sauce cause the flavor wasn’t anything crazy. The wings were good as usual and they’re always flavorful. The Lo Mein would probably have been better if it was only had vegetables. The chicken in the Lo Mein was kind of nasty, it had this fake chicken flavor and was very gummy. I also wasn’t sure why there was celery in the Lo mein, I’ve never had that before so that was interesting. Everything other than the chicken needed lots of soy sauce.
Happy Garden Chinese restaurant
This restaurant delivers a solid dining experience, offering tasty dishes that satisfy classic cravings. One standout was the chicken fried rice – simple, flavorful, and just what you’d hope for. My spouse was equally pleased with the sesame chicken, which was cooked well and flavorful. One suggestion for improvement would be to add shrimp egg rolls to the menu. While they currently only offer regular egg rolls and spring rolls (which I declined), having more variety could elevate the experience for seafood lovers like myself. Overall, this place is worth a visit for anyone looking for reliable Chinese comfort food. It delivers where it counts – flavor and consistency. Here’s hoping they continue to expand their menu!
I have so many amazing and wonderful experiences with this restaurant. They are open on days when other restaurants are closed. Their food is always fresh and well packaged. The prices are consistent and don't change every month. The quality of the vegetables and proteins used in this restaurant are always on point. I wish they had delivery options, but that doesn't take away from the quality of work they do. I will gladly drive or walk or whatever.I need to do to get their food. PERFECTION is what they serve here!!!
China Garden
I thought it was common knowledge not to use these kind of grill brushes, or any brush with this metal in general. Regardless of how it ended up there, I'd rather the next time I order my favorite food from my favorite place that it NOT have metal pieces in it🙃. Food was super good though right before I chomped down on a piece of metal.
I'm a truck driver for Smith and Jennings construction High Point. I worked the High Point college went in here the other day for the first time for some lunch. Oh my goodness it's the best I've had and they give me tons of food. Couldn't eat it all. Will be back. And tell the world about it. You're missing out if you got need air.
Tops China
I usually get the fried rice with shrimp and fried chicken wings. But this time I decided to try the boneless ribs which I have tried it else where before. But the boneless ribs seemed like it had been reheated to many times because the meat was dry and had a weird flavor.
You can $50 on food and they’ll give you 5 packs of duck sauce and a few packs of soy sauce. Then they get mad when you ask for more but if I’m paying over $50 for food it shouldn’t be any issues giving more sauce. The employees are selfish and rude.
Wonderful Chinese Restaurant
I placed an online order at 1:32pm for honey chicken and vegetable fried rice lunch special. It also came with a soup. Typically, lunch specials at Chinese restaurants come with an egg roll. While ordering, I made a note to get white rice if available since it wasn’t listed as an option. Online ordering said 20 minutes but I didn’t think it would take that long. I arrived at 1:46pm. It wasn’t busy at all. I received my order a couple minutes later. I ate when I got home and it was the perfect temperature. The chicken was somewhat hard and dry. I am unsure how fresh it was. The honey sauce on the chicken was okay. It wasn’t what I was expecting from what I’ve gotten from other places. I didn’t try the soup because I didn’t even want it; it just came with the combo. Overall, it was okay. I’ve had better.
I went here to get Wonton soup while I had a cold snd the service was wonderful, thefromt desk person was friendly, and he even wished that I get better after completing my order. The atmosphere is a little dark for me, like they don't get much traffic and it appears old. The soup was ok. I don't ear pork so I asked to hold the pork strips, and Wonton's basically just broth with scallions, but the broth was a little bland for my taste. I had to spruce it up when I got home.
Panda Express
Not sure what these worm looking things are in the orange chicken but I had to toss the whole meal after noticing it, wasn’t worth the risk. Wont be eating Panda Express anymore.
Great place in a booming city, highly recommend the food was fresh and the service was great. Most restaurants like this their food is usually dry but not here they keep everything up to standards . They were super clean and the staff were awesome. 10/10 I highly recommend.
Golden Wok
This is like a busy New York City Chinese joint! I called at 6:20pm, they said 35-40 mins. I walked in and paid at 6:55pm and left at 7:20pm. Food was hot when I got home 14 minutes later. Will come back for sure!
My friend picked us up dinner. She got the spicy shrimp and broccoli with Lo mein and I got the sesame chicken with fried rice. The lo mein, Shrimp and Chicken were all good. The rice was hard and needed to be cooked longer. They came with Egg rolls which were both delicious.
Gourmet China
Beautiful birthday lunch! Not only was it delicious but my body feels very well and healthy now! I like spicy and unusual so I got the ox tongue and tripe. Absolutely delicious and spicy enough to take my tongue off if I didn't keep it moving, LOL Definitely going back and I'll try the vegetarian stuff next time for you guys. *This is a lovely Mom and Pop organization. It is more of an organic flow so don't expect assembly line efficiency necessarily. Staff is incredibly attentive and will get to you when it's your turn. It's more of a collaboration than a demand situation.
The food here is delicious! This is my go-to spot when I'm craving that spicy, mouth-numbing Sichuan food. Highly recommend the ma po doufu, cold steamed chicken with ginger garlic sauce, and Chongqing xiao mien. Your taste buds can thank me later 🌶
P.F. Chang's
PF Chang’s has gone downhill over the years, but it’s still pretty good. Make a reservation if you’re going on the weekends, because it’s busy. The orange chicken (ask for it spicy) is tasty. We had to ask for extra sauce for the Pad Thai because the cooks forgot to add it. It’s also pretty expensive.
Katie was very sweet and did an excellent job! As always PFChangs have the best Chinese food in US! Highly recommend for good quality meals that don’t upset your stomach!
China Capital Restaurant
Had to go twice to see if it was a fluke..it wasn’t! The teriyaki beef was AMAZING. The Egg rolls were fresh and crispy. The General tso chicken and the sesame chicken were crispy, hot and delicious. My server both times was amazing and attentive. Not overly expensive, I got great value for my money. Will definitely be going back and highly recommended to any and everyone
The best orange chicken I think I’ve ever had. Delicious and right amount of heat. They gave me white rice instead of what I ordered, and overheard them saying they forgot shrimp in another order. Nonetheless, food was delicious and fairly priced.
Peking Wok
I had higher hopes for this little spot. We ordered food for delivery via Uber Eats, so we did not experience the restaurant, service or ambiance first hand. The food was a major letdown. Everything we ordered was bland without any real flavor that you’d expect from take out Chinese food. It came piping hot so we knew it was made fresh and the actual delivery time wasn’t the issue. Egg Foo Young: bland. Lo Mein: no flavor. Orange Chicken: no real breading, too soft on the outside and dry chicken within. Hot and Sour Soup: wasn’t hot or sour. We won’t be ordering again unfortunately.
My co worker and I decided to stop by and order dinner from here. She got the general tso' chicken, crab ragoons and sugar donuts and I got shrimp with broccoli and a shrimp egg role. She thought her food was ok, my shrimp were over cooked but the egg roll was very flavorful. Donuts were ok, they could have had more sugar on them. We didn't wait to long for our food.
