I genuinely don't understand anybody being upset about this place. They only offer carry out, and it is a Chinese based restaurant out of Pittsboro. Take it for what it is and appreciate that they are offering something that no one else in town has to offer. I can call in food and 5 minutes later have something to eat that is both not high-end but also completes the desire I have something to eat that isn't overpriced cultural based food. The same people who are complaining about this restaurant are also the same people who complain about the only Mediterranean spot in town. It's not like we have a ton of options, and it's not like this place advertises himself as the best option and all the land.

Honestly I was a little nervous to try this place after reading some previous reviews, glad I did! This place was absolutely delicious. Food was hot and fresh, even the broccoli was fresh. I got general Tso’s chicken and Singapore noodles. If you’re looking for casual Chinese take out give this place a shot!

Called to ask if they could make black pepper shrimp although it was not listed on the menu. They said they would "ask the chefs" and call me back, which I thought was odd in general. Maybe 10 minutes later I called again and asked the same question-- it was getting late and I needed to find somewhere to order. I told them if they couldn't make it, it was totally fine and I'd find somewhere else to eat. They said they were still waiting on the response from the back and would call me back. 10 mins later after no call, I call again.. she said "Good news! We asked the owners and they said we can make that for you". She proceeds to take my order (upcharged sides, asks if I want the egg roll etc), and then gives me a time and a price.. 10-15 mins goes by, and I get a call from some rude lady telling me that black pepper shrimp was not on their menu and I could not order it and what else did I want. I told her the process I had just gone through and that I was told that they could accomadate... long story short she hung up and canceled my order. This whole situation took almost an hour. It's now past 9pm and I have to find a new place to order and hopefully be able to get some food. Waste of time and bad customer service.

Great hot and fresh food every time! Fair prices and big portions too! I've been ordering here for years and never had a bad meal!

Haven't been to the mall in forever & today decided to give Sino Wok a try. Service was great & overall serving size was enough for a family but everything lacked flavor (not enough sauce) seasoning on chicken & every piece was dry. I ordered the 2 item & rice combo Bourbon/ Mandarin Chicken. This place use to hit years ago but would I order from here again... Probably not. The total with egg roll was a bit over $12 but I should have stuck with my 1st choice of the Thai location which offered samples 😊

Chinese fast food inside the Cross Creek mall food court. The food was ok and the portion was good. Hot oil costs $1 extra.

January 4, 2025, 6:45 PM. Seems like call in and online orders are more important than in-person orders here because I was standing there at the order counter for 3-4 minutes before an "employee" asked me for my order. They didn't take my order until about 7-8 people got in line behind me. I asked for the "bigger plate" meal, which consists of 3 entrees. She asked if I wanted all 3 in the tray with the rice! They never do that. There would not be enough room for all that in the tray. Otherwise, my order would have been a bloody mess or just short-changed on my food. Someone needs extra training. I said no, I will have 1 entree in a separate container. "Which one do you want in the separate container?" I'm not going back to this place due to the incompetence of their staff. The location in town on Raeford Road is much better.

Bought to go food and surprise... received a burnt egg roll. On top of that, I had a very "charismatic" cashier that seemed to be disappointed at me because I didn't want to "round up" the price of my meal. She joked on how the credit card reader was having issues with my payment getting processed, because I didn't rounded up the meal price. This certainly was very childish and unprofessional.SMH... your not entitled to someone else's money! Also, Keep your opinions to yourself. Keep this place outside your "fast food to-go places". Do not recommend.

Ordered the Dragon & Phoenix, Beef with black bean sauce and Mongolian pork. Delish! Our server Nick was quick to take our order and made sure to keep our drinks refilled. And the owner is so pleasant, greeting you like a long lost friend. Yeah, the place looks closed from the outside, but inside it's cozy and comfortable.

I ordered from here through grub hub, and asked them to please make sure their packaging was securely closed and tamper proofed. This was how I received my food. When I called them back, they were very argumentative and said it was hard to close the bag. This here is completely open. Being a $60 order. I am not a comparative person, but I just want others to beware that if you get it through a delivery service, be prepared to receive it like so.

Poor customer service. Didn't even get my order in before I was totally turned off. Trash! (Mine you I'm hearing impaired and I shared that. Did you just yell at me??)

We ordered a vegetable fried rice and also chicken and broccoli. We weren't sure if they did have vegetable fried rice or they made it for us (which, if the case, was super kind). However, eveything tasted natural!! The chicken was really tender btw and the juices from chicken and broccoli tasted yum. Also, we didn't have that heaviness feeling which usually comes to us with added food coloring or preservatives.

Everything I have eaten here has been good. Especially the house special lo mien. I eat that more than anything else. They could remodel and fix up the restaurant to make it more enjoyable to eat in house. But I always do take out. The lady at the register is friendly and helpful.

Spent over 50 bucks here getting a family pack and teriyaki chicken sticks. The menu says that the family pack was supposed to come with a 2 liter coke. It didn't. When I called and asked them about it they say it stopped coming with the soda but yet the price is still the same and the menu says it does. I don't like the fact they didn't state that when I ordered the food and it can be easily fixed editing the menu. This is a simple way to lose a high paying customer.

They usually do a good job with the quality of the food and forgetting something here and there is understandable until they forget your son’s entire entree for his kids meal….

My wife and I have eaten here quite a bit and the food and service has always been top notch tonight we ordered not only was my wife missing an item from her entree but the food was sub par at best when we called to ask about her missing food we were lied to and then said our only option was to get a refund from door dash this will be the last time we order from this location ever again do better panda your customers are your livelihood.

I walked in with my child excited to get some beef and broccoli. I ordered it without MSG and the rude lady asked did i have a problem with it and i told her yes i do and she rudely says " i can't com for you then" and walked away. Like seriously wow! I have been to many Asian food spots and asked for that not to be added in and it's fine. Wont be returning here ever. There was bugs at the door upon leaving anyways!

I'm just gonna say whatever they did with the egg drop soup. 10/10 I remember the first time I tried it I was not a fan but now it's perfectly seasoned I get a large every time. I love the egg drop soup and the fact this place is so close to my house to. I love the dumplings as well. I can get that and my egg drop soup and leave happy.

3.9 overall Good prices, portion and decent flavor with a very nice owner/front lady. Order was done fast and easy, tasted fresh. Chicken could have been more crispy, noodles could use a tad more flavor and rice was a tad dry, but again not bad for the price - it's fast food!

The chicken is dry .the beef fried rice taste hard with no flavor . The egg rolls is disgusting the french fries were cold with no seasoning but the lady was super nice the dislikes was I seen she had on gloves but the cook didn't that's weird

Hardly we give a lower rating but this place needs this so that they consider it in making it better. To start of, first easy things that restaurants can do is organise food. No item was named which is easy thing to do and when we asked staff each of them gave different answers and no one really knows everything. Foods not that great with every chicken tastes almost same. Salad just has long celery, they doesn’t have time to cut small atleast. Only cookie ice cream is something that we liked along with fruits. Will never ever visit this place again.

I can’t give this restaurant a 3 star rating. It was just too disappointing. First thing that was a disappointment is the ambiance. The lighting is too bright. Plus, they keep the large bins for food scraps, trash, and dirty plates literally only a few feet from patron tables and it is next to one of the buffet lines. It was sorta gross and probably a health code violation. The food… They have 4 buffet rows and a diverse selection of Chinese, Asian, and American cuisines. Some things I tried were ok and others were not. The basics like the rice, broccoli, curry chicken, egg drop soup were good. Unfortunately the spring rolls were soggy, the seafood was dry and hard, the pork was tough and chewy, the skewers were fatty, and the lo mein was really greasy. We were there for supper when the food should have been at its best. The reviews saying this is good Chinese food must not know what actual good Chinese food tastes like outside of Sanford. I don’t have any desire to eat here again. Perhaps if my husband is really craving Chinese food I may reconsider and give them another chance because you can’t beat their affordable $10.95 buffet price and they do have a wide selection.

Standard hole in wall Chinese spot. Food was hot and good. My order was correct. It’s not P.F. Chang’s, but that’s obvious. I enjoyed my food; it but the spot. I recommend for an easy take out dinner.

This was our go to for Chinese. The last 3 orders have been wrong. They also started skimping on the proteins. Shrimp with broccoli was all broccoli and 3 shrimp. I figured they wouldn’t skimp on beef with the pepper steak and onions, boy was I wrong. This place has definitely gone downhill….
