I tried the Roujiamo and Hot & Sour Noodles at this restaurant, and both were absolutely delicious! The Roujiamo was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with a generous portion of flavorful meat. The hot & sour noodles had the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, with chewy noodles that soaked up all the flavor—so addictive! The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the place was clean and cozy. It really reminded me of the taste of home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The spice level was just right, and the broth was deeply satisfying. I especially loved the xi an Flour cold noodle, which were packed with bold and aromatic seasonings. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It truly felt like a taste of Xi’an right here!
