I recently moved from Vegas and this has been my go to spot. The food and service is always high quality. Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve waited no more than 20 minutes which to me is very convenient for quality food. I haven’t walked through the front door without being greeted in a welcoming way so I won’t be ordering elsewhere for sure.

I just moved to Concord and the kindest Ms. Bing greeted me, let me know they had additional vegetarian options not on the menu, and she also included a special vegetarian treat. Incredibly quick service, and the food is absolutely phenomenal! Cannot recommend more highly. Will definitely become a regular!

Easily among my favorite Chinese restaurants in the country. The woman the counter is so sweet, and the food is consistently delicious! I recommend Saa Shaa shrimp, chicken broccoli on lo mein, and the boneless pork spare rib on fried rice!

Not a place we will visit again. Everything was over-breaded and over-fried, not very flavorful. Some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The restaurant is tiny with beat up booths, not a place you’d want to sit and eat.

I'm no connoisseur on sushi but what we had I thought was very good and fresh tasting. Loved the amount of seaweed salad given in the bento box!! 🍱 Everything was tasty!

Love the Christian vibes of this restaurant! Christian music and very kind workers. The food portion was great for the cost. Next time I’ll get white rice as the fried rice wasn’t my fav. We will try the bento box next time!! We had fried pork dumplings, miso soup, a flaming roll and general tso chicken

I am new to Charlotte and was craving some Chinese food. Back in Atlanta there was this one spot I’d always go too, and I swear they had the BEST food! I wanted to find that same deliciousness here with that kind customer service. I’m happy to say I’ve found it now! This place is fantastic! It reminds me of home. Great portions, great price, great customer service. Lady at the counter was very kind both over the phone and in person! I got the Mushu pork, 10/10 y’all. 10/10! GO HERE!

$15.99/adult dinner Food was only hot when staff refilled. Lucky, they do re-stock quite often. Plenty of food selections including hibachi and pho soup station. Our server was also friendly.

It was my first time visiting this place, and I liked the food. The variety of dishes was sufficient for a good meal. However, I found the service somewhat unpleasant because a tall waitress blatantly demanded a tip and, in the end, never brought me my change. This fundamentally upset me, so I approached her myself to remind her. She reluctantly handed me my change with a very unpleasant expression on her face. This left a bad impression, making it feel like tipping was my obligation rather than my personal choice. There is a large parking lot and a hotel nearby. The location is very convenient, and there is a shopping plaza not far from here. So, if you have time, you can stop by this place.

My usual go to Chinese restaurant was closed. A friend told me this place had good food so we decided to go there. I now question their judgment. Although there are a few small tables this place is definitely more suited for takeout than dining in. The woman at the counter was very cold and unfriendly. The food was cooked very quickly however. We took the food home. The egg rolls were adequate. It went downhill from there. The hot and sour soup was neither. The crab rangoon was not crisp. The chicken lo mein was somewhat greasy although the noodles were a pleasant Al dente. I did have to search very hard to find any chicken in it however. Overall this is typical Americanized Chinese food with little flavor. If you're searching for authentic Chinese food there are far better options some very close. I was very surprised by some of the reviews that said this is authentic Chinese food. If they're experiencince in Chinese dining is limited to take out Chinese food from strip malls then that may be authentic to them. The online reviews seem to be hit or miss. I definitely hid it on a miss day. I will not be returning and I certainly will not miss it.

Super good Chinese food! We ordered jumbo garlic shrimp and usually the shrimp are small and you have to hunt for the three in the dish. These shrimp were huge and there were a lot of them. Fried rice was simple and so good. Highly recommended to try. Definitely our go to place from now on.

We are regulars, usually getting takeout at least once a month until a few months ago. The fried rice and lo mein have had a burnt/smoky flavor which is very overpowering making it taste terrible. We gave it a break for a few months and tried again tonight and thw food has that same smokiness to it. The egg rolls get smaller and smaller and the crab rangoon was chewy. We will not be eating from here again for a while, very unfortunate as it’s been so good and consistent for years up until recently.

I haven't tried this place in many years until yesterday. I got the sesame chicken and chicken lo mein combos with fried rice and egg rolls. The only thing truly tasty was the chicken lo mein. Egg rolls are not stuffed with much and over cooked. The fried rice wasn't fried rice, mushy... eat at your own risk. Service was fine and quick. It will be another few years before I try it again.

The scallion chicken is absolutely delicious. Egg drop soup excellent! We were the only people in the restaurant. I am not sure why more people don’t be here. It was delicious!

Food was really good, best I've had since all of my favorite places closed. Really friendly people but the food was great especially since they use all white chicken meat for the chicken fried rice.

See the lo mein below

I order vegetable lo mein!! What is this?? Spaghetti & Soy Sauce?? They feed us any damn thing!! Shama shame shame.. Hell I could have threw some spaghetti & soy sauce in a wok at the house and called it lo mein

Amazingly good flavor, taste and portions. 2nd time ordering and I couldn't be happier with the consistency of the flavor & taste. Only ordered delivery. Thank you for tasty cuisine!

I spent over $20 on garbage. Fries were not cooked small plate of rice and general tso chicken had no taste. She said ten mins and that I never heard of any Chinese food taking ten mins. I believe they serve old frozen food. Don’t buy from them. I had the palest fries I ever seen. Worse Chinese I had in NC. They need to be investigated for what they serve folks. I can bet many violations.

First time here (since most of the times I don't carry cash). The food is good. I ordered the House special lo mein. I was surprised to see how affordable it was, 11$ for it. In other places it's like 15$. After I left i realized that I forgot to ask for some hot oil because I prefer my lo mein to be spicy so I was kinda sad but then I opened the bag and to my surprise they had put a small cup of hot oil with my order. I appreciate little things like this since most Asian restaurants don't offer it. And it was really hot; other hot oils I've tasted are not spicy at all. Will definitely come back

Me and my friends and family have been eating from here for years and every single time it hits good, the people are nice and friendly and the food is always worth it

Tried this restaurant this evening. It's in a shopping center off of Highway 49 in Harrisburg, NC. I asked several people that I saw going in and out of here what they thought of the food and got all good comments. So I went in and ordered two dishes with a size of egg rolls. Shrimp with mixed vegetables and my favorite, sweet, and sour chicken. The dishes were served with fried rice, which was very yellow with a sprinkling of peas and carrots. My hubby enjoyed his shrimp dish and said it was tasty. He will order it again. I enjoyed my sweet and sour chicken dish as well. A little different on the fried rice but the portion side was plentiful. They are pretty quick with the service. You cannot sit down here dur to not enough employees per a sign, but the take out is quick and convenient. They do door dash and have an extensive menu. All in all we will come here again since close to us.

I recently ordered takeout from Chong Chin, and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing! I got the Triple Crown and the Crispy Double Delight, and both dishes were packed with bold flavors and the perfect level of spice. The Triple Crown was a fantastic combination of shrimp, chicken, and beef, cooked to perfection with fresh veggies and a rich, flavorful sauce. Every bite was balanced and satisfying. The Crispy Double Delight was equally impressive—crispy, crunchy, and full of heat! The texture was spot on, and the spices added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the dish. Even as takeout, the food was hot, fresh, and well-packaged. If you’re a fan of spicy, high-quality Chinese food, Chong Chin is a must-try! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.
