The place is very nice and clean. Good service. The only concern I have is, they brought ham fried rice when we asked for steamed rice and I don't usually bother for small confusion but, since I don't eat pork, it's bothered me little especially when they put it in same plate with my dinner.

Blossom Chinese & American Cuisine in Saratoga Springs, UT, offers a delightful fusion experience for those days when you're craving Chinese-American classics with a side of comfort. I started with the classic Chinese takeout plate, a combination of fried rice, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour goodness. The fried rice was perfectly fluffy, with just the right hint of seasoning to remind you that sometimes, less really is more. The sesame chicken came with a slightly sticky glaze, speckled with sesame seeds, giving it that slight crunch you crave in every bite. And as for the sweet and sour? Let's just say the sauce was so good, I found myself double-dipping with zero shame. Then, there's the egg drop soup with crispy wonton strips on top. It had that nostalgic, comforting warmth you look for in every good Chinese restaurant soup. The taste? Subtly seasoned, not too salty, and thick enough to make you feel like you're having a hearty starter before diving into the main feast. Overall, Blossom Chinese & American Cuisine hits the mark for classic flavors with no frills – just good, dependable, tasty food. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to revisit for that cozy, familiar experience!

3.5 ish...All the food was fine. The "fried" gyoza and dumplings were actually fried in a fryer it seems...not pan or wok fried, so a little sad. The sushi entrees were the star of the show as were the egg rolls. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you want to dine in the inside was warm and inviting.

Delicious!!! It’s only a trip into toga to stop at this great place! I usually stick to one by me but this is definitely worth a trip to get such good food! Not just tasty, priced so we can enjoy it as our new weekly treat. The nice lady who came out to ring me up was so friendly and nice I can’t wait to go back! Check it out and you will be making it your usually weekly treat, I know we will!

0 stars. Eating here was so bad. We went with orange chicken, cashen chicken, lo mein, just traditional vegetable dishes hoping for a good delicious white sauce. Everything we got was poison. I was starving and didn't even touch any of it. The smell of the white sauce dish was so bad it reminded me of a burt pan mixed with rotten broccoli 🥦. 50$ later my whole family was talking about never eating Chinese ever again. Family meal of four at this place left us all wanting to be vegetarians. Also their chicken was slimy and chewy. Felt like it came out of a can. Orange chicken was skinny, small strip of chicken. Could taste old oil. Soy sauce flavor in all their dark sauce dishes...yuck! Read all the one star ratings after, they are spot on, Ramen noodle would taste better.

Great spot! Very clean. Staff members were super friendly and attentive. We loved everything we ordered. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We did the family meal today. It was great. Best fried rice I've had at 🐼. We got a text that the food was ready 12 minutes before the estimated pickup, so that was a bit worrisome. The food was warm enough, but not super hot like we'd prefer. If it had been cold I would've complained they got it ready too early. Also missed out special instructions. But, the food ended up great and it was a fast easy day date for us. Honey Shrimp, Angus Steak, Orange Chicken, Fried Rice and Chow Mein Noodles. Next Review: Just shared a plate. Same stuff cause that's how we roll. Was good. They were bagging it up right as we arrived. Shrimp was lukewarm. Rest was great temp. All was good.

Seems like the portions were very small compared to every other time I've been to Panda Express. If you order ahead expect to be waiting 15 minutes longer than they tell you. Decent food but service was lacking.

First chinese place I've been to where the spring rolls are the size of normal egg rolls (obviously, this is a good thing). Extremely tasty, I burned my mouth on them, 10/10. The General Tso's tasted like soap. I realized that it was due to cilantro. Still tasted pretty good, so I'm not complaining too much. Definitely doesn't skimp out on the chicken like some places do. You're absolutely getting your money's worth.

I usually go to a different establishment, but I wanted to try something different. The food was terrible. The fried rice tasted burnt and the chicken was old. The only good part was the spring rolls. Never again.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling through the town. Owner is courteous and the service is really fast. Food was good too, just the restaurant itself is pretty dark and not that well kept. I wish they would keep it cleaner and more welcoming aesthetically. The food is served in disposable utensils which creates lack of quality of service otherwise people are very nice.

Me and my 2 other friends ordered from here today. We found 2 strands of hair embedded in 2 of the orders of chicken broccoli with white rice. My friend found one long strand of black hair in his rice and I found on my order a white/blonde piece of hair. Overall not the best experience check your food! The woman who took our order was rude and when we asked for a refund, she hung up and also accused us of placing the hair in the food. Very unprofessional!

Don’t understand all of the bad reviews. Been ordering from here for years. It is slightly greasy but the food is great. The chicken is always crispy unlike other Chinese restaurants. And the price can’t be beat. Love the general tsos chicken combo.

Uncle Mings is your classic american chinese restaurant. It’s not going to blow you away like a place in NYC or in China. It gets the job done and they’re very good at what they do while staying affordable with great portion sizes. Me and all my friends go here often and recommend it to all who crave some asian cuisine. Location is unbeaten as well.

Food was cold, dry and not good. When I did the math my total should’ve been $14 and some change. Didn’t get my receipt from the lady probably because she charged me $21 for chicken, one side and an egg roll. Now that I read reviews this seems to be a common issue. Would not recommend this place.

She over charged me It was 37 dollars on the register then when she tried my card it popped up saying it was 40 dollars she is over charging and taking extra money. I would never recommend this place ever!

If I could give negative stars I would, we ordered 2 combos online one general tso with veggie fried rice, and sesame chicken with white rice. We indeed did not get 2 combos we got, a large thing of sesame chicken side of white rice, and a combo that was also sesame chicken with white rice(tasted like straight peanut butter). When we called to see if we could get it correct they told us that what we said we got was correct and that they didn’t mess up, we also stated it tasted like straight peanut butter and they said that is normal? - never have I ever ordered sesame chicken anywhere else that tasted like peanut butter. We also got sweet and sour chicken and it was more like sweet and sour breading. There was little to no chicken in it. We live 20 mins away they won’t deliver to us and all I wanted was the correct meal and they refused to do so.

The food is nothing special. Their fried rice needs a revamp. I've eaten at numerous Chinese food places within the five boros of nyc, in some interesting areas to say the least, and they're was always better than Sunny Wok. Lunch specials have gone up in price while their portions are smaller. Do better!
