Great customer service and delicious food! The decorations were also beautiful. If you are in Liberty, NY it's definitely worth trying.

The space was cute and food was EXCELLENT. Everything was tasty but the standouts were the spring rolls and the pad thai. Great depth of flavor and good portions. Staff was friendly and we spoke with the owner. She was so warm and welcoming and knows how to cook! Will definitely be a new go to when I visit the area

Great stop for lunch. Seated quickly, orders taken and full drinks placed. Food came out fast as well. Had the wonton soup which started the meal off nicely and finished off with their General Tso lunch special. So much food for such reasonable prices. Great choice for a good meal packed with flavor.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for as long as I can remember and the food is phenomenal. The staff are kind and polite. I have many fond memories of meals with my family here at this place when I was a child and now I have shared this place with my own family and they are hooked, too.

Passing through Liberty, NC, I decided to grab a quick bite at China House Chinese Restaurant after noticing a sign on the door addressing their understaffing issues. Understanding the challenges small businesses face, I patiently waited for my order, hoping to support a local spot. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered the Black Pepper Chicken Combination Plate, which turned out to be a big mistake. What I received was essentially a plate of green peppers with a sprinkle of chicken—clearly using the peppers as filler to compensate for the lack of meat. Alongside the green pepper overload was a heap of rice, making the dish feel more like a budget-friendly vegetable stir fry than a proper chicken plate. To make matters worse, the egg roll was laughably small, barely larger than a tube of chapstick. I took before-and-after pictures, showing just how much filler I had to scoop out to get to the little chicken that was actually there. Small restaurants struggle to survive, especially in small towns—but cutting corners on portion sizes and quality is not the way to keep customers coming back. If they’re having this much trouble in a town with limited options, they wouldn’t stand a chance in a bigger city where competition is fierce. Final Verdict: 0/5 – I will NOT be returning. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal, you’re better off driving a little further for better quality and portions. Photos posted for reference.

Had the general tso lunch special. Food had good flavor but the chicken was rubbery and was a very small portion compared to other places. Vegetable Fried rice was good with nice flavor but also smaller portion. Would I try other food? I think so— I would try a few more menu items.

We dropped in on our way to an event nearby..found the restaurant clean and quiet early on a Friday evening...food was hot and fresh....wife had shrimp and broccoli and I had Chicken and broccoli...

10 years later, Hard Wok is still my favorite Chinese place anywhere around. Wonderful couple running it for years, always consistent, always satisfied. Great food, good prices. Try the salt & pepper shrimp, very addictive.

I’m a stranger from out of town, but wow this place was good! A shout out to Ella, she was lovely - delicious food, and a clean space. While we were here we saw a flurry of patrons, the kitchen definitely kept busy. 10/10 recommend

Outside looks rough. I think it was an old Dairy Queen in its past life. Food is good though. I avoid the sushi side and stick with the Chinese options. Hot and sour soup never disappoints, and they usually don't overcook the vegetables in their dishes which is a big win in my opinion. Eggrolls are hit or miss depending on whether they've changed the grease recently. Order ahead and pick up inside. There's always a line in the drive-through.

Atmosphere is bright and vibrant and the couple who own the restaurant are very sweet and provide wonderful service. The most authentic Colombian food I have ever had in NY state and it was absolutely delicious. The empanadas were so on point with the textures and flavors, the shredded carne and chicken were perfectly cooked and tender. We got the Papa Chula and the Arepa Mixta. So far, the best food of our stay in the Catskills! Incredibly fresh and delicious. The guacamole, salsa, corn tortillas - everything was freshly made on site. Catalope juice was heavenly. This is Authentic Mexican food.

The tacos are a flavorful symphony of taste, making every bite a delight. While the service and setting may not be top-notch, the outstanding culinary experience is worth the visit. I will go back for sure to try different dishes.

Good food, typical Greek diner food, tasty and at decent prices. Not much atmosphere, but it is clean and efficient. Good option to stop by and recharge on your way to the Catskills trip or heading back to the city...

The food here never disappoints. The Greek salad, Gyro special with pork and chicken, and the bread they serve with it are some of my favorite items. The service is very good. My only issue is some of the staff could be a bit more friendly. The owner is always very welcoming. The atmosphere is okay. It seems like the inside could use a little updating. They do have an outside seating area but I have never sat there but it looks nice.

Great little bar and grill! We watched the baseball game while we ate delicious burgers and drank great beer! We had the mushroom Swiss burger w sweet fries, classic cheeseburger w onion rings and pork sliders w regular fries - all were delicious. Catskills brewing beers were great and our server Sherri was awesome and helpful. Highly recommend!

I ordered my burger well done, French fries definitely did not look like the pictures, they were super skinny and stringy. I requested to have the french fries well done and crispy, as well as the wings well done and crispy, the wings actually look like the chicken skin was whitish and dryed out. SUPER DISAPPOINTING !!!

Gosh I am sorry for putting this on here but we have had this happen in the past several times. We have been getting pizza here for many years and usually it is really really good or just plain awesome but tonight my husband wanted to treat us and give me a break but we are so disappointed ☹️ The pizzas are beautiful on top and burnt bad on the bottom and makes it so bitter Everyone is always so friendly and our orders are always ready on time. We have had it over cooked or partially burnt but not like this. I used to make pizza the same way in the same type of oven many years ago and i think the oven temperature was just to high. My husband is highly disappointed. It would have been delicious otherwise.

We always order and pick up a whole pizza because it's by far the best in town. Always delicious, perfect chewey crust, great tomato sauce, just the toppings we like.

I LOVE their Grandma Pizza!! The sauce is spot on. The crust is nice and thin. If you’re tired of the “same old same old,” check them out! This will be your new favorite pizza!

Server was a bit rude too my girlfriend, when she texted me too come in the place was pretty nice it looked good but the server had a rude vibe/attitude.The food was okay nothing crazy just wished the service wasn’t that bad.
