Have been coming here since 2011, though took a long break as I was no longer working in the area. The food is just as good now as it was then. Delicious sauces, dishes always hot, great portion size, and prices. The establishment is very clean and workers are always friendly. Glad I'm back in the area so I can treat myself more often again!

Been a while since I had Chinese takeout food this great. Traveling back from east end, made a stop over and dine in. There’s only 2 tables, one for table of two, other table of four. Curry chicken 9.9/10. Sauce just needs a pinch more thickening. But the flavors, wow. Very delicious. Beef with garlic sauce. 10/10. Kids are the toughest food critic. Will not eat unless the flavors are great and the beef is tender. It’s devoured. Great portion of beef with right balance of veggies. Broccoli blanched perfectly. Celery cooked just right, not too soft, not too raw. Same with carrots and snow peas. Excellent cooking technique. Flawless execution. General Tso chicken. 10/10. One of the best takeout gen tso chicken ever had. Very crispy, not too much batter, right amount of chicken meat ratio. The star of the show. The egg rolls. 10/10. This place now sets the new bar what 10/10 is. Not too thick on the wrapper, wrapped nicely, great ratio of pork and cabbage, fried perfectly. Fresh frying oil. Egg rolls are usually too greasy, old rancid oil, too much cabbage, thick wrapper, or not wrapped tightly. There’s absolutely nothing to improve on this egg roll. I haven’t had a phenomenal egg roll like this since 1980’s. Reminds me of the old egg rolls before NYC changed all the cooking rules in 90’s. Service: 10/10. Kind and personally delivered our food to the table. Actual wait service. This is our new lunch pit stop whenever we head back out east. Too bad they’re so far away, we need a phenomenal takeout place like this in Nassau. They should consider upscaling to a full Cantonese restaurant if they make Chinese American food this good.

One of the best Chinese food takeout spots around. Food is consistently good it has been owned by the same people for years. Prices have not gone up too much since before Covid and the quality has stayed the same. They’re sesame chicken is great and chicken and broccoli is another favorite

I've been coming here for years and it's recently been SO much better to the point I had to review. Their portions are awesome, food is hot and fresh. Don't go by the very few bad reviews... can't make all the Karen's happy.

First of all, the food was actually pretty good. My main issue is that they overcharge and actually try to steal money from you. I got 2 dinner plates from the menu directly attached to the counter which each said they were like 11 dollars and change each. Total came to 37 something, and I asked why. The lady said the prices changed, I said fine whatever and handed her a 50. She handed me 2 dollars and change back and tried to pocket the extra 10. When I said something she claimed she couldn't understand. I'm white but I speak mandarin decently well, so I told her in mandarin that I was missing a 10 and she suddenly gave it to me. The food was good but the place is pretty shady.

Just lost a loyal customer. Ordered delivery which arrived on time but was missing two orders of fried rice. called immediately and they said they were bringing it. so we waited to eat . 30 minutes went by and I called . I can tell they never sent the rice . He said oh yea its coming soon.. I explained that my kids are hungry and I'm not waiting unless it will be here in a few minutes and he said he doesn't know how long . i just decided I wasn't going to wait and requested a refund. After giving my card information I was told I would get refunded but I never did. bad business. The food is good but I got no apologies for the mistake kids ate food without fried rice and I'm still down $12. that was the last time I'll order from them unfortunately.

They leave flyer in your door with specials and then when you call they act dumb and say there’s a problem with the system and you can’t order the special. Sleazy business practice

The best! Just wish they were open Tues because whenever we order on Tues and have to go to another restaurant, we always say "it's not as good as China 4". From the soups, to the combo dishes, to how wiling they are to customize an order - all around great restaurant making amazing Chinese food!

The food in this store is not clean. When I regular order of beef broccoli and shrimp lo mein small,I had diarrhea after eating it.Not recommend this restaurant

I ordered cheese wontons which were 10/10 Vietnamese spring roll with beef ,, with only one skinny strip of beef and one came with none yet the flavor was there 7/10 Hibachi fried rice bit salty but yummy 9/10 Takosu (octopus) was okay edible tho 7/10 Taro bubble tea very water down 4/10 Salad fresh 10/10

A great little gem of a spot. Ive been coming here for years. Good prices. Good portions. Perfect spot for a quiet meal. I usually do take out. Fast and dependable. I had the Sichuan beef that was out of this world. Super fresh ingredients. My wife had the Shrimp Pad Thai that was perfection. If you find yourself in Holbrook, Jiangs is the spot!

Karvers Grill delivered an outstanding dining experience that deserves high praise. Our server, Michael, was truly exceptional—sweet, attentive, and wonderfully accommodating. Despite our party of five, including some particularly thirsty boys, Michael ensured everyone stayed well-hydrated throughout the meal. His knowledge of the menu helped guide us effortlessly in making delicious choices that suited our appetites. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the skirt steak—it was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and a dish I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. The combination of excellent service and a satisfying meal made our visit unforgettable. Karvers Grill is a gem, and I look forward to returning!

The atmosphere and service were great. However, how did this leave the kitchen and make it in front of me? You can see how dry it is. The service was excellent so I politely covered it up with a napkin and didn't eat. This is the brisket French dip.

I ordered a burger, some fries and wings and was quite impressed. Burger was delicious and well balanced with the tomato, onions and greens, satisfying amount of wings and their fries were amazing it’s not like your regular fries it’s got a nice flavor to it. They have a lot more options in menu, excited to try them next time!

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend in the area and I was very satisfied with the food and service. The pricing was reasonable too, considering I ordered their 2 luchi platters and philly wraps. The luchi was deliciously crispy and the wrap was so filled with meat and greens, absolutely amazing! I couldn’t even finish it, the portions were so big. This might be my new fav takeout spot, I’ll be coming here often.

First visit. Food good. Ordered French fries and gravy as side dish. Boxed leftovers but asked for more gravy and was informed I had to pay for chef to make more . Which I did as more was needed. Thought more should have been served as I paid for gravy and French fries to start with. Place was not busy whatsoever if your in a hurry.

New Golden Pacific is my absolute favorite Chinese food restaurant. Their food is so consistently good, cooked fresh, and always tastes great. The staff are great, they are very timely and courteous. I love that they are open late, but they have great lunch specials as well. Save yourself some time and order online, their site works great. They have excellent combos, my favorite is the #35 pictured here. Wings are always outstanding - crispy, meaty, juicy. Beef teriyaki always hits the spot - always tender and great flavor. Boneless spare ribs that will put you in your happy place. Chicken fingers are delightful - great texture on the batter and always nice pieces of chicken. Pork fried rice, which is a must-have with any order! I have always been a fan, highly recommended.!
