This isn't a good place to eat. Just because I called them back to tell them there meat wasn't cooked properly. The meat was still raw. I couldn't chew it right and it was pink not red like it was suppose to be and I told them cook it well done. Also I order a 2 liter soda they forgot to send it with my food. I asked ether make me a new order or please return my money. They got very upset told me to come to the restaurant my self to show them and they would give me my money back very rude because it's a delivery and I also tip the guy. I got my money back so now because of that they don't answer my calls it's like they put my number down as don't pick up. I know because I called a few days later after the matter for some food and the lady on the line told me no delivery for you you come to store and order. I was like "what????" I'm asking for a delivery she said no and hung up I couldn't believe it smh something needs to be done about this it just isn't right. I've been going here since the age 10 I'm 23 now so I'm a faithful customer. So I'm giving them 1 star now sorry but that's just bad business.

This place is awesome. The food is great, the people are very friendly. At first you don't think much of it, but once you go in and try the food you get addicted to it. Lol. Small place with great pleasures.

Rude! Rude! Rude! The food is usually cold, nasty, uncooked on the inside, warm on the outside and the workers there are absolutely disgusting. One lady stood over my friends food snorting and coughing and expected me not to say anything about it. She then tried to overcharged me for some French fries. A small at that! Never going back here again. They’ve gone straight downhill and the customer service is atrocious. I have to just say that again because that’s how BAD it is.

When they think your black over the phone they are very rude to you and treat you like you can’t afford their $15 minimum. Very disappointing because when I go in the store they seem to have good customer service. After I ordered after being profiled and hung up on, they come to my house and forget to bring half my order. After being there so many times, NEVER AGAIN!

I avoid: the egg rolls, the cold sesame noodles, and the Moo Shu dishes! (I do like the Cabbage Chicken with Curry Sauce, the chicken noodles soup, and the dumplings.) The shrimp egg roll was awful: the only thing I could taste was oil & the wrapper had oil pooled in it. The cold sesame noodles failed: it was too watery, and there was hardly any sesame paste!

New China has been in this neighborhood for years. I’ve lived here, almost 50. I always enjoyed the cuisine, but had stopped eating Chinese food for a while recently I started going to them again, and the food is even better than before. I usually order online so I cannot tell you about the atmosphere. But they deserve a five star and trust me I don’t give it lightly.

The food is way overpriced and the portions are horrible. Go somewhere else. The delivery time may be longer but you won’t get ripped off. Don’t order from here.

Called for a delivery literally 5 minutes away, and he said it’s too far, after he answered the phone yelling. Horrible customer service.

I usually order there weekly, I just had an incident where the delivery guy overcharged me, and asked for the tip with out giving me a receipt. Although the food is great, it makes me not want to order there ever again. This is not the first time.

yesterday was Christmas and I ordered food around 11:57am . A woman answered the phone.I told her my usual order and she said the food will be delivered in 25 minutes. Okay no problem. 12:23 I called them to ask where my food was at I got no answer. I called again 12:29 no answer. Called again 12:32 no answer. Called again 12:35 no answer. I called again 12:39 no answer then again 12:44 no answer the once again 12:58. Then again at 1:06 and at the point it’s been a hour and my food hasn’t been delivered. I’m already irritated because you took my order and now you aren’t picking up. So I had to walk up and walk all the way there because it’s been a hour and no food has came to my door. I walked there just to find out they’re closed. I’m giving 1 stars because I didn’t like the communication. I get it , it was Christmas and all but you couldn’t tell me once I called you. That the store was going to close and y'all couldn’t take my order. I would understand because I’m a nice person. But that to me was a disrespect because you took my ordered and then you closed. That right their I didn’t like. Just simply didn’t like the communication.

When you call theres always an excuse smh Owner very nice guy. Workers too But the people that answer the phone for them are plain dumb or just don't want to work. They are not even at the store. They just get transferref to pick up and then send the order thru POS.

Observed roaches in the cooking area and discreetly pointed it out to the person behind the counter and requested to be refunded which they were not to happy about.
