Zen's Chinese Food & Catering
This American Chinese restaurant has authentic dishes and great taste, making you feel like you are in a Chinese street food stall. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the environment is elegant and comfortable. It is a good place to satisfy your cravings and relax. highly recommended!
I ordered a beef chow mein and this is what came. I’ve eaten in many Chinese restaurants before and this is definitely not chow mein. There was mostly veggies and only a few pieces of beef. It came with white rice and I made a call to confirm if this is what I ordered. The response I got was this is chow mian. If you wanted to get the fried noodles you have to order chow fen. Like what? It was a mistake on their end and then it was my problem that I ordered the wrong thing? This is definitely not what I ordered and you should admit you mistakes instead of making others take the blame for you. There should have been a refund or redo because this is not my order and I’ve called to confirm.
Lee's Szechuan Kitchen
Food did not meet expectations. Seseme chicken was off color, off flavor, and rice tased bad. Soup and plates Lacked flavor. French fries were good.
Lee’s Szechuan Kitchen Layout/atmosphere *Chinese takeout; three tables Food/drink *General Tso’s Chicken with pork fried rice & egg roll - OK; sauce was more sweet than spicy, right amount (chicken wasn’t smothered); the fried rice tasted kind of bland; egg roll was solid
Chung Hing Chinese Kitchen/ Bellmore
We’ve been steady customers of Chung Hing for over 20 years. Food has always been consistently delicious and plentiful with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful and take pride in the food they serve. We’ve never been disappointed and highly recommend Chung Hing to all our friends.
The absolute worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life! How can you not make good Chinese food? I make better at home. Be we wanted a night out. Shrimp fried rice is the easiest thing in the Chinese menu you can make all you need is an egg, onion, rice and Shrimp and oil. Which most American houses have. This was the trash, we drove 20 minutes to get there since we live on Jones beach, Long Island beach food was horrible. The rice had big chunks of onions, a few shrimp and rice. See photos These was no eggs, just big pieces of onions a few unclean shrimp nothing else. The Chinese dumplings, were all Dough see photos, Just horrible! Please do yourself a favor you can get better in the frozen food section of your grocery store. SHAME ON YOU FOR CHARGING almost $25 for this Nasty food Will never return. A refund would be more then we could ask for. Trashed the food.
Sakura
I came here for dinner with my friends. Sakura Sushi is a popular all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant known for its fresh and flavorful sushi rolls, sashimi, appetizers, and desserts. It offers a wide variety of options with generous portions, making it a great choice for sushi lovers. We use the iPad to send the orders of what we wanted to eat. The casual and family-friendly ambiance features TVs for entertainment, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere suitable for small groups and families. Every sushi rolls tastes fresh. Their gyoza was so good that we ended up ordering more of it. And their fried ice cream with vanilla was great! It does get very packed at night, so highly recommend reservations. There's also free parking space.
What a nice place to go and eat good Asian cuisine!! Staff great, food great, I loved ! I'll be back for sure. All you can eat. My only mistake was to go alone. Lol
Komo
It was ok. Higher than expected prices for pretty mid food. Lychee cocktail good
This place is hands down our favorite - we either dine in or order out weekly. The food is excellent, as is the service. The Komo roll is a must have. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
Danny's Chinese Kitchen - Bellmore
We ordered over the phone and told them multiple times I’m vegetarian and need my combination platter made with veggie rice and a spring roll. Moment I get to the car, we realize there is pork fried rice and shrimp in my spring roll. Immediately we went back inside around 8:40 (They close at “9”). We were told they are closed and can’t fix our food. Then they all bolted out and turned off the lights. Young girl wearing black was very rude even over the phone Update: gave me food poisoning 💀
It is so hard to find a good Chinese take out place on Long Island. I usually wait to get my fix in queens. I heard about this place & finally tried it today. I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t wait to go back. The hot and sour soup was delicious. I also got shrimp & broccoli with white rice. I have no complaints! Excellent lunch menu.
