I went to this place with my family. The outside looks like it’s not good. There is smell of drugs but once you come inside there are many food to enjoy. The food was good overall, there are many types of food you can eat. Just the soda was not good. It was flat I felt I was drinking black sweet water. The man’s bathroom was broken. There was a lot of water. I went on a Sunday maybe they are too busy to clean the bathroom. Overall it’s a good place to spend time with the family. It’s a family oriented place and also you can enjoy the food

Good variety of food choices and friendly service.

The food at Palm Island was absolutely divine! Every dish was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. From the perfectly cooked snapper to the smooth cocktails. Leanna’s service truly elevated the experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered spot-on recommendations that we absolutely loved. Her warm, friendly demeanor made us feel so welcomed, and her enthusiasm for the food was contagious. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience—thank you, Leanna, for making it unforgettable!

Great music. I had some friends in town for the end Xmas holidays. We wanted somewhere to lounge for the night, and this came up. The atmosphere was great. The music was very lively. Although the crowd was mostly Guyanese. It was great. (Was looking for a raggae atmosphere). I would do again. The security was great at the door. The staff was very attentive to get us seated and getting our order's. After hours. Live DJ.

A place that worth the price. Island buffet came to my list when I Was looking for buffet nearby for Friday dinner. It was not that crowd for Friday. Food it moderate but worth the price! Recommended.

If your looking to fill up on the cheap and want to spend under twenty dollars, you've come to the right place. This is a very large Chinese buffet with lots to choose from. We went for the dinner buffet which was still transitioning after a late lunch. This place was pretty full for a Saturday. I didn't see as many hot buffet items come out during that transition for dinner, but when they did come out is was hot and it was clearly marked for dinner only diners. Need to try to come around 5 or 6 pm when dinner service is in full swing. Otherwise, the taste of the food was great overall. You also get the option for your food to be cooked hot off the press by their chef on a hibachi grill.

So I ordered chicken fried rice with chicken wings the rice was excellent but the wings had no flavor, I had also the sushi lunch special so get two rolls and a salad , sushi was good 👍 however on another occasion return to this place for a second time I wanted to have chicken and chicken fried rice and the chicken was horrible it was overcooked and it did not taste fresh end up throwing half of the half of it away , I'm debating if I give them another try definitely won't be trying the half chicken again since it was so horrible but the sushi was good and chicken wings were okay for this I give them three stars

You're a bunch of racists in this establishment. You act like you never saw a african american before. Very rude. Your food sucks. You can't even get a simple meal like szechauan chicken right. It taste like slop and i wasted my money. You need to go out of business and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know not to go here. Do you realize WE pay your mortgage, so you need to know how to act. You don't like us, go back where you come from

I always get the same thing, and it never fails. But the lady that works there is so mean, bitter, disgruntled, and ZERO customer service skills. Very extremely rude in person and worse over the phone.

Usually they have great food, but really? I paid almost $20 for not even 1.5 ounces of shrimp?

The wings are good here they give you six wings which was a surprise but the are a decent portion and cooked well

We just moved into the area. We had our meal delivered. My first experience was a great one! Thumbs up! Great customer service and very efficient. Pricing is typical/average. I was given a 40 minute time of delivery and our food arrived really fast, within 20 minutes, very hot and steamy! The delivery personnel was kind and greeted me kindly. The food we ordered was fantastic; typical tasty, spot-hitting, fast-food Asian cuisine. Wanting to try a few items just to taste the variety offered at this location, we ordered: Fried Shrimp, 3 different types of eggrolls, Chicken Chow Fun, General Tso's Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice... everything was delicious as we had hoped. We'll miss our usual take-out in Brooklyn, but this will become our new take-out spot. We have decided that we would definitely order from this restaurant again. I guess with some other patrons that had a bad experience, it's plausible and you can't discount their experiences, as I've had horrible experiences similar at different restaurants. It can definitely be a hit or miss. Our experience was great... in our case, a hit, and I'd recommend giving it a try.

Shrimp with lobster sauce lunch special is inexpensive. It comes with four huge shrimp that can't be any fresher.

The place is filthy! Food is tastless and rubbery! The guy who took my order was a douche! My advice is to save your money and find another place!

Fairly decent food on a consistent basis. There prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly. The only negative in ordering from Mayflower is the wait time.. Call in the order, they give me a time for pickup. Usually 15 to 25 minutes, but when you get there they never have the order ready... last time I was told 15 minutes and I waited an additional 10 for my order... other than that, No Worries. And Bob’s your Uncle!
