Not sure what exactly it is, but got home after picking up our food and found a chunk of metal buried in the bourbon chicken. Very disappointed. Their customer service is usually excellent, but whoever is doing the actual cooking needs to pay better attention!
After an incorrect order, I called the restaurant to cancel it. The employee put me on a 4-5 minute hold, so the boss could finish what they were doing and resolve my issue. After thirty minutes of waiting, nobody had picked the phone back up. After hanging up and recalling this location, I was told to contact the company's customer service and that the restaurant couldn't help me.
