Don't go here . They are shady and add tips a day after you go through their drive through without you putting it on the receipt. They charged me the correct amount at the drive through, they even sent a receipt with us. Then today I get a notification that they added a dollar tip to the transaction!! For a drive through order for a combo B!!!!!! Who does that. That is fraudulent dishonest and illegal. They did not have my approval to ads on a dollar tip at all. For what? They did not bring my food out to me, it's a drive through. Don't go here they are scammers and if I had knowledge of doing the tip FINE but to do it with my card a day later, that's NOT OK. The picture is a text I got exactly a day later showing the updos the tip. You can see the original receipt that I never added a tip on, they did it themselves after the fact🤮🤮🤮I blocked them on my card, shame on them.

Great Asian food for good price. The restaurant itself has a retro style to it.

Best Chinese restaurant in Las Cruces. We love it.

They give decent amount of food, whether single entree or combos. Always tastes fresh and they offer a fair selection of options. I wish they had more dishes with rice noodles. Never disappointed with any of the different orders we've tried so far.

How can reviews be so different? Not only did we stand around five minutes ignored until we finally decided to seat ourselves, but the place is dismal in appearance. We should have gone with our gut feeling to just leave. Yes, prices are "good," unless you realize you're paying for awful food. I'm sure this is a little mom and pop place, but it's dreadful. It is served nicely, looks good, tastes....no. THIS is considered the best Chinese food in Cruces? Cruces has NO decent Chinese food, none. I ate some of the vegetables out of the (bland) Curried Chicken, but the greasy little plops of chicken made me nauseated. I am giving two stars because I don't have the heart to give it just one. It looks like it's on its last legs. Once we obeyed the unwritten "seat yourself" rule, the staff came over and were very pleasant. But nice staff can't improve the meal.

Staff friendly and food was delicious and plentiful. Had chicken chow mein lunch special for $5. Very good, nice atmosphere, small but quaint.

When I tell you great I mean great. The servers cook and register workers are amazing and genuine. As I was picking out my food I forgot to mention my peanut allergy but the kind working man had asked if I had a peanut allergy cause I wanted the kung pow chicken. The food is delicious and the plates are well filled. This is probably one of my favorite places to eat and affordable. 10 out of ten try it.

I have ordered from Chinese Gourmet Express located in Mesilla Mall multiple times through the years. It's been always a good experience til recently. The hibiscus is one of my favorite drinks here, but lately it's awful. Has a bitter taste. These pictures were taken a month ago. I gave them 2 stars since I nearly swollen this metal piece as you can see in the picture. They need to be careful not to contaminate food with foreign objects that can be dangerous. I would have star them the lowest star but did not because of the portion size was more then decent. The food was good besides that mishap. Tasty and hot and filling.

We went in there about 5:30 PM this afternoon and that was about three customers in front of us and we were behind them. There was a guy and girl working there in the front and all they were doing was giggling and talking about their personal lives they were rude. They didn’t apologize and they didn’t even knowledge us. The customers in front of us finally got impatient and walked out. We finally did two after 10 minutes. I believe it’s And rude and we will no longer be using that location.

Very rude employees. 1.5 hrs before closing time and only 3 dishes on the bar. I ordered and was told that I'd have to wait for the 3rd dish to be made. I said ok thinking they weren't going to make any extra, but I was wrong. They gave me 2 orders of old orange chicken and 1 of fresh, but then dumped a massive dish into serving bar. So why the hell didn't they give me all 3 fresh? Price was not worth it for the low quality food or service. It was my first time eating here so unfortunately it will also be my last time. So sad.

This is one of the Best places to eat! The shrimp is always so good. And the chow mein so good! So far always good customer service.❤

Great broccoli beef plate tonight with lots of flavor, tender, and not chewy. The meat ratio to the broccoli was perfectly balanced when there usually isn’t hardly any of the beef in there. I have ordered it a lot and never cared for how chewy it was (multiple locations nationwide). It was excellently fresh.

Easy, fast, friendly, tasty. No unnecessary frills, muss, or fuss! Just great tasting and fast Asian take out! Best Singapore Noodles I've ever tasted!! Food is always fresh, made quick, and honestly one of the best in the city. Doesn't get too busy or crowded. Always a great experience

Avoid this place! General Tsao's chicken? We don't know what the heck they were serving, but that was definitely NOT what we got. I spit it out first bite, I couldn't even chew it more than once or twice, it was VILE. The fried rice? Flavourless. The egg rolls? I've had frozen egg rolls that tasted far better, and the spring rolls were even worse. Neither were edible. Both were also spit out. Absolutely nothing was eaten. Nothing. It was that bad. We just threw it all away and left. Considered it a $26 lesson. I haven't had to actively spit out food in well over a decade...neither of us could eat anything that was purchased. Just save your money, and go elsewhere. It's pretty obvious why the place was virtually empty. Besides the food, the guy helping us was SUPER nice, polite, and absolutely no complaints about service. And the dining area was clean. Honestly, the guy helping us was the main reason we didn't ask for our money back & just headed elsewhere. But, it was genuinely bad enough that we felt a review was warranted.
