Palace Of Asia
Decided to go based off friends’ recommendation. We arrived early for dinner and did not have a reservation. Luckily it was right before what looked to be a busy evening (the restaurant filled up with larger groups as we were leaving). We ordered the mirchi pakora ( battered jalapeños filled with cheese). They were good but a lot for two people. Also they do still have the seeds in them, so it does make the jalepenos hotter) Next time we want to try something different. We also chose the bread sampler which had naan, onion kulcha, roti and puri. The onion kulcha was delicious, we may order that and a garlic naan (our typical bread choice). The puri was fun since it arrived at the table fully puffed up. For our entrées we tried two new items we never had before: shahi paneer bhurji (gravy version , a cheese/pea vegetarian option) & hariyali chicken (green chili creamy sauce). both dishes were delicious & we were both happy to have been adventurous with the choices (outside of our typical chicken korma, saagwala chicken). I would recommend. I was happy to see that there were options for folks who may not be keen on Indian food. They do have chicken fingers & fried shrimp.
Definitely my new go to place again. I was searching for Indian restaurant near me while in Hamilton and I’m glad they came up. Used to go to the other location. Food was delicious!!! Definitely coming back!
Cafe Antonio's Restaurant
AVOID at all costs!! Save you’re hard earned $ Never in my whole career of writing food reviews have a had such a terrible experience at a pizza shop. So I go into the store desiring a grilled chicken wrap and see the options. (There are 2 maybe 3 options for chicken wraps) and they don’t suit my taste so I order a custom one where they literally begin to charge extra $0.75 - $1 for any add on such as cheese, spinach, honey mustard etc. Keep in mind their wraps start at $11. I went with the cheese add-on only because I didn’t want a wrap to cost over $15… but still I paid $13 Low and behold, a bland chicken wrap with no effort or creativity. I go over to ask for honey mustard after complaining about the blandness and the cashier starts ringing me up 😂 Can you imagine notifying the kitchen of the restaurant you’re eating at that the food is bland… so you need sauce to eat it and then they charge you 😵💫 For the first time I told them to keep the food and walked out. I didn’t even touch the fries. See photo and judge for yourself. They are going to reply with an answer that tries to preserve their credibility but don’t buy in. Check out all the other 1 star reviews because of their accuracy. Inside the restaurant feels like the end of a dark alley, I kid you not. Only plus was the bathrooms are very clean :) unfortunately that’s an expectation I have from any restaurant that has little to no traffic inside 😜
This place is the worst wait for the pics I just moved to Hamilton and received burnt pizza ….I contacted the manager her name was Maria she was not only rude she cursed me out my youngest daughter is still upset ..I had to call the cops I feel unsafe now and she invited me to come to the store for a confrontation but I have 3 kids depending on me so I couldn’t go to that level… I don’t know if it was because I’m black maybe she was Spanish. She didn’t speak English good. I’m not really sure but I don’t like racism and I’m really offended.

Running a restaurant is a challenge, and people often don't realize how overhead, personnel and food costs make pricing a tough call. That said, prices are simply too high. Perhaps there's no other way, yet it seems they've exceeded some threshold. Food ranges from very good to average.
The establishment lacked a menu or displayed prices for the dishes. I found myself overcharged for food that was reheated in front of me and tasted stale. I discarded the majority of the meal due to its poor quality. I cannot recommend this place for dining. I am thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. There are superior Filipino restaurants in the vicinity worthy of patronage.
No 1 Asian Bistro
Found this restaurant while buying bagels one morning. Came back and ordered chicken with broccoli and scallion pancakes. Delicious. The order was fast and the owner is gracious.
