3.5* is more accurate, I want to put 4* so bad but I'm pissed they shrinkflation'd their mozzarella sticks. They might as well be using frozen ones. They used to be so good like true boardwalk mozzarella sticks Anyway, for the good stuff - Insanely good fries and garlic ranch dip - My favorite mint chocolate chip shake (the thin mint one) - Their peanut butter shakes are also really good - One of their burgers of the month (Nov?) was the Tailgater and my absolute favorite burger of all time. It was weirdly not too much. Patty, onion bun, chili, Fritos, and chipotle mayo. I wish it was still on the menu - Prices still reasonable for me, plus insane fries portion - Cookie dough balls I wish their bacon was actually extremely crispy (think of Jersey Mike's bacon) I've seen a lot of people mention their quality went down since they expanded. I have been with Burger 25 since before COVID started and at their og location, and it was definitely better then, but by no means bad now as long as they keep their fries the way they are and don't go crazy on prices

We had a nice experience at Burger 25! We ordered the Classic Cheeseburger with onion rings and the Mushroom Swiss Burger with fries—both were delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. We were too full to try the milkshakes this time, but they looked amazing, so we’ll definitely be back for them.

Beautiful restaurant with exceptional service! A very nice comfortable no rush family feel. Everything ordered from sushi appetizer to dessert was delicious! Our waiter Colin was attentive and friendly!

My sisters, mom, and I had a great experience here! The restaurant has a nice cozy ambiance, we all loved our sushi rolls and the appetizers. We especially liked the the tuna sandwich appetizer. This was actually a dip with raw sushi style tuna and avocado on top and bottom. Our server was excellent and accommodating to our requests (less salt on a dish and a substitution.) Loved it!

This place was awesome. Truly authentic and great quality. We came as a group of 6, with 3 of us being vegetarian/vegan and it was no issue at all because of their vegetarian section on the menu. Starting with the appetisers, which I could tell were home made and tasted great. Then moving onto dinner we all got different things which were all really good. Not to mention how good the service was, with us being seated right away by our awesome waitress. I’m so glad they came to Main Street cause this location is great, and I will definitely be back soon!

We had an excellent dinner at this place. Everyone loved their meal. Highlights were the tofu lemon grass curry, the chicken lemongrass curry, and the Pho beef. The service was excellent. This is a nice little addition to downtown Toms River.

Vibe n’ Slurp is an absolute gem! I drive by everyday and have been meaning to stop in! The food was bursting with flavor! You can tell a lot of love goes into each dish ♥️♥️ The service is top-notch, and the owner is as sweet as can be, making you feel right at home. If you’re looking for delicious food, great vibes, and a welcoming space, this is the place to be! Would have added more photos of the food and restaurant but I was consumed in the food haha 😂

Today was my first visit to Vibe and Slurp. I seen it on TikTok. I was greeted by the owner who made us feel right at home. We were able to pick our own seat and sat down. The building is a smaller building so there wasn't a lot of tables but there was enough and the spacing was fine. The owner came over and told us about the specials of the day. I ended up ordering a cucumber salad, 8 Thai chili wings, ramen mac and cheese, and my husband got a rice dish that I don't know the name of. Before I get into the food let's talk service. The service was great. He checked up on us multiple times. He presented the dishes with poise and ease. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The chef (owner's wife) explained to me how to reheat the meals. Both of them were very friendly and inviting. The food was nothing less than phenomenal. The cucumber salad had a hint of wasabi and was very refreshing. The wings were large, juicy, fried, and very flavorful. I don't normally like bone in but these have a great flavor and are my new favorites. My ramen mac and cheese was delicious! It is a limited-time thing so make sure you try it if it's on the menu when you go. It was very cheesy and cute with the little flower on top. My husband's dish, which we don't know the name of was the chef's special. It was a crispy chicken with scallions over a black truffle rice. I tried the chicken which was good I'm not a fan of truffle so I didn't try the rice but, my husband would not stop saying mmm after every bite. My only negative comment would be that they don't take credit cards. They do have an atm inside of the building for you to use. When I told the owner I would be using a credit card he said there is a small fee to use the atm but he would take that fee off on the bill. So while it is a minor inconvenience it really wasn't. We really did enjoy our time trying out this new to us location. We will be back and I WILL be getting those wings again. EDIT: upon review and the owner's comment my information was incorrect. They do accept credit cards. The machine was down for our visit.

Warm, friendly environment that made us feel instantly comfortable. The decor is eclectic in an “American Pickers” way. Very charming. The service was prompt and friendly. The menu selection is huge with all the traditional choices, but it except grits :-), and a lot of unique options, as well. I had the “Sloppy Mess” and it was amazing! Also got a side of pancakes made with fresh blueberries. Great choice.

Early appointment in Toms River this morning and we stopped by for breakfast after. My husband ordered the corned beef hash and eggs and I got Canadian bacon, tots, with scrambled eggs and pumpkin pancakes to share. The food was just perfect, it felt like home. Cozy atmosphere and our server was the best. I regret not introducing ourselves before we left as he did take care of us. We will definitely be returning. If you’re in the area, we highly recommend you stop by.

Was sooo good!! Before I left for colorado long time ago I came here often. It is still very good allways fresh. The lamb Tikka was soo tender and full of flavor.Naan is sooo light and crispy some of best ever had..The chicken was great a lip bit dry today but still good..Come and try this great food if you get a chance!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aamantran Indian Cuisine located at 1594 Lakewood Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This restaurant truly stands out for its remarkable hospitality and delicious food. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The owner and the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. One of the first things I noticed was the ample parking, which made our visit hassle-free right from the start. One of the key highlights for me and my family was that Aamantran offers halal food. This is very important to us, and we were thrilled to find such a great restaurant that caters to our dietary needs. The menu had a wide variety of dishes, all of which were flavorful and delicious. Every bite was a testament to the skill and passion of the kitchen staff. What truly made our visit memorable was the personal touch from the owner. The father and son duo were tremendous, sharing fascinating stories about the history of the location. It was wonderful to see such a humble and passionate family running the restaurant. The owner’s ability to speak multiple languages was impressive and added to the welcoming atmosphere. It felt like we were guests in their home rather than just customers. The servers and staff were just amazing. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their service was impeccable, making us feel valued and well taken care of. In addition to the fantastic food and service, the ambiance of Aamantran Indian Cuisine is warm and inviting. The decor reflects a rich cultural heritage, enhancing the overall dining experience. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and exudes a comfortable and welcoming vibe. I am already looking forward to my next visit to South Jersey so I can dine at Aamantran Indian Cuisine again. We absolutely love KPot! The quality of the food and service is always great, and we visit about once a week. Our 4-year-old enjoys it just as much as we do! We’ve been to multiple locations, but the Toms River location is by far our favorite. The service is always excellent, and the food comes out in a timely manner. I do have two small complaints. 1. We dined in on Valentine’s Day and were charged the holiday dinner price, which is understandable. However, if we’re being charged dinner pricing for a holiday, I believe the hot food selection should reflect that. That day, the only hot food options were sesame seed balls, egg rolls, and fries. I would have expected shrimp and chicken to be available as they are during regular dinner service. (We came in at noon 2/14/25) 2. We ordered teas to go, and my husband, who is sensitive to cold drinks, requested a Thai tea with no ice. When the drinks arrived, his was noticeably not full. I didn’t mention it at the time since it wasn’t the waiter who made the drink, but I feel like drinks should be filled to the top regardless of ice. Many other places we’ve ordered from still provide a full cup even without ice. I’ve included a picture to show what we received.( 6:00 pm 2/21/25) Aside from these two issues, everything else was fantastic! KPot is a great place to bring family and friends, and we’ll definitely continue coming back.

Editing to add pics! I wish I had pictures to share...but we were too excited to eat. We did the all you can eat BBQ and hot pot for lunch. We got there when they opened to avoid the crowd...great idea! We did mostly the spicy beef BBQ with some of the vegetables....definitely spicy! Get some daikon to mellow it out! For the hot pot we chose the Tom Yum broth with pho noodles which was spicy and a little sour. We also did a combo of beef and lots of green vegetables like bok choy and cabbage for the soup along with different mushrooms. Definitely get the ginger oil at the appetizer bar to add! The best $29 all you can eat lunch I've had in awhile...we left very full and satisfied. Good service... Kailee was great! We will be back! Recommend if you are a foodie and like Asian cuisine and soup!

Always a fantastic dinner at Ginza. We aim to try a new menu item each time we come, and this week it was the Tuna Pizza. Wow! So delicious and will become a regular staple for us. Also pictured are the Kami Kazi Roll and Mickey Mouse roll which were fantastic.

We had a sushi lunch here today. We started with the peppered tuna mango appetizer, with sauce on the side. It was delicious! Then we shared the lunch special, which includes miso soup, ginger salad and 3 rolls for $15! Awesome! And why not a bit of green tea and red bean ice cream for dessert. Service was exceptional.

The lady who answered the phone was a little sarcastic because I guess she was getting annoyed with me because I’m particular on how I want my food anyways I ignored the sarcasm … The food was uuugghhh ok … when being lazy bamboo gardens 2 is my delivery place omg the sauce to everything is just so delicious anyways they were closed . And I didn’t feel like driving to china express on hooper ( which is the best Chinese food out here hands down ) so I tried this place nothing to brag about ! The delivery was fast and delivery guy was extremely nice … my fried chicken in garlic sauce is a no for me chicken is soft no crunch smh the shrimp fried rice barely any shrimp and the chicken and broccoli is nothing to get excited over …

Don't know if there is a new owner, but I have to say I don't agree with the negative reviews here. Obviously, I'm a foodie, and critical at that. I recently ordered beef and broccoli to eat in, which came with a rich brown sauce extra spicy, just the way I ordered it. The owner, Jennifer, was extremely friendly and helpful. The broccoli was cooked just right, crispy, and she made sure to check on me as I ate. The place is one of the cleanest Chinese restaurants I have been to.

P The food is certainly not authentic Japanese and the sushi is maybe like imitation at best. It is not fresh. It is not actually that good at all in any way shape or form of quality and they are certainly not Japanese. It's Chinese run and it was extremely expensive by far the most expensive sushi restaurant in Ocean and Monmouth county. I highly would never recommend anyone going here. It is horrible. I threw up multiple times. I tried to get a refund and they didn't give me one and it was just not a good experience at all. I will never be returning here. They will never be getting my business.

I would like to start off by saying I have eaten there many times. Unfortunately today was the worst. As we sat down we were given a menu. We ordered Filet Minion hibachi dinner. The soup and salad came immediately. We didn’t get a chance to finish the soup and salad when the chef came and started cooking. He went through the whole “show” in such a rush it was like he had a train to catch. The noodles were undercooked and tasteless. The Filet Minion was tasteless. The meal itself was so rushed. The waitress brought to go containers while we were still eating and took our ice cream order while we were still in the middle of our meal. I spoke to a manager who was very nice and agreed with everything we said. He saw exactly what was happening and he apologized for the bad meal. We get our check and he did nothing to accommodate us. I said something to him and he said he told the waitress to give us a reduction. He came back with the 20% reduction. This was a terrible meal and I was a very unsatisfied customer. He said he would call the boss to see what could be done. After a few minutes he came back and told us that is all he could do. This is the reason why many small restaurants fail. They don’t own up to and fix their problems. Unfortunately Ichiban is a terrible value for your money and has terrible customer service.

If you like hot food, don’t come here! and never do pick up. TERRIBLE first impression would never return or recommend. Overpriced and just under mediocre at best. There are SO many more worthy restaurants to spend your money at in Tom’s River. This is not quality. Confused with the photo? It is supposed to be fried calamari! However, it’s got ice cold and covered in a pound of cold wet slop on top with a balsamic reduction so thick it rivals molasses. You’ve been warned.

This place was a great find… We’re not from the area but we are from Brooklyn so we had to try it. I’ll tell you this place is more Brooklyn than Brooklyn is these days…The atmosphere was pleasant as were the staff and the food was delicious. The portions were generous so we had leftovers to take home. Their cheesecakes are dynamite! I had the bistro special ricotta cheesecake with lemon zest and a balsamic glaze and it was absolutely delicious! I’m already thinking about when I can go back with family to show them this gem of a place!
