Greek Spot
I loved the atmosphere. They have such a huge potential to become the “hot spot” especially for weekends. I wonder if they do live music or anything similar ? I was shocked by the huge space they have ! Servers were really nice. I was greeted with some pita bread and olives:) Only thing that disappointed me was the Gyro. It was very dry, meat was served cold 🤷♀️ I’ll definitely give it another chance and try their other food options
Greek Spot at Red Bank is a great restaurant. Whenever you have the urge for some wholesome Greek cuisine, head to the Greek Spot. The chef does a phenomenal job preparing authentic Greek dishes. Everything was delicious. I ordered a small take out order. My order consisted of: 1 - House Salad, 1 - Pita, 1 - Spanikopitakia, and 1 - Greek Fries with cheese. The price was impressive. Most importantly, the seasoning was on point. Greek Spot’s staff was warm and friendly. Furthermore, the staff was knowledgeable and eager to assist me with my menu item selections. If you decide to dine in, you won’t be disappointed by the overall ambiance of the second floor. This restaurant is as Greek as it gets. Check it out and tell your friends about it. Blessings!
Silver Lake Kitchen
This place has taken a dive since the Chen's sold or passed it on to whoever else. The food is generally poorly cooked or just wrong. They get angry about any substitute or change. Basically they say no, or they do it to a degree that the food is disgusting. They charge for EVERY tiny thing. They're borderline rude on the phone if you aren't exceptionally ready for the order. They were my favorite for 20 years growing up. Now it's greasy, wet, overcooked junk. Bums me out. I try it every so often hoping, but no. Go to gourmet Chinese in point beach area. They're at least kind and won't argue if you ask for no vegetables for a picky eater.
Food's some of my favorite, prices and portions are really good especially compared to a lot of places around here.
Timing Kitchen Chinese Cuisine
I’m not sure if the original owners recently sold their restaurant, but in the past 2 months everything we’ve ordered tastes bland, lacks vegetables and the meat was chewy. (Actually, it tasted like it went bad.) What happened? Their food used to be so good.
Food was sooo dry. Fried dumplings were dowey. We ordered other dishes. All were not good.
Siam Paradise
I really enjoyed my experiences here. The food came out quickly and I’ve been here twice now. I got the Pad Thai the first time and the Curry Fried Rice the next. I’ve also had the Thai Coffee and Thai Iced Tea. Everything tasted great and the ingredients tasted fresh. There are no lunch specials, but if you want quality it’s worth the trip! The restaurant is Family run and the owners sister (who served me) was very kind to me.
Definitely one of the best Tomyum Soup I’ve had. Tomyum with shrimp! The fried rice and chicken were soo good too!
