This is the best Chinese spot around. Very fast delivery, considering how far I am. The delivery driver was friendly. The food was good. I got it for my whole family, and they said it was all great.

In my continued quest to find a New York style Chinese restaurant, based on recommendations from neighbors, I tried this restaurant. I ordered online at their website which was fairly easy to do. Being a bargain hunter I couldn’t resist the family dinner for six. It came with six egg rolls, six chicken on sticks, six cheese wontons, 2 quarts of soup, two quarts of fried rice, and choice of three entrees. It came with all of the appropriate sauces, crispy noodles, etc. The delivery was promised in 55 minutes and the food arrived exactly on-time. The egg rolls were crispy and very good. The chicken on the stick was very moist and tasty. The wonton soup was tasty and very traditional. The cheese wontons were a very nice starter and the dipping sauce added nice sweetness. For entrees we had sesame chicken which got a thumbs up from my wife. I ordered roast pork lo mein which was also a thumb up. I struggled deciding on a third entree and finally gave in to honey chicken (not my personal favorite because of the thick coating batter). Overall, a very competent dinner. I’m glad the food was really good because we’ll be eating the leftovers for many days! Update … we’ve now ordered from here multiple times and each meal was terrific! This is definitely our new go-to!

The food is always fresh and delicious. They have no problem making modifications/additions to meals. The sushi is excellent as well. Glad we have such a nice restaurant nearby.

Best boneless ribs in town!! So happy to have found a local restaurant that delivered. I just moved to Oakland and was looking for a good new Chinese food spot..SO GLAD I CAME ACROSS ASIAN 1… Food and quality is great..will highly recommend!!

We had our server Thomas serve us and it’s his 3rd day! He’s super duper polite and has a chipper attitude especially the manager Chris and Abe! They had set the entire mood for the restaurant and lit up the area, I have a bright out look for small businesses like these. Such hidden gems need to be preserved and cared for.

Terrible customer service they tell you one thing on the phone and when you come to pick up on time they make you wait at least 30 minutes more. They don’t care about people’s time. They have one kid running around taking orders and serving people. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Be aware!!!

This place used to be amazing… if I could give it 0 stars I would. Boneless spare ribs and had more fatty pieces than meat. The generals tsaos texture was soggy, barley any flavor. Probably by far the worst Chinese food dinner that I’ve ever had. First time back in a while and will never set foot in this place again. Only ate the fried rice. Threw the rest of the food out.

A very quiet restaurant, the staff very friendly, the food very good, if God allows it, I will go to that place 🤗🍜🌯🍤🥦😋

THEY HAVE DINE IN AVAILABLE NOW!! This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I believe they were dine in before COVID but had to remove the option and was take-out only for a very long time. But they’ve beautifully renovated the dine-in area as of recently, and it’s been great. Sushi is always so so fresh. They have really creative and delicious combinations of specialty rolls I’m sure you’ll fine many that you’ll love. Affordable pricing, portions are huge. Service is friendly. (I did dine-in just a few days after they opened the space and the service was a bit slow, with only one server, but I understood that this is fairly new and they need some time to get used to this). They’re so kind to always give some extra pieces of sushi rolls on the house too. So so kind and delicious. Will continue to make my 30 minute drive to visit. 🙂

But staff is always very nice, for my first visit they gave us a sushi roll on the house. Maybe because we were first time customers but then I went again almost a year later and still get amazing service! I now go maybe once every season traveling an hour or more to eat here and every time the food is always great they never changed the last 4 years and honestly that’s great because I love how sushi rolls comes in, with a slice of orange and a salad! You get your money’s worth! I wish I was a local! -love from NYC.

We had our dinner delivered via Uber eats and everything was great, 2 of our dishes were Thai Spice and they were the spiciest things I’ve ever had in my life. Spicier than Fire noodles, but very tasty. The pad Thai had distinct flavors, the drunken noodles had salmon which was cooked perfectly, drinks were made not to sweet or watered down. The only thing is the curry was a bit watery for my tastes and the potatoes were a little too hard. Would definitely order from here again!

When my inay (mom) was sick, I would always pick up soup from Pompton Thai for her. One day we finally decided to eat in and we just kept coming back! The service and atmosphere is lovely and the food is fantastic. I would recommend again and again!
