Thai Jasmine To Go Restaurant
Not sure this Thai food at all. Thai basil chicken (Pad Kaprow Gai), see photo with more orange color. It is basically minced chicken, garlic, chillies, a load of Thai holy basil, in a tasty sauce. What I received did have chicken, but large pieces, carrots, green beans, bamboo shoots, with no basil or sauce. And $21 to boot. Give this place a miss. I know that I am just a farang, but having lived in Thailand for 10 years, I have eaten Pad Kaprow Gai hundreds of times. It was always minced chicken with none of the vegetables that are in your version. Your sauce is weak. Did you put in Nam pla, dark and Light soy, and oyster? I can't taste it. And no cut Chilli? I attached my receipt (I had take away) and your menu. $19.95 plus tax is $21 over. Thai Herbs Kitchen in Brick in IMHO, more authentic and about 1/2 your price. Go check them out. Kap Khun Krap
Delicious good, tried two entrees and the food was quick and delicious. The veggies were varied and the person asked what spice level we wantes. Was hot and delicious and would highly recommend. we tried the ginger veggie dish with tofu and a mixed veggie spicy meal. the food was given in takeout containers but the lady allowed us to eat it at the restaurant which is what we wanted. other places wouldn't let us sit and eat, so we were happy they accommodated us. menu is attached
Kumo Hibachi Steak House & Sushi Restaurant
Food was very good, as was the service! Appetizers and sushi came out fairly fast and our waitress was very kind and helpful with menu options. We came here during the off season so it was not very busy, but we would definitely come back during peak! Apps: Pan Fried Gyoza Sushi: Lobster Dragon Roll, Lucky Roll Desert: Tempura Banana w/ strawberry ice cream
Service was not good , took too long to take orders, had to ask to take stuff off the table, food came out at all different times and food portions super small, chicken dry , four veggies on my plate , it’s really not meant for an eat- in but more a take out spot. Atmosphere not private and very distracting with people coming in and out.
Heights 167
Went here with my husband for a date night and it was perfect. The service was great and the food was delicious. You can tell it’s made fresh and with lots of love. BEST yucca fries I have ever tasted. I’d be happy with a plate of those. We ordered the quesabirria, papa rellenas and the picanha. Definitely will be going back to try more on the menu
The restaurant has a mix of LATAM gastronomy where you can find specific food from Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Argentina etc. the food is delicious and fresh, Lily attended us very well, excellent customer service, and excellent food. The music is latin music, with the perfect volume to listen to the people who are with you. The atmosphere is really nice. ✅☺️. Thank you for all your kindness. ☺️ On the other hand the dining, restroom and general restaurant were clean. 👍🏻 It's located on the first floor and has good space for wheelchairs. We definitely will be back!
Point Lobster Co
recently had dinner here with friends and had a great time. The fish was the freshest we have had in a long time. If your looking for a fancy setting, this isn't it. If your looking for great seafood and BYOB, than definitely come here for lunch or dinner. My one con at this experience was when I clearly ordered a caeser side salad and the fried shrimp dinner with the seasoned fries. Well, I end up getting a caeser salad with friend shrimp in it and a side order of seasoned fries. Combined, I probably ended up paying a buck or 2 more than if it was the way I ordered it. I know it was NOT done deliberately, just that the waitstaff, as nice and friendly as they were, just need to pay a bit more attention to the orders. I will def be back next time I am in the area!
Very tasty lobster rolls. They have a nice covered outdoor seating area. Lots of options on the menu but went with the lobster roll which did not disappoint. Also grabbed a couple oysters as a mini appetizer. Staff was helpful and attentive. Would definitely come back!
Prime 13
Absolutely fabulous. Travis, our waiter was super attentive. We sat at the chef’s table and observed the mastery at work. The attention to detail and the presentation was on point. The charcuterie board had an amazing collection of cheeses and meats with complementing flavors. The well seasoned meats/scallops and sides were well cooked and left everyone full and happy. Absolutely fantastic all around. Cannot wait to go back to Prime 13. And we cannot forget the delicious desserts! AMAZING!!😊❤️🙏
We went for our anniversary, it was the best experience. We were greeted by the hostess, she was very friendly. Our server Rich was awesome, he explained the specials in detail and gave us time to decide what we wanted. The chef came out to us to wish us a happy anniversary and brought us a special plate of a flatbread with bacon accompanied with a spicy sauce which was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to go back.
The Shrimp Box & Outside The Box Patio Bar
We love the Shrimp Box. Newly renovated dining room this year. Wait for a window seat, and you get a nice view of the fishing boats. Food is very good, I generally go for the fried or broiled Trio. The octopus and tuna bite appetizers are great. Daily special drinks are interesting. For dessert The apple pie or carrot cake are both excellent.
I have been going to this place for over 15 years and I will say that I have never had a bad experience here. The service is always great. The servers are quick fast and attentive. They are also knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is beautiful. They have so many booths right alongside the water. It feels like you are on a boat. And lastly, the food. It’s always a hit. Everything is cooked to perfection, extremely flavorful, and they are not skimpy. I would definitely recommend this place if you were looking for a delightful night full of great seafood.
Shore Fresh Seafood Market & Restaurant
This is an absolute tiny little GEM! I found this place on Google Maps two weeks ago and we’ve already been there twice. The food is so so good (clam chowder is amazing) and the service is super friendly and quick.
Good food Great service! Food was very good and fresh- blackened sea bass being the star of the show! They’re located right next to fishers’ dock, so we would assume everything was super fresh from that source. There’s a few tables inside and some outside with no views or anything substantial. Great selection of seafood for sale. Bathrooms can be cleaner, and dine in experience could have been a little better if everything wasn’t served in paper plates. About $80 to feed 2 with seafood is still good value for money. Thank you!
Martell's Tiki Bar
What a fun night!!! Our company hosted an event here and Oh Boy!!!! We had a blast!!! The music is great the atmosphere is awesome you can sink in your toes to the sand and watch waves while eating, space is huge and can accommodate hundreds of people, the food is decent we are served BBQ style buffet, the 2 free alcoholic drinks is weak but we ask the bar tender to put more alcohol and he’s nice to do so. We will comeback for sure with more friends.
We last minute decided to have an informal get together the night before my husband and I got married in lieu of a formal rehearsal dinner nearby in Point Pleasant. We had no reservations, nothing booked, didn't think to call Tiki ahead of time to be like "hey we are bringing a lot of people on separate tabs in for drinks and food right now be warned"...at the height of their tourist season on the last day of July. I felt this review was warranted because, especially having worked in food service myself, I am always both appreciative and blown away when an establishment can flawlessly handle a LARGE crowd of people coming in perfectly. All orders were correct and quality (nothing burnt, no hairs, etc.) food was great, the servers were all pleasant and accommodating, bartenders were fast, and everybody was happy/had a great time. The establishment was clean (which xan be tough for an outside bar) and it's such a perfect location. I've been here many times before at the height of the season and it's always consistently a good time, and to have them be a part of such a special weekend was truly a treasured memory we will always have. We had many people from out of town come that have never been to the Jersey Shore that had a GREAT time! I love this place :)
The Lobster Shanty
Love this restaurant so much! We were there for a baby shower! The place was just beautiful! Beautiful views with the water and boats going by. We saw a lot of star fish in the water. It was so cool! Not to speak how good the food is and how good the service is! Will definitely come back if we have a big event! It’s definitely a beautiful place for wedding and all kinds of parties!
We were here for a repast after losing a loved one, and they couldn't have been more accommodating! The venue has an amazing location, the food was wonderful, and the bartender Tim was amazing. He knows how to make anything and everything and was super accommodating as well.
