Ordered online for pick up. It said ready in 10 min which was not the case. No big deal as they were busy. The lady behind the window when we went to pickup was pleasant. The food was really good. We've order from at least 3 different Chinese restaurants and this so far is best. The price was very reasonable as well.

Some of the better chinese food in the area. Place is clean and the food hits the spot. Lo mein can be a tad bit over cooked, bland and underseasoned. Rib tips are always on point and the fried chicken wings are always crispy and tasty.

I got the chicken and beef with shrimp wontons. Sooo good and the portion size is amazing. The server (I don’t remember his name) was great and even gave me a coupon. The strawberry lemonade was yummy as well

This was our first experience ordering food from Bobby Wong's - Irvington location. I had the Crispy Creme Shrimp and Chicken & Shrimp Combo over a very beautiful spinach salad. My cousin ordered the Shrimp Wontons and Chicken Mild Lomein. With each bite there was an amazing burst of flavors and deliciousness that delighted our palates and filled our tummies. We plan on becoming regular customers and recommend all other foodies to try as well!

Service was so fast, everything was so delicious and satisfying. Living in NYC and randomly stop by there for a dinner, so glad to try it and I would be back just for this place lol probably I’ll be craving for their sushi and main dishes!

TBH, the food and service was terrible when we went there on Friday mid afternoon. The fried rice and pad Thai we ordered were so bland and the Pad Thai had no vegetables even though waitress told us it had snap peas etc. they tried to make it right but didn’t do much better so very disappointed. But my wife has been here before and food and service have been much better. The ambience is very nice and up scale. The tofu is amazing! Didn’t ever think I would rave about how good tofu is but here we are. Would give it another try, maybe we just had bad luck.

Look. Everyone is super friendly. But the food is bland. Fried rice tastes like white rice. Other food is just okay. There’s so many other choices around you really need to stand out and this place just doesn’t.

Team building exercise meeting was decided upon the last minute and Neelam's was able to accommodate us. The food and and flavors were outstanding. The service was superb. Stopped in for a quick lunch and still delicious (9-23-24 updated)

I traveled in to meet friends who live in the area. This is a simple place in a strip mall...but it was recently redecorated and is quite charming. The food was excellent and really thoughtfully prepared. This isn't your standard take out although you will find butter chicken and all the guilty pleasures... We found the okra and other vegetarian dishes to be excellent ...the flavors of spices were distinct and not muddy or too heavy. Our server was so kind and when he found out my friends and I had known each other for 30 years and don't get to see each other in person often he made it a point to let us know to take all the time we needed and we didn't have to leave until closing ...this meant we could really talk even though the meal was long done. I have traveled in India and I really appreciated this meal. For a little place in a little town in New Jersey they are making excellent food worth your patronage.

Amazing first time experience tonight! The bowl was packed full and she explained all the sauce options to me. The 2 protein spicy tuna make your own bowl was like 2 full meals. Will certainly be back!!! My new fav poke spot! Plenty of parking around back which is appreciated in summit as well.

While the woman who served me was perfectly nice, the food is terrible. I got a half rice, half salad with spicy salmon. The salmon tasted horrible. Or perhaps was simply tasteless. All the sauces are sweet. No umami or savory choices. The edamame tastes like mushy cardboard. I’m trying to figure it out … and I just ate a single kernel of corn and realize now what it is. Everything in the bowl is off the absolute lowest quality. It’s not just canned corn. It’s poor quality canned corn. I spent $20 with tax and tip and am throwing the bowl out after five bites. Sickening!

I walked in to purchase a quantity of rice. I was unaware of the card minimum. I offered to pay with a card, and the staff member gave me an attitude and started getting very emotional. Customer service is by far the worst out of any Chinese restaurant I've been to.

Food was horrible taste like wax and on top of that The fortune cookie was stale

If you have food allergies think twice before ordering. Noted a peanut allergy when ordering. And our dish had whole peanuts in it. Big miss.

The chop suey and the chicken fried rice were quite good. Really loved their presentation and will definitely order from here again.

I used to live in the apartment complex that was basically adjacent to this place. This was THE spot for Chinese food. Fast service, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. I honestly seriously miss them.

I have been ordering at Hunan Royal for well over 10 years. My Favorite Chinese Store. Delicious Food, Fast and Friendly Service. I only wish that they accepted Credit/Debit Cards and had Delivery Service. Nonetheless Highly Recommended Establishment.

WORST CHINESE FOOD EVERRR! Not only did they get my order incorrect, after i asked for confirmation it was correct at the store, THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! Disgusting and uncleanly, i requested to simply have my food redone correctly, and the employed stayed they couldn't refund me and i would have to pay for yet another order. He continued trying to call me baby over the phone as i continued to request his name and manager. Disgusting service. I JUST WANTED MY BONELESS RIB TIPS!!! Please please stay away if you have any morals. Keep your children away from these nasty people.

Plastic liquid gel in my food I am disgusted do not go to this store. I’m reporting it to the board of health because why is this inside my food. Lady who answered the phone refused to give me my money back and told me “next time go somewhere else” all I did was ask to speak to a manager and she said they weren’t available and asked me what happened. I explained and asked for my money back she laughed very unprofessional. I got my order right before they closed at 11:59 so I could call till the next morning because they had already stopped answering the phones. First and last time hopefully this place gets shut down soon.

If you're a pretty black woman, don't go here to eat. I gave a compliment on the food, but they all did not smile at me. Why not? That is strange. Two of them couldn't look at me. The woman is very rude and I ignored it for the 3 yrs I went there. But yesterday she was very very rude and they would not say thank u when I said the food was good. I don't trust the food anymore. Not going back. They were not friendly to me. I was afraid they put something in my food.

Just moved back into town, looking for a clean reliable spot for our Chinese food fix. Was recommended by a family member. Inside is clean and well lit. Staff is friendly enough no one was rude and the energy was good. My partners food was a little bland she said it needed salt which isn't bad. My wings were a little on the small side but the sauce was good to me. Overall a good experience will definitely come back again.

I recently dined at Oriental Seafood, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The staff was rude and didn't treat customers with respect. Moreover, the food was subpar, lacking flavor and freshness. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
