Liuyishou Hotpot(Princeton)
This is not a buffet style for hot pot, you order off of the menu. This place charges for fruit such as grapes, sour pineapple and orange slices as dessert, and charges for dipping sauces for the hot pot. We sat down and gave our order to staff, 15 min later our food still had not arrived but noticed that 2 parties prior to us, had already begun receiving their food. Multiple staff walked by our table. I had to follow up with staff to inquire the ETA of our food. We were told that the kitchen never received our order. The food was pricey and average. We will most likely not be back.
First time here, excellent atmosphere, service was great, food was phenomenal at a good price, almost left my purse and staff ran out to bring it. Will definitely be back.
House of Biryanis and Kebabs Lawrenceville, NJ
We visited this restaurant today and unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. We ordered Haleem, but it was quite salty. After requesting a replacement, the second serving was nearly the same, with little improvement. We then tried the Cilantro Chicken, which was drenched in oil to the point where we had to squeeze each piece before eating it. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable asking for another change. On a positive note, the Mutton Biryani was the highlight of the meal and was quite tasty. It’s unfortunate that the other dishes didn’t meet expectations. We hope the restaurant can address these issues, as it has potential, but we won’t be coming back after today’s experience.
Ordered take out, we got the butter chicken, chicken briyani and mutton briyani, all were fragrant and delicious! The mango lassi was very yummy as well. I’ll definitely be back to try more items in the future!
Golden Empire
Order dinner from here and so many things were wrong! The hot and sour soup was very watery, and although they cooked my broccoli perfectly the sauce had no flavor whatsoever. How is it that my order didn’t come with sticky rice?? Like how? This is a Chinese restaurant correct, wouldn’t be ordering from here again!
Horrible. $9 for a PINT of fried rice. $12 for chicken and broccoli that is not even full in the container. Why are you charging these prices and shortening us the food? When I called and told them their portion sizes are the worst i have ever seen from a chinese place, the guy told me "You can order more next time, sorry sorry." Ripoffs. Do not come on here and write that you are trying to do better. You are a disgrace and should be ashamed. EDIT: After I tasted the food, wow. Horrible. The broccoli was disgusting and hard. The chicken was floating in sauce and oil. Worst chinese food I have ever had.
