"My first time trying Panda Express, and I was satisfied with the portion and taste. I’ll definitely check out other locations as well!"

Food isn’t bad. Some stuff are bland, but some are actually good. But service is horrible. I ordered pick up and had to wait 40mins, from the ready by time. And probably would have had to wait longer if I didn’t make a fuss. They prioritize getting people through the line, so people in line who waited 2-5 mins, get priority over pick up person who waited 40mins plus. Also, not the 1st or even 2nd time this has happened. Pro tip: if you are picking up, always ask for the manager, do not wait. Courtesy = Waiting 40mins +.

The Chinese food here is pretty good. Not sure why other reviews are very petty of the customer service. I don't care about them speaking at their native language to each other, every Chinese restaurant and buffet does it to some extent. 3rd time coming here and the food here is pretty fine.

If you care about your health a lil bit you wouldn’t want to eat here. It’s literally all sugar and fried dough and oily. Hope the owner read this and might want to change their quality of food.

Dumpling Cafe

A hidden gem in the Newport mall food court serving authentic Chinese/Taiwanese noodles and dumplings. I don’t understand how this place has a rating under 4 stars. 🤷🏻‍♂️ We ordered the Taiwanese beef noodle soup, chicken “juicy” (soup) dumpling, and spicy wontons. The noodle soup was rich in flavor, the noodles had a lovely chew, and the beef portion was substantial and great texture. I’ll definitely be back!

I didn't expect to find food this good at a food court! The dumplings here are amazing. So hard to decide which I liked more, steamed or pan fired, they were both so good. Pan fried cost a little extra and adds a nice crispy texture but steamed was clean (sans oil) and tasted very fresh. The crispy chicken soup noodle hits the spot on a cold day. It very flavorful and the noodles were served firm (the way I like it!). They give you a very generous portion of chicken. I left stuffed!
