HORRIBLE!!! Wish I could give a 0!! The food is evidently old, the food smells bad! The shrimp and broccoli was not only OLD, but the shrimp was the size of the shrimp given in shrimp fried rice. Called to complain, no answer. I worked a 12 hour shift without food.Chicken wings also old and hard. Will be calling the health department as well as the store for my refund.

Their delivery blows!!!!! They advertise 20 minutes and when you call an hour later or anytime rather for an update they tell you any minute but it’s not. Oh and here’s kicker. They don’t even do delivery themselves even though it’s advertised that they do. You’ll never get your order. That’s what happened here after 90 minutes of calling and getting excuses… never got my food

They changed owners or staff not sure what’s going on but I miss how the food tasted before and how fast the delivery used to be. I ordered my food at 8:40Pm and got my food at 10:30pm and it wasn’t a big order. Everything has just been bad and this had never happened before, I’ve been buying here for 11 years. So sad the old Jade Lee is not the same.

Good food, quickly prepared, and everything was correct with our order.
