Good Chinese food in town

Making a delivery order took a full hour wait after the initially told me 5-15min with the restaurant only being a 4min drive from me. I waited up to 30min in the back entrance as requested in vain only for them to incessantly call 20min later disrupting my evening classes. I figured if I don't receive my order, someone working would have to pay for it so I called back. Upon accepting my order, I missed a portion of my class to literally eat rice, seafood, & ribs with my HANDS because they didn't include utensils. The seafood delight had jumbo shrimp incorporated, but even taking a bite of one tasted like it was the seafood pieces were going bad being the consistency was slimy, mushy as if it's already spoiled. Not to mention the main reason I added the seafood delight is this lady specified it is an $18 minimum for delivery so I added more just to have a crazy story to tell & am upset stomach thereafter. On top of that, I ordered boneless spare ribs hoping for juicy bite size pieces but instead had extremely dry spare rib with bones and cartilage. Ironically enough, the lady with a Filipina accent who took my order verified boneless spare rib tips to still have the order complely wrong. Plus, forgetting to add utensils so I had to pretend to enjoy the meal for my sanity eating all this hands to mouth despite all the mistakes made. Needless to say, the seafood delight was the complete opposite of delight(more like disgust) considering my stomach did somersaults the next day from what could've only been FOOD POISONING from the rancid seafood. If the seafood is slimy as it's being cooked, please don't serve it to your patrons so at least I'm the final person that has this surprise experience from your establishment.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I’ve been searching for a good Chinese restaurant and was referred to Hop Hing. Unfortunately, my experience was horrendous. I placed an order before work as it was a lunch order. When I got to work, two of the wings were completely white on the top so threw them out. As I was about to start eating the remainder of my order, I noticed that the chicken I had was RAW! When I called the restaurant they asked me to bring the food back that I had and instead of replacing the whole order just replaced two chicken wings. The manager then proceeded to tell me to go to another store next time. Horrible customer service and even worse food. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place was misleading customers with waiting time on Christmas Day. Which is sad for business, they were telling customers approximately 1hr30 and slamming an additional 30 while being at the location arriving for your order. They were also giving out false wait time for delivery drivers/orders. I get business is busy due to holiday, but should never lie to customers. Just be honest next time and do right by the customer!

Do you want to eat well without spending a lot, please go somewhere else? This place wants to charge 20 for each meal. In other places you can get them for 12 dollars. Look at the price, it scares me.

I’m not sure why the low ratings, the food here is amazing and I don’t feel gross after as with most Chineese restaurants. My favorite part is the kind delivery man, such a gentle sweet person. Give them a try they are clean friendly and the food is fantastic

I ordered here for the first time recently and all I can say is that it’s amazing! The employees working the front desk are extremely professional when it comes to handling orders as well, not to mention they’re high school kids too! I highly recommend Hunan Wok! I’ll definitely order here more often

We ordered from here on Uber eats. Food was awesome. The best Chinese we had in the area. Shrimp dumplings fantastic. Shrimp fried rice amazing, bbq ribs were excellent.

Placesd an order online and the order was wrong . People should know how to read. Also when I called and asked them to send me my right order they refused. I will think twice ordering food from here

Really overpriced for cheap quality chinese food… I got Szechuan wontons and the General Tsos combo and it was $40!! I only had a few bites and just lost my appetite.. the chicken was soggy, the “Szechuan” was some sort of thick gravy with no spice. The only redeeming part of the meal I ate was the egg roll.

Lunch specials 7.95 ea great portion size. Delivered 20m earlier than expected and Very Hot Temperature wise. Pork Fried Rice was the best I've had in a long time. Nice big cubed pieces of pork & veggies and it wasn't Yellow Rice. Generals Chicken was fresh and Crispy, sauce a little sweet and not as spicy as I would have liked it. Pork lo main was fresh also nice large pieces of pork and veggies. Noodles cooked perfectly. Egg rolls were outstanding. Fresh crunchy cabbage inside and not a drop of oil or grease. Soups Wonton & Egg drop. HARD PASS!

This was my first time coming here and it definitely did not disappoint. My friend recommended this place, so I had high expectations. The food was favorable and hot. The service was good and delivery was fast. Def would recommend again!

I’ve been coming here for many years and the owners are extremely nice. The food is always fresh whenever it arrives. The lady on the phone is always respectful when taking orders. 10/10
