New Lucky Kitchen
The highest priced Chinese I've ever had in my life. The hot And sour soup had nothing in it but mushrooms and tofu.. garlic chicken combo was good but extra fee for chicken fried rice which I have never seen before... hidden fees all over the bottom of the bill which the girl could not explain!!! Soup no good garlic chicken ok... one and done... paid cash before everyone says fee was for credit card..
love this place. Service is always great. Food is even better. I wish I could eat this delicious food all day long. Been there many times, always five stars.
New Jumbo China
Ordered a house special fried rice and the only thing special was the lack of protein. Also ordered bbq Ribs and got some dry ribs with no BBQ on it. This is a joke.
Average as can be. It’s no Great Wok (in Wendell). I keep trying other places around but nothing can seem to hold a candle to how good the food is at that place.
Wok & Grill
Actually fire. I have been avoiding this place for a couple of years now because I thought it had bad reviews. Tried it twice just to be sure, but this place is really good chinese food.
Excellent place with genuinely good customer service. Family ordered the Wonton soup since it's easy on my stomach and helps out whenever I feel weak. The Wonton Soup was fantastic and fortunately the place was open at the moment we needed it to be. Excellent food and it's good for what ails you! Thanks!
Asia Cafe
Sometimes, you just want American Chinese food and Asia Cafe is great for just that. The usual order of orange chicken and garlic eggplant rarely fails to disappoint. Some things are definitely better than others though, so you may have to find what works for you. Additionally, keep in mind that they have a tendency to underestimate their wait time during the evening rush. Good thing the food is available at a great price point! There are a few seats available in the restaurant, but this is generally more of a take out-friendly place.
Delicious Chinese food! I enjoyed my visit, I’ve eaten here several times and have never been let down! My order came out hot and ready in 5min! I couldn’t believe it! If you are looking for a reliable clean, family owned go to Chinese Authentic restaurant here you are! Also whoever I checked out with they were very nice and courteous to me. Thank you for the kindness!
A Taste of China
Have been going here for over a year now as my go to place, but I will no longer be eating here. Found a large bug cooked into my food and was absolutely disgusted. I never really post unless I have something positive to say but I don't want others to have to experience something like this.
Just picked up 3 sesame chicken dinner Absolutely horrible and very dry. Could not eat. NEVER AGAIN
Emperor's Choice Chinese
One piece of advice, don't get delivery. Pick up only and show up 5 minutes before your projected "order ready" time. There are dishes that they do up right and then some that could use some R&D. 1. Sesame Chicken = great! 2. Egg Foo Yung = great! 3. Sweet & Sour chicken = as expected 4. Moo shu pork or chicken = the moo shu is good, but the pancakes are shit! I use tortillas from LA Bonita 5. Beef with garlic sauce = awesome! 6. Fried rice = don't waste your money 7. Dragon & Phoenix = good 8. Shrimp with cashew = great! 9. Wonton soup = don't even 10. Hot & sour soup = good 11. Shrimp & scallop in pepper sauce = very few scallops, and it would be sooooooo much better with sautéed shrimp. The breaded and fried shrimp in the dish are just mushy and gross. Lastly...could we get an option to NOT put a bazillion packets of sauce in the bag?!?!
I lived in Clayton for over 15 years and this has been the best Chinese food I have had in the area. The food was always prepared fresh and I generally had no issues. However as with any Chinese carry-out NEVER order food when the restaurant is closing soon because I can almost guarantee you will not get freshness. These places tend to shut down prior to closing and after closing the lights go out quick. So do yourself a favor and keep 'time' in mind and enjoy!
Great China
Take out- We ordered Crab Rangoon and they were a little crispy and too sweet for my liking, but still good. Egg foo young is my comfort food, and I thought it was perfect amount of crispy edge with soft center and perfect amount of onion. Wonton soup was delicious, Sesame chicken had great crispy edges and tasted fresh. They had the food ready when promised and good customer service.
Always have a great experience, and definitely one of the top Chinese places to eat. I dropped my To-go bag on the way out, and lost my sweet and sour chicken box on the floor. They replaced it immediately and without me asking! Highly recommend!
Hibachi Papi
Food was amazing my husband got the trio hibachi I got the Alfredo the only bad thing I have to say is the line moves extremely slow we were there for almost 3 hours but I will definitely be back once the hype calms down
If I could give this food more than 5 stars I would. It was amazing! So amazing that I couldn’t wait to have it again! So amazing that I ordered again and traveled 2 hours to bring it to my best friends. Do yourself a favor and go!
Best Food In Town
The original woman who ran this restaurant was great, but now I haven't seen her in months and service has gone down the drain. Every single order has been wrong and when you call, you are told to "keep your line open and the manager will call you back", but never does. Oh and when you order online, they have admitted that they don't read the notes. What's the point of having online order option if you don't make customers food based on their requests.
If you desire your chicken egg foo young cooked until it's burnt (burnt egg), if you love ordering and paying for general tso's chicken, and get home and open your package and it's garlic chicken 🤔 and enjoy eating sticky rice. Than this's the "Best Chinese restaurant" for you. I don't know why your children are cooking the food and taking paying customers orders (📱) 😡 but it don't work out so well for my family. So, I'm giving you a 0.
