This place is a special kind of nasty, it just didn’t seem very clean. Food was cheaply made the pork fried rice has hardly any pork in it. The chicken was overcooked. The chicken fingers were over battered, and it basically sat in my stomach like a log all night, and I kept burping it up. It was gross Do not go here.

Metal found in food. Ended up in ER to make sure I didn't swallow a piece. Spent $878 on the visit. Will never order food from here again. It was reported to resteraunt. And to door dash.

Continues to be our favorite Chinese restaurant. Every dish we have tried has been excellent. The items that are the best of any I've ever are the hot & sour soup, the Szechuan dumplings, ginger chicken with string beans. The complimentary fried rice noodles with sweet and sour are also better that other places I've been. Wonderful atmosphere with white tablecloths and attentive service

Always have a good experience here. The food is always really good and they serve good portions. Usually there is plenty left over for another meal at home. Wait staff is great and often funny as well. This is one of our regular places and we are never disappointed

I think this was, hands down, the BEST Chinese food I have ever eaten. This place was recommended by a good friend, and it was well worth it! The Pu Pu Platter is a must-have, especially if you're on a date, and the orange chicken was so delicious! There was even little cooked orange peels, which my boyfriend said was for aesthetic purpose, but I ate one, and it was actually really good! There was so much shrimp fried rice as well. Mouth watering! The booth was very comfortable, and the staff was attentive and very fast. We even received free ice cream on the house! This place is a MUST if you're in the area. The next time I am, I'll definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality.

I just have to go here every few months for this dinner big bowl of white fish, 🐟 Chinese cabbage 🥬 sweet potato 🥔 noodle soup! It comes with a side of rice white or a healthier brown. ~ Cisco Garcia 🐺

Couldn't be happier a restuarant as good as this is close to me. I recommend the Amazing Chicken and Fried Rice. The Mai Tai is always refreshing. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere, relaxing

The food was just ok, but I am HUGELY DISAPPOINTED in the amount of food I got. I ordered a poo poo platter for 4. Here is what I received for 67.00 4 pieces of shrimp, 4 spare ribs (one with hardly any meat on the bone), 6 crab Rangoon, 4 tiny little spring rolls, 4 chicken wings and some chicken fingers. That means 4 hungry people will only get one piece of of each appetizer. For 67.00 I expected way more food at least 2 or 3 appetizers for each person, was what I am use to getting. I called to see if there was a mistake, like maybe I was given a poo poo for 2. They said no it was correct and sorry have a nice night 😑 Update: I called Lilac Blossom back bc I really thought there was a mistake after I found only 3 forks, 3 napkins, 3 soy sauce packets and 3 fortune cookies. They put the manager on the phone and he was rude and raised his voice while speaking to me and said that is their standard. He said someone packed the forks/napkins etc wrong. He also stated they gave me an extra crab Rangoon and that I should have only gotten 4. 😑 (Hope no one gets fired bc I got 2 extra according to this jerks standards.) I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK because of how I was treated by this manager and the quantity of food was poor.

Frequent customer but the business just doesn't care. Last 2 times I ordered I did not receive the items I paid for. These were "add ons" to the combos and paid substitutions so I assume it was because of the inexperience of the cashier (who seemed clueless and no longer works there). Bottom line, I did not get the additional food I paid for nor the substitution I paid for even though I have the receipts to prove it. So I went to the biz and patiently waited for 15 min until the Mgr wasn't busy to let him know that I missed significant food on my last 2 orders. Didn't ask him for anything free or anything like that. I got immediately attacked. He started YELLING at me saying, "what kind of scam are you trying to pull?" I told him I'm a frequent customer and wanted him to know I've been paying for items I'm not getting and he just yelled at me saying, "what are you trying to pull?" I told him I'm enough of a frequent customer that they know my name when I call and he said "your phone number means nothing." I don't believe in having a screaming contest with people in a busy business so I just left. All I can assume is that the management doesn't care about the customer experience. They can't keep cashiers because I've never seen the same cashier there twice and I used to eat there about once a week. So maybe they are hard on the employees. I don't know. All I can ask you is why would you support a business that calls a long time and frequent customer a liar and scammer instantly without even listening to him. I came in with the intent of just informing them and ordering dinner, but once I got LITERALLY yelled at for "trying to pull something," it clearly shows you that ONLY GREED motivates this place. There is an equally good place right down the street around the corner. Use Google Maps and support a place that values their customers and employees. I'm sad to lose this place as one of my go to places, but the only way to stop lack of customer service and appreciation from a business is to boycott it. I wanted nothing from them but a voice and was denied even that. Sad.

Food has gone downhill and prices way up. Charge you $0.75 for duck sauce...you spend $45 on take out and have to pay extra for half full duck sauce?? I questioned the manager and he became instantly upset claiming I was just looking for something for free... Never again! Lilac Blossom always from now on.

This restaurant really is a hidden jewel. We had last dined here several years ago, when we lived in the area...and we decided to come back to give it a try...we were so glad we did! The food was excellent. The hostesses was engaging and accommodating, and the wait staff was very attentive. The food was awesome! We also enjoyed a Scorpian Bowl between the two of us and were really so pleased - it was delicious! The decor is a little dated but don't let that discourage you. The prices, the staff and the quality of food make this a real hidden gem - and certainly worth a visit!

So much fun to go dancing to great bands! All the servers are absolutely wonderful! The bartenders too! We love getting the pu pu platter for two. They also have the best drinks around! They are great at taking care of people also, getting cabs etc. My favorite is they have a professional door man who keeps an eye on everyone! I feel safe!

The place is crowded but the wait is ok. The portions are not generous as the server is careful not to serve us too much. The new blazing beef is really yummy. We enjoy that. The broccoli is very overcooked and looked a bit old so we skipped that although beef and broccoli is our usual plate. The place is coral. The soda machine is good I will still return.

Ordered a plate. This includes two entrees and one side. If u get honey walnut shrimp for an entree. You will only get four pieces of it. Even if you pay extra for it since it’s “premium”. The entire tray was untouched for the entire wait in line. Other lady who cashed us out looked at my plate and sorta just stared. I would have payed more for more pieces. I tried to communicate but I seemed like a burden which I felt bad about. Is that normal. Four pieces of shrimp for an entree ? Just warmed up what I had left. Huge walnut shell. Thank god I didn’t bite down all the way I would have brocken a tooth.

I highlyyyy recommend China City in the Pheasant Lane Mall for it's excellent service and food. The atmosphere is the food court which is cool 😎 too. The management/ownership is very friendly and will work with you. I only had 2.95 on Cashapp and it was supposed to be 3.24, but she still gave me three crab rangoons. Closed at 8 tonight, but check ✔️ it out tomorrow or a week from now or whenever.

I've gotten food here a few times, but I'll write about my most recent experience (with a photo attached). I got the Kung Pao chicken and General Tso's chicken. So the Combo Two is $9.69, and after tax it is $10.51 -- so keep that in mind. What's shown in the picture might seem good at first, although what I noticed is that they add a lot of rice and less of the actual other food. After getting through the chicken, I still had more than half the rice left. No problem as I could use the leftover rice for later. But it did make me realize the rice to food ratio was around 2:1. I was pleasantly surprised by the kung pao chicken. It's good for mall Chinese food. General Tso's chicken tasted standard. If you want Combo Three I think it's $10.89 but at that point you are paying around $12. At that point, you might want to consider an actual Chinese restaurant. The other mall food court place with similar dishes has the same prices.

This restaurant is located in an odd location. Anyway, walked in and it looked more like a take out place than an eat in restaurant. The dining room was closed so sat don’t at the bar ( room for 6). There was no bartender! The guy taking phone orders was the one that made the drinks. Ordered a mai tai( made from scratch, not pre mixed Kudos!). However, bartender/order taker didn’t understand much English and couldn’t make a vodka pineapple(language barrier). We ordered the house fried rice. The riced was under cooked, the chicken was pale strips of something, lacked flavor. It was more like pork fried rice with shrimp and strips of mystery chicken. If you feel adventurous, then give it a shot. Enjoy!

Yang Yang used to be one of my favorites but I am calling it quits. I’m not normally one to complain but the food here has been consistently a let down the last few times I’ve had it and downright unacceptable one of the times. Idk if it has changed ownership or the kitchen staff has just stopped caring but this place stinks now.

This isn't a Chinese restaurant. Its a Chinese dive bar. you know...the one where all the alcoholics go because the drinks are super strong. I think they only serve food because they have too as a bar. I cant understand how this place ever gets above a two. I had the Generals and it was chicken fingers dripping in generals sauce. that's all. I ate what i could stand because i was hungry and didn't want the hassle of bringing it back since i took it to go. I cringe every time i drive by it. Panda express (fast food) is worlds better and cheaper with no attitude and PE isn't even all that great either.

We waited for about 10 mins before anyone noticed we were there. Only 2 women working dining room and full bar. They were both extremely nice, despite being overworked. Food was not bad, but extremely greasy. Portions were good. Bathroom was nasty.
