Burning Wok
Lung Wah Restaurant
I have to say, for a while I was concerned about my Lung Wah, I thought they were slipping but oh boy was I wrong. Not only have they come back strong for me but they're food tastes fresher. I am blown away by the taste of every dish. The best pork fried rice by far, the best egg foo young, the best and the biggest egg rolls around. The food is delicious. AND they give you complimentary tea or lemonade and sweet donuts for large orders. They don't deliver but I believe that makes the drive that much more important.
The wonton soup had no flavor and the broth tasted like oil. The pan fried dumplings had no flavor or seasoning. The chicken fried rice used dark chicken meat and there was a ton of fat!
Amlee Chinese Cuisine
I finally found Almond fried chicken in Vegas and it was delicious! Amlee Chinese Cuisine was a awesome throwback to 1980s Chinese food! The honey walnut shrimp are large and very tasty. The orange chicken was good but a tad salty and the Almond fried chicken was excellent. The gravy on the side was good too! Lunch specials included fried rice, 1 eggroll and egg drop soup, all of which were good. Great value for $12. The HWS wasnt a lunch special. I'll definitely be back to try some other dishes along with the Almond fried chicken. The staff was friendly and prompt. Easy parking right out front off sunset and pecos. Additional photos on my profile page and videos located on my YouTube page.
We were told this place was the best. So when we went in and saw the basic looking place we were like ok nothing to special in the ambiance. Orders start being filled and for starters we get the Thai Tea... soooo yummy 😋. Then we wanted almost all the appetizers so we got the platter with egg rolls, prawns (headless shrimp 🍤), pork, and shrimp puffs. Delicious. Then we moved on to the main course Amlee Fried Rice and Beef and fried noodles. Absolutely Spectacular. This here was melt in your mouth Delicious 😋 😍. They even gave us orange slices at the end. I Love that attention to detail. Absolute 10 out of 10. Our server was a sweet older woman that gave us great suggestions. I can't wait to go back again.
Panda Express
Panda Express I’m rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ALWAYS FRESHLY Prepared Food Takeaway & Dining In. Friendly Service and Good vibe Atmosphere too. Highly visiting, Panda Express 3840 E Sunset Rd Las Vegas, NV 89120 United States more often. The other locations unlike complete dry/burnt food, which lacks service etc of those are directly onto, Las Vegas Boulevard.
The food here is fresh, and everyone likes that. I have gotten food here several times (once for Dine-In, and several via the Drive Thru). Many times i will order entrees a la carte. Each time they COMPLETELY FILL ea container. Nice! Not every P.E. does this. Great job. Keep it up.
Panda Express
Came here on a Saturday morning 12/14/24 around 11AM and ordered my usual Orange chicken and Beijing beef. The manager Noemi asked how I was doing and the line moved extremely quick. First time in my life going to Panda someone asked me how my day was, and it's the little things that count and go a long way. Way to go Panda, this is now my favorite Panda to go to. Plus the food actually tasted better. The orange chicken, actually had a bit of orange flavor which was the first time i've actually tasted any orange in the dish.
Always good and reliable. I wish they would measure the portions because they give you a good amount or very skimpy depending on who is serving you. Orange chicken is my 99% go to item and noodles too.
Pagoda Chinese Restaurant
I wouldn’t recommend this place burnt food cook in old Greese never fresh best thing they got going is wings by they self
Always hot, never fresh. And you never know if it's pork, chicken or beef. It all looks the same, taste delicious, but is it nutritious?
Fortune Cookie 8
Ordered a dinner plate of lomein and garlic chicken. Only got 2 pieces of chicken. Super disappointing because the only 2 pieces I got were pretty good.
Been going there for a couple of years now. But my experiences of late have not been good.the young guy at the counter wearing the surgical mask for one. His attitude is not great for business. As you approach the counter his stare isn’t good his interaction isn’t good. His customer service skills suck. So I won’t be going back. Don’t act like you’re doing me a favor by serving me or my kind. I won’t be back !!
