JING Las Vegas
We went here for a couple's night out on my birthday. We absolutely loved the food. The short red dumplings were life-changing. I've told all my friends about them and then keep telling me they don't want to hear anymore. We also got the fried rice which was a bit tame but what we expected it was delicious nonetheless. The servers were extremely attentive and I don't think an empty plate ever lasted more than about 14 seconds on her table. The same went for an empty cup. Service was prompt as well and there was no rush to get out which is always nice. The settlemention of a birthday at the time of our reservation was enough to ensure that I was recognized on our arrival as well, despite my protests to my SO beforehand. The drink selections were unique and well crafted and those that we tried were also delicious. If you had asked me beforehand if I thought I'd love to combination of honey garlic chicken and mac and cheese I probably would have said no but having the two dishes side by side at my table brought with it and enjoyable journey of culinary delights. I found myself navigating our table to try different morsels at every bite. Nonetheless The incredible lighting around the bar and cozy sitting at our cocktail booths made for an incredibly enjoyable evening.
We had a really nice time here. We came to the special brunch that's once a month. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was fantastic. The food was okay. They were good ideas but some things were served cold etc.
8 Noodle Bar
Disappointing. I sat for 20 minutes trying to flag down a server, but apparently, there's only 1 for the whole place. A guy sat down next to me, maybe 10 minutes after me, and even he was getting annoyed. He actually got the attention of the chef lady. I couldn't see her name, but she was short haired and in black chef coat. She was expediting at the front of the line. I mean, we didn't even get water or anything. The chef lady came over, and I realized the guy sitting next to me was closer to her from her position, but I was clearly sitting there much longer, and yet she still came to him first. On a side note, I also noticed a couple sit down after the guy next to me. In other words, it was long after I sat down, and I noticed they were already done and leaving as I was finally getting my food. So the service gets 1 star. It's just really disorganized and frustrating. The guy next to me actually gestured for the chef to attend to me. She asked if she could get me a drink and I asked if I could order because I'm ready. She hesitated like she was breaking some rule. I'm sorry, but after 30 minutes of waiting to get noticed (and she saw me because I tried flagging her down more than once), but at that point, there's no rule. Just help. Clearly, the server is overwhelmed or whatever, and the customer needs service. But still, I was patient. I ordered a Thai tea, shishito Pepper appetizer, and tonkatsu. I should have made sure but I usually ask for the Thai tea to come out at the end as like a refreshing dessert to wash down everything but they brought that out first and with the glass half full of ice. Grrr...I thought that was normally how Thai tea is served? It really didn't have that rich creamy flavor Thai tea usually has. The shishito peppers came out, and it was a nice big dish, so I was happy with the portion, but they were just ok. Could have used a little more seasoning. I was barely 4 peppers into the appetizer when they brought the tonkatsu. I'm not quite sure what the expediter lady is doing if she's not really expediting. But I took one look at the broth, and I already knew it would have no flavor because I could see all the fat floating at the top of the broth. That is why it has zero flavor. Need to render the fat from the broth. After a few bites, I sent it back. I hate sending stuff back, but this was unacceptable. I opted for the first chicken dish I could find. While I was waiting for that, I was able to finish the peppers. Timing is important. Oh,I almost forgot the Mochiko chicken. It's basically like general tso chicken or like orange chicken without the orange flavor. It was ok. I wish I was offered spicy sauce or something to kick it up a notch but it was ok. The chef lady seemed to be scolding the line cook. I couldn't make out everything they were saying, but if the chef is expediting, it's her job to make sure the dishes are on par. It's hard to be upset with such a pretty lady but this place seems to have changed drastically. The last time I was here was over 8 years ago but at that time, I was coming every other week and it was excellent. With great regret, I have to not recommend this. Everything about it just seems off. I MIGHT give it another chance but I will make sure to go when it's not busy.
I’ve been here a couple times. The shaking beef or beef chow fun never disappoint. Service is mediocre, I think I had better service sitting at the bar than being at tables but it was never bad service but the food is good. They do their best to be secluded from the casino but it’s right up against one of the major walkways. Even though it is it still has a nice light atmosphere. Under the Bansai tree is a solid drink if you like lychee. East miridian tastes like skittles if you’re into sweet drinks. Can’t go wrong with their Thai tea either. Definitely worth checking out
Panda Express
This is the dirtiest panda express I've ever seen. The management not must give a crap because there is trash filling all the trash cans, crumbs like they haven't swept in a month and there's Mats sitting where people are supposed to sit. There was hair on the seat I was trying to sit. Its a complete disaster. Go to a different panda express. The food also wasn't great.
Love the food but the service needs to be improved. Also it was very uncomfortable to eat when it’s that cold inside. Please turn some heat on
Panda Express
The food was pretty good wasn’t to happy that I was told to wait for teriyaki chicken which was no problem, as was waiting I saw some teriyaki chicken come out and the worker serves the next customer before me even tho I was waiting ended up having to eat alone because my group was already finished eating. Not a big deal but the staff can do better in prioritizing customers very poor customer service
I eat at this location every week, but no longer. As mentioned in other comments, the rice is undercooked and hard. In other words, the cooks, servers, manager and owner really don't care what they're putting into your Styrofoam container! There is no quality assurance that you're getting a good meal....as long as you pay your money and walk away....they made their sale. Tonight I got FR, Kung Pao chicken and Bejing Beef. The servings keep getting smaller, KPC was almost all vegetables and the FR, yep, still hard! I'm done with Panda and will spend my money at the other food outlets who care about the product they are serving.
