18 Dough
We happened to see them open today and stopped in. It was the soft open. While they did not have any soup dumplings, they had almost everything else. The braised beef noodle soup was SO good. The broth was rich and flavorful and the meat was perfectly tender. The server was super friendly and very kind. 10/10 will certainly return for the grand opening later this week.
18 Dough is a new culinary delight in the Southwest part of the valley. In its Grand Opening period, my husband and I dined here earlier in the week and a second time on Mother’s Day with the whole family. What does that tell you? Yes, this place is good and serves some of the best wontons and soup dumplings I’ve ever had! It must be the magic in that dough - it’s so delicate and melts in your mouth. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and remembered us from our last visit - a nice touch. With this being a special occasion, we didn’t hold back on our food selection. For starters, we ordered 2 servings of Red Oil Wontons (MUST TRY THIS, it's our favorite), Pork Soup Dumplings, Cheese Soup Dumplings and Stuffed Meat Pie. The starters were served with three dipping sauces - red chili crisp, house sauce and sweet/sour sauce. While the sauces are a nice option, the food is so flavorful and seasoned to perfection, it can stand on its own. For the main course, we ordered Sweet n Sour Ribs, Signature Fried Rice and Mongolian Beef. While waiting for the entrees we were surprised with Crispy Veggie Spring Rolls, Pork Potstickers and Chocolate Dessert Bao - compliments from the kitchen. The Dessert Bao has a banana and nutella like filling that when consumed together it draws a complete foodgasm! Just when we thought the meal couldn’t get any better, the ribs arrived. They were so tender, cooked to perfection and the flavor was exceptional. The Signature Fried Rice was packed with generous portions of ham, shrimp, chicken and veggies. We had the Mongolian Beef on our last visit, so we knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. Our servers were so kind, attentive, and explained that the “18” in the name of the restaurant means good fortune. We left feeling completely satisfied, with good fortune dough in our bellies and we’ll be sure to return for some more. The next time you find yourself near Rainbow & Sunset, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You’ll thank me later.

Solid Chinese food. The orange chicken was delicious. Orange chicken was devoured by the time we remembered to take photos~
This little shop is located inside the Outlet Mall. The prices were better than the other eateries there. The food was good as well as the service.
Panda Express
Great location and has entertainment there’s a water show in front of the restaurant. Location in clean and staff are super mega friendly. Take a Moment relax enjoy the scenery.
Mainly a take out place. Very little seating. However, food is good and at decent prices (for Las Vegas). We bought dinner here multiple times during our stay in Las Vegas.
Guilin Rice Noodle
Very authentic Guilin noodle restaurant, family run with required chinese channel on the TV. Been there twice, excellent food. Two sided menus has Guilin noodles on one side, and Hunan offerings on the other. Have only tried the Guilin side menu so far.
Authentic Guilin taste
China a go go
After exploring the stunning landscapes of Red Rock Canyon, we decided to stop by this restaurant for a meal, and it did not disappoint. The food here is both delicious and authentically prepared, making it a fantastic spot for anyone seeking high-quality Chinese cuisine. One standout dish we tried was the Taiwanese Rice Noodles. It perfectly captured the essence of authentic Taiwanese flavors, with the right balance of texture and seasoning. If you’re in the area and craving genuine Chinese or Taiwanese dishes, this place is definitely worth a visit.
Highly recommend. Food is always delicious and fresh. You can tell they use good ingredients, specially the vegetables and the flavor is authentic. Good prices too with daily lunch specials. Service is fast, friendly and accommodating. They always take my additional requests with a friendly smile.
Panda Express
Portion is TINY. A 2item combo won’t be good enough for a child. The server gives us very little food. Teriyaki chicken is not cooked enough. It’s rubbery and tasteless. I have to down it with sweet and sour sauce before eating it. The rice Durante taste out look like it’s freshly made. I love pandas express but I will not return to this panda.
I used to not like panda Express now all I get is either the mushroom chicken or the honey sesame chicken and orange chicken. My stomach hurts everytime I eat Chinese food but here it doesn't hurt. Very flavorful! The people were nice enough to make fresh supergreens!
China Joe's
I'm visiting Vegas for the week and wanted something quick and easy to take back to my room. Because I'm just visiting, I have no idea how to get around or where anything is without using a map. I ended up in the Albertson's parking lot where China Joe's is and figured instead of randomly driving around or spending time looking for something on Maps, I'd give China Joe's a try. The reviews were good, and I haven't had a bad experience with any Chinese food place I've been. I placed my order online and waited a little before going inside since the website said there would be a bit of a wait. One of the gentleman there called me to confirm that I placed an order, and I went inside. After I paid, I waited maybe 10 minutes inside for both my meals to be ready. When I walked in, it was empty. While I waited, three other people came in for orders. One person ordered at the counter, and the other two were there for pickups. They all got their food quickly. Once I got back to my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food and the quality. Because I didn't have any expectations, I figured it'd be ok at best. It was perfect! It was made fresh, and the flavors are on point. I got two veggie egg rolls with my order, which I was also surprised by since I'd usually have to pay for them in Cali. Overall, this place is a 10/10. I ordered orange chicken with half lo mein and half fried rice and honey shrimp also with half and half sides. The quality was perfect, the food was piping hot, and everything tasted great.
The lady taking the order was very pleasant. It was my first time there and was patient in explaining the menu and recommended items. Items are made to order and very fresh, savory, and delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
China Poblano
We ate here, four adults, and enjoyed the food! It's a unique twist on Asian and Mexican food. They are served separately out of different kitchens. We tried everything on the menu and enjoyed it all! There were no bad dishes, and that's impressive! I highly recommend the guacamole made by your table and get the spicy stuff on the side. My wife recommends chicken tacos. The drinks are also great all around! The only issue we had was our server being rude at the beginning. He was a bit snippy with us but warmed up after 20 minutes or so. We will definitely be back again!
Everything we had was delicious and fresh, we didn't feel like we over ate even tho we had a lot of food. Not pictured are the rest of the veggie dim sum, a carnitas taco, and fish taco. Pictured (chicken lettuce wraps, forget the real name) were very good. That's fried sweet potatoes on top. We're going back while we're here to get the birria tacos bc we saw them being made and they looked too good. Highly recommend this place.
Samee Side Dishes
This was our first time trying this place, and we were met with a warm welcome. The hospitality is so wonderful. While we were waiting for our food to be prepared, we were given a Yakult and a place to sit, while the amazing smell of the food filled the place. The owner and other workers were super polite and made great conversation. We were taught about the foods, and when we were finally able to eat, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The food was fresh and flavorful! We will definitely be returning. PS They are now under the name of YAMBOX ✨️
I have never left this place unhappy. If you LOVE Korean food like I do, then this is the spot for you. Sometimes on my Friday, I pull up and get a BUNCH of side dishes, then walk to the dispensary nearby and get something good and make it a baked Korean kind of night. I recommend trying their radish kimchi and their potato salad!
Pho Sing Sing
Possibly the best Vietnamese food in Vegas. Authentic, great taste and fresh ingredients. Take it from me, I reside in Singapore and i visit various parts of Vietnam for work. This place is as legit as it gets.
Pho broth was stellar. One of the best I’ve ever had. Chicken wings were mediocre at best. Daughter ordered a mango smoothie and said it was the 2nd best she’s ever had.
Food Express Chinese Restaurant
We were warmly greeted, I believe owners were having lunch at the time of my arrival, 4pm. The service was quick and friendly. Food was on point. At times did feel like a burden when asking for things, but all in all service about a 4 out of 5. Prob better for takeout. 3 people ate with 2 plates or orders. Total was $40 with 2 sodas and a tip. I definitely said wow a few times when eating.
Chicken was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Paid a dollar for a side of steamed rice since it doesn’t come with the entree, but the rice wasn’t necessary with the large portion of protein that was big enough to share with another person and still have leftovers. Crab rangoon wasn’t greasy and had a bright hint of citrus. Atmosphere was calm. Place was clean. Worker was attentive and kind. Only downside was that the water had an odd flavor, but five stars for everything else. Edit: ONE STAR. Visited during the lunch special timeframe, and all the entrees seem to be sandbagged—meaning it’s all cooked ahead of time for a presumed rush hour that never hits. Everything is just reheated when an order is placed. Everything was chewy and dry. Not made to order. Not returning again, and don’t recommend the place to anyone. When the owner was informed, he pretended like the food is always the same, even when advised that the protein was tender and cooked perfectly on another visit. Not worth the time for money. Plenty of other good food around.
Chow Mein House
The only place open Thanksgiving night near me. Ordered the spicy eggplant with pork, very savory and flavorful. The Hong Kong pan fried noodle with beef was kinda sad. Recieved a round noodle and poured the sauce ontop. Looked good but lacked flavor. Interior is clean and bright. I say check them out give em shot.
Oh wow everything was excellent today. from the food to the service. They were able to accommodate my small group for lunch. The staff is polite and it was very clean. The restrooms were clean incase you have to visit while you are there. My Mother and I both had the Mongolian beef without the hot peppers. The presentation was pleasing and the choices of sides that come with it were unbelievably good. I would also say check out the Chow Mein House.
