We have ordered two weekends in a row from Mr. Rice. I think we’ve found our new favorite place! The food is so fresh and hot even with delivery. Our dishes have had great flavor and we like that you can pick your spice level. The portions are huge! Two thumbs up, you need to give them a try! Disclaimer- the picture with the crab Rangoon and egg roll was taken after we already dug in!

You will not be disappointed! The food is delicious and comes in very generous portions! We even had enough for lunch the next day! The people are so nice and make sure you are happy with your meal! To-go orders come in a really cute, reusable canvas bag with a hand written thank you note! This is our new go to place!! Highly recommend!

After a long and difficult day, had to say goodbye to my childhood dog💙, my family and i decided to stop by and grab some food from Sarku Japan. My family and I were under the impression that the mall closed at 9, it closes at 8. We arrived around 7:50 pm and asked if it was too late to order they all kindly said no. The kindness of the staff truly made a difference. I've been coming here for years, and both the service and food have never disappointed.

UPDATE. The meat portions have become very small. Ordering double meat is the same as the regular portion once was. RIP OFF!!! This is one of my go-to mall chain restaurants. The food is ok, and you're guaranteed to get it hot and fresh because it's cooked on a grill right in front of you. From coast to coast, Sarku remains consistent. The teriyaki sauce could use more flavor. It seems to be a bit watered-down, but just ask for 2 scoops. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, and prices went up, but that's happening everywhere, so im not surprised. All in all, I give it an O.K. rating.

Typical McDonald's experience... Only half the kiosks working correctly... Cashiers won't take your order and only ignore you while they speak any language but English.. Absolute morons working there. Order comes out with almost half the order missing. I have to go explain how the simple math doesn't add up when you look at the tray and compare to my receipt. Took forever to get someone to even come to the counter to acknowledge they screwed up the order. Easiest job on the planet (I know bc I did it when I was 16) and they still can't succeed.

I don't believe I've ever had food poising in my life. Not sure if I just did, however. This McDonald's was the only thing I had besides water all day. Nothing tasted out of the ordinary. 4 hours later, felt weak, stomach making noises. Another hour passes, I'm throwing up this food in the Walgreens restroom. Spent the night running to the restroom coming out both ends. Out of commission and could hardly eat the next few days. Again, I've ate here once a week and never had a problem until three weeks ago. I would recommend giving everything a good clean and go over safe cooking conditions just in case.
