Wok N Roll
I don't know what's going on the last few weeks. We come here often and spend over 50$ every time. The last time our order was completely wrong but we ate it anyways. We waited a couple weeks and tried it again tonight and no one could eat their food it was absolutely horrible. The brown sauce tasted very burnt and was the texture of a burnt thick brown gravy and the fried rice was gooey. My daughter couldnt even eat her soup it was so bad it smelled like dish soap and had a film floating on top. I sure hope something changes or we will have to find somewhere else to go.
Awesome place. Staff was amazing. Food was delicious and fresh. Huge portions and affordable. I’d come back again for sure! Coconut shrimp was 10/10
First Wok - Park Hills
The highest quality Chinese food for 100+ miles. Ive came here my whole life & the food has just gotten better. I much prefer this establishment over the farmington location as the staff is exceptional & their cooking is better. I adore this location & i grew up going here. I cant express just how good their food is. I highly recommend the chicken fried rice with specifically their packets of sweet & sour sauce. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
Let me start by saying, customer service 10 out of 10. I ordered online, which was extremely easy. They have so many options and ways to customize. Quality was awesome for the entrees. The only thing I wish was better was the crab Rangoon. It's all cream cheese, no crab. It's also not a sweet crab rangoon, if that was what you were looking for. Portions were great both for lunch and dinner. Speed was amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for some pretty decent Chinese in the area. In pictures, I ordered pork fried rice, moo goo gai pan, general tso, and chicken with snow peas.
Canton Garden Restaurant
The Bourbon Chicken is Amazing at this local Chinese restaurant. We eat here often as it’s a closer option than their counterpart. Food is always good and fresh and portions are filling as well. The have a good little sit in area as well or drive up if you need a to go option.
Looking for the Crab Rangoon I had when I was little in park hills, MO. This was good, but not what I remember from the early 90s. Ordered beef w/peppers and onions, and steamed rice. It was hot, it was good. I can't think of anything bad about it, I was startled when a white dude opened the window, but it's okay because I'm also a white dude, I was just expecting... Something else...
First Wok - Farmington
First Wok is my go-to Chinese food restaurant in town. We are so happy that they have moved back to Farmington! The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I've tried a variety of dishes from the menu, and I've never been disappointed. My favorite is the Orange Chicken Dinner Combo. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the portions are generous. We always share 1 entree and pictured is just my half. The service at First Wok is also top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go out of their way to make sure that I have a good experience. Overall, I highly recommend First Wok to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Chinese dining experience.
A genuinely satisfying Chinese food experience! Decided to try delivery for my first experience at First Wok. I used their online menu and paid online. After going through their extensive menu, I picked some favorites: chicken lo mein and crab rangoons. Delivery was exceptionally quick and the food hit the spot!
Bei Jing House
Best Chinese food around. They are always fresh and the food is made to order. It’s a husband and wife that run the restaurant and they are the only employees so wait times may run long if they are busy but we always call in and give them time to make the food before picking up. It is definitely worth the wait! Some of our favorites are the sweet and sour chicken, tangy chicken with a side of hot oil, beef and broccoli, and their house special lo mein. Can’t go wrong! Plus their crab ragoons are on the sweeter side which we love!
The lady that works the register is extremely rude. Last time I was in there she gave my father a pork fried rice and insisted that it was beef like he originally ordered when we could clearly tell that it wasnt and refused to give us a refund or even just remake the order. The time before that she gave me the wrong order and when I got out to my car with it, she proceeded to open the door of my vehicle and ripped it out of my hands before explaining what happened. If your so bad off that you need to be rude to customers, call them liars, and touch their personal belongings then maybe you need to shut your crap hole down or hire more help. I've tried having grace with this place time and time again because they have good food and its just two people who works there. They are extremely short staffed for how much business they get, and they are very short with customers because of this.
Royal Buffet
The buffet had several items to choose from. The crab ragoon were delicious. You have several main dishes to choose from, fruit, dessert, seafood, and more. The staff were friendly and the store was clean. Would recommend.
This place made me lose my 5 year no barf streak 😡 (I got food poisoning). When I laugh I crap a little thanks to the diarrhea, trying to have high spirits but its tough ngl 😔. It's definitely on the expensive side, taco bell does me better than this, on the toilet and with the food. [🚨Be advised, food poisoning inbound🚨]
Ho Wah Chinese Restaurant
Howah used to be the crown jewel of Chinese cuisine within a 50-mile radius—about 20 years ago. Back then, it was the go-to spot for flavorful dishes and consistent quality. Sadly, over time, it fell into decline, with overcooked meals and a building that started to feel neglected. Like many, I stopped going. But recently, I decided to give it another shot—and I’m so glad I did. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was how refreshed the place looked. Whether it’s a renovation or new ownership, something has clearly changed for the better. It felt clean, welcoming, and like a place that once again cares about its customers. As for the food: it was a return to form. I ordered the tangy chicken with fried rice and crab Rangoon. Every bite took me back to the golden years—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The tangy chicken had just the right balance of sweetness and spice, and the crab Rangoon was crispy and creamy without being greasy. I’m happy to say that Howah is back on my rotation. I give it an 8.6 out of 10. Whether it’s a return to their roots or a fresh start under new management, one thing’s clear: they’re doing things right again. Great job, Howah.
Went today for lunch take out didn't receive what I ordered. General chicken smelled and tasted like ketchup ordered chicken fried rice and got some noodles not sure what's happened. Used to love this place. If I could give negative stars i definitely would. Be careful when ordering anything from here. Especially take out
