1688 Chinese Buffet
I'll start off by saying the food that they had was definitely not bad at all. egg rolls, crab rangoons, beef and broccoli and noodles is what I ate for the most part, but I tried a couple other things. First impression pulling up was, "Is this place open?".a window was boarded up, and there was nothing really going on. The inside is dark and dreary and needs some attention. The bathroom had layered dirt on the light switch and lots of dust on the towel and soap dispenser indicating they don't clean the bathroom often. Or at least nothing other than the toilet. Lastly, there wasn't a lot to choose from. 1 bar had some good stuff, the other was a bunch of random stuff. I personally probably won't go back. The lack of customers at lunch rush time should be enough to tell you it's time to update so me stuff. You have to try it you want to succeed.
I spent about 10 bucks a head for the lunch buffet, no big deal. They had 2 food bars to choose from, so choices were a bit slim. I've been to much better places, but this one wasn't too bad for a small country town.
