Hong Kong Palace
Shrimp fried rice was satisfying but didn't have that taste like other restaurants that will have you craving it. Cashier was very friendly even though the phone was ringing off the hook with call in orders.
Delicious food, huge portions, definitely getting your money's worth. Was still steaming and fresh when I picked it up. Egg rolls were perfectly crisp and the rice wasn't oily like I've experienced at other Chinese restaurants. Ended up eating it for lunch, dinner, and lunch the next day they give you so much food.
Fusion Buffet
$14.50 per person weekday dinner. The best fried wings and donut holes I have had in a buffet. They cut the sushi thin which is nice. Makes it easier to eat. Standard Chinese fare with pizza, Mac and cheese, and garlic bread for kids. Nothing really fusion here. Very much the usual for Chinese buffet. Hershey ice cream in cups. Tiny eclairs.
The food was fresh and hot, not leftover sitting under a heat lamp. The service was impeccable with a wait staff ready for you at a moments notice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and surprisingly quiet with many customers enjoying their meal.
Yamato Steakhouse
Great food and service. Definitely worth a visit!
I ordered the filet mignon with lobster and my partner ordered the steak, shrimp, and chicken fried rice The only warm thing was our appetizer and the lobster on my plate. Told our server who asked his manager what he could do. Was told they could only re-heat our meal in the microwave, well that’s fine. We get our food again 3 minutes later and it’s STILL cold. Literally the veggies were ice cold in the center. We left because we can re-heat it at home. $60 meal for cold food. Extremely disappointed. We were there for less than 30 minutes
Sakura Express
My first time in this restaurant, I got some food to go. Good choices in the menu for vegetarians. Didn't have to wait too long for my food to be ready. They were generous with the quantity of food and it tasted great as well. I was able to find a seat to sit while the food was getting ready. Found this restaurant through a Google search and would recommend it to anyone.
This restaurant is a hidden gem for great sushi! The atmosphere is exactly what I look for, with quick and friendly service, nice music, and super clean everything. For appetizers we ordered the crab ragoons (omgosh don’t skip out on those), eggdrop soup, and garden salad (the salad dressing is def from scratch). My husband and I split the yoshi roll (top roll), shrimp tempura roll (left), and the volcano roll (right). All of them were absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend the yoshi roll if you’re a spicy tuna fan. Thank you, Sakura’s, we will be back soon!!
Jack's by the Tracks
Our waitress provided excellent service. However, the atmosphere shifted after the morning bartender departed, who had been outstanding. Notably, a female employee who arrived spoke to every patron except us, the only two minorities present. I expressed gratitude to the bartender, but he failed to acknowledge it. Although the food is pricey, its quality justifies the cost, and I appreciate paying more for exceptional cuisine and a welcoming environment.
Stopped in here today and ordered fish and seared duck tacos, as well as some sushi to go. The fish tacos were the best I've ever had, and the duck tacos were even better. Haven't tried the sushi yet. Highly recommended!
