sooo delicious! we enjoyed the Chicken & Potatoes, Chicken Wonton Noodle Soup, and BBQ Pork Lo Mein. the staff here are also very kind and friendly! Also one of the few places in the skyway that is open on mondays, so ill be having lunch here often!

Good local food, love their quality and quantity, staffs are helpful, you can eat at the food court. Reasonable price . We tried chicken lo mein that was delicious and lots of chicken in the dish. Sweet and sour chicken was good. And they have lots of choices in menu. Love their food and surely visit soon.

I was excited to try this place out. Got two dinner combos, and two drinks. Came out to be just under $30 for two people. The rice and broccoli was good. But the chicken was okay and the cheese wontons were very dry. They unfortunately had almost no filling and tasted old. You do get a decent amount of food for the price, and I would come here over panda.

My first and last time here for this place. Decided to grab wonton soup for lunch and let me just say it was nasty. On top of that, this was all the filling that was in there while there was a TON of wrapping. The wonton soup is definitely a 0/10 for me and definitely not worth my $7!!

This place has some good food. A lot of folks love their salt & pepper shrimp. Honestly, this place is a hit or miss. Just this year, I dined in, ordered their pho, and it was hot to the touch, flavorful, and fresh. Another time, it was luke warm, sour, and flavorless. Their stir fry chicken options are good. Crunchy, crispy. Their service can be very good and, at times, very slow. Expect maybe 20 minutes or more for your food on a busy day (not full house). This is through 5+ years of coming here. I still eat here once in a while. I wouldn't recommend ordering pho to go though. Best you eat it there.

Sam, the waiter was amazing! Had great suggestions and Def an up seller! Ended up with too much food, but it was by far the best iv ever had! For a Virginia country girl traveling on the road, this was such the right choice! My 13 yr old son says we have to come back, so we will be seeing you again at some point! Keep up the good work!

Well I use to love this place and would drive 50 miles each way just for lunch after moving away from the area. The change in ownership the food quality went down hill and the customer service even further down. Just tried to go and take my family and was greeted at the door asking if we did an order a head. We stated no ww wanted to dine in (50 miles from home) she said there's a $2 pee person table charge, i couldn't believe it I am not in Europe (common pratice there) what is this nonsense?! I sure miss the old owners.

We ordered two orders of Chicken Lo Mein, 1 pt size Chicken Fried Rice, and 1 order of 2 Egg Rolls and 8 wontons (very reasonable price on those) I highly recommend the Lo Mein. It was very delicious and had lots of carmelized onion. The fried rice had diced egg, green onion, and bits of chicken and soy sauce mixed in and lightly fried. The egg rolls are a must. As my son called them, “Big Beefy Boys!” No beef in them though lol. The lady who owns it assisted us. She was very kind and helpful as we were deciding what to order. I forgot to order pop and instead of running my credit card, she gave us one of them for free! Now that’s good customer service! Also made us feel very welcomed and chatted with us a bit.

I've been coming to HoHo Gourmet since I was in diapers. Best Chinese food restaurant in Minnesota. The chicken fried rice here is simply unmatched. I usually get the chicken fried rice but this time I had the four Treasure with white rice, cream cheese wontons, and a pork egg roll. All delicious. Consistently amazing staff, uniquely delicious food, reasonable prices, and the kind of place you'll return to for decades. They have a decent buffet as well. If it's your first time, the chicken fried rice is a must. The rest of the menu is just as good too and worth exploring on future visits. Hard to condense 30+ years of eating here into a short review. Fantastic place!

Decent, Americanized Chinese food. Pork friend rice was absolutely delicious. . Egg rolls good. We ordered the sesame chicken off a recommendation from another review. We didn’t care for the flavor of the sesame chicken…it wasn’t bad, but just had a unique, smokey flavor that was different than the usual. Very attentive service and the restaurant seemed very clean and organized. We enjoyed our dinner

I read the reviews so I'm not sure what happened with my food, but my chicken wings were overcooked and frankly didn't even look like wings. The fried rice was saturated in soy sauce with barely any shrimp in it although I got the combination fried rice. I'm so disappointed. Not sure I'd try them again.

This place is great for Chinese food and has easily become one of my favorite Chinese-American Restaurants. Everything here is priced fairly (roughly

It was my first time here the food was fantastic old school Chinese with chow mein. Very sorry to hear that. It’s closing down at the end of the year. I do hope they find a new place. I would definitely go back.

This has always been one if my favorite spots since I was a kid. They haven't changed at all. Excellent American Chinese food. Fried race is the best and their fried chicken wings are the best around. Dining room is not big, ok for a couple people. Take out is the way to go. For about $15 per person, you won't leave hungry

Ordered the general Tos chicken The sauce is liquid and the chicken is what they had sitting out on the lunch counter they didn't make it fresh. The egg rolls were cold. $15 lunch will not be back.

lady acted like my debit card wasnt mine and asked me my last name lol and then how you gone be racist towards me asking me for my license cause you dont think my card is mine and your food is literally jail slop! worst 16 dollars ive ever spent, they have the worst chow mein ive ever ate in my entire life i swear to jesus christ himself smh stop being racist towards black people when your food is literal trash bucket juice. I know not all asian people are racist but they make asian people look bad from the service to the food like atleast make good food you cant even do that

I recently had the 2-piece fried chicken and fried rice meal from Kim's Kitchen, and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside and incredibly moist and tender on the inside — exactly how fried chicken should be. The fried rice was a great side, flavorful and well-seasoned, making the meal feel hearty and satisfying. On top of the great food, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s clear they care about their customers and the community. It’s always a pleasure supporting a local gem like Kim's Kitchen. Highly recommend!

Kim's is a neat spot for fast take-out Chinese food. Love their beef fried rice and their chow mein. Used to get their fried chicken wings back in the day as well. A heads up that Kim's have changed to completely take-out and no dine-in. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can park on either Marshall in the front of the restaurant or in the back parking lot behind the restaurant, just walk through the back door.

Super quick service. Everything looked amazing. What people are saying about the orange chicken is true. It is very, very crispy. If you don't like it with crisp fried batter, you may not enjoy it, but it is still good. Orange sauce is perfectly sweet and tangy. Fried rice, cream cheese wonton, spring roll were all good as well. I would try a different chicken dish next time.

A good place to stop for a quick lunch after the children's museum.

Bit disappointed. Grew up loving their food but no longer the same after few yrs returning. Lomein was mediocre w/diff larger noodles than before. Diff veggie types now too, not a fan of new recipe. Fried rice bit underflavored but good amount of meat cept lots of white unflavored rice pieces. Hot n Sour soup not sour at all. Chicken broccoli bland. Cresm cheese wonton & eggrolls typical. May be few more yrs till return or not at all. However, prices very reasonable compared to $15+ dishes at other local chinese takeouts.

Wong's Kitchen is a hidden gem in St. Paul. Nothing compares to the service and food. Egg rolls are massive with flavor and orange chicken is never dried out and has a good amount of sauce unlike other spots we've tried in St. Paul. Even though we've moved out of state when we come back to Minnesota we grab Wong's Kitchen and the owner still remembers us. Hard to beat that type of customer service.

Food is always good. But this time the regular chow mein was very salty. Bought it for my sister who got out of the hospital. Her bo was a bit high so she couldn't eat it. Time before we purchased the regular chow mein it had no salty taste. Totally disappointed this time. We purchased this on April 24th a Thursday. Don't know if they have different cooks certain days.

I stopped going here last yr because on 2 separate occasions I asked for chicken and for it to be fried hard. Both times the chicken wasn’t done. The second time I went back and got my money back. Well my kids wanted Chinese food tonight so I went against many better judgment called in my order and asked for 2 orders of chicken which are suppose to be $8 each with 6 pieces. I asked for it to be fried extra hard and I also ordered a large chicken fried rice and a small shrimp rice. I was told my order was $35 over the phone after I was asked if I was paying with cash or card. I get there my order is $42. I asked her what happened to the price I was told over the phone. She said something about cookies and I told her I never said anything about no cookies. She said I’ll give them for free but I was still charged the same price. I get home and was instantly pissed. The chicken wasn’t done AGAIN and it was only 4 pieces in each order along with fries I NEVER ORDERD‼️ I’m so upset. I just had to put the chicken in the air fryer cause I don’t wanna drive back out there. And I know if I were to call that she would get an attitude cause that’s what happened last time I called. I just had to tell me kids we will never be going there again no matter how much they ask. We will go somewhere else. This is upsetting and unacceptable.
