Chinese Chinh’s Express
Paid $16 for Kung Pao Beef instead they gave me Kung Pao Onions. They maybe placed 3 little pieces of beef with a pound of onion and celery. I’m paying $16 and they still didn’t add beef. Such a rip off
Only This much for $10!! Got a “large” shrimp fried rice assuming it would be enough for 2 people. Got it and see that the box is half empty :/ when I asked if they could put some more, she said that’s the standard amount and that shrimp is expensive (there were 6 pieces of shrimp).
Hunan Chinese Restaurant
Delicious food. The friendly wait staff is very quick to take your order and fast to bring out your food. Their sweet and sour sauce is very very good. You can order ahead and pick up or dine in.
About the worst egg foo young I've ever had. I tried starting with the lightest one but the burnt flavor was overpowering. Not to mention it took an hour to get the order. Usually like this place but was not impressed this time.
China Experience
Food was really nice! Very flavorful & was allocated in larger portions. Friendly customer service to match!! They don’t mind about calling you out & wanting to try some of their food!! It’s really good here!
My son was on a school field trip and this restaurant was handing out free samples. He tried the sample and they loaded up a double entree without his consent and screamed at him telling him had to pay for this meal that he didn't even order. He was very scared so he paid for said meal and came home crying. He's 12...
Panda Express
As other employees stood idle, and focused on their phones, Lee was the only one that was responsive to our needs, and attentive about filling our order correctly. Since their idleness was obvious, he finally walked over and spoke to them and they retreated to a back room area out of view. Sad for one employee to be carrying the weight of three! Having visited multiple Panda Express locations, it was clear that there is a habit of under portioning here, even with the bigger plate order. One can conclude that this is likely a directive from the owner to try to save cost, while compromising the brand expectations. My Hope Is that corporate will review this, and hold them to a higher standard as other locations visited in multiple states. My partner also had to wait for beef broccoli, which is a common staple, because it was not on the line. The idle employees were likely the ones responsible for ensuring that it was there, and as a result there was extended wait. Compared to other locations, the only shining star was Lee, who was working overtime in his efforts to try to take care of his customers, While others were not carrying their own weight. The food was good overall, but the experience was disappointing.
Some of the freshest and best tasting Panda Express I’ve ever had. The staff wasn’t very friendly but did their job. The gave great portions and everything was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this location.
Panda Express
Ya know, I hate leaving bad reviews. I'm getting really frustrated with this location though. Sadly, it doesn't feel like they will care anyways. I show no responses to their customers. I'll leave it here to try to help others though. So many businesses fail in this exact area already and they may be next if they don't figure it out. So..I wouldn't say the service is necessarily poor. New employees every other week I'm in here as I usually have this as a weekend treat. Most of the employees try from what it seems. I was greeted with a "welcome" by 2 employees right away. It really just seems like whoever is in charge needs to be fired... I've tried to love this location SO MANY TIMES. The last time I was here a couple weeks ago, the employee literally COUNTED OUT each piece of shrimp and orange chicken I was getting. It became so awkward. Today it felt like they were doing similar with the meats. Sure they gave me good portions of noodles and rice, which I appreciated. However, I would appreciate a decent scoop of meats for once vs giving me as little shrimp and chicken as possible. Trying to make it look mountain shaped doesn't mean it's a fair amount of meat. Plus the meats never have that saucy taste, it's almost always dry anyways so... And the shrimp, it's like they're using the smallest walnuts in the land in addition to being dry. Overall, quite disappointing here. I don't think it's the front end employees necessarily. I think upper management just doesn't give a shit and with this economy, I wish you luck.
This is my 3rd time at the drive thru ordering a large drink and they mixed enough water with my Orange Fanta to still have the color but lower the quality. This location is cheating out on their drinks!!!!!!! Avoid yall
Hy-Vee Chinese
Mushy and nasty ! So bad. The general Taos tasted like salsa lol. The orange chicken tasted like just plain sugar on chicken. Worst Chinese food ever and I am not picky with cheap Chinese food
Most bland fried rice I've ever tasted. Egg roll was mushy. Orange Chicken was big, but the flavor wasn't good. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was only $5. But that was because of a special Thursday specific deal. It's normally $10.
Lucky Wok
Incredibly good food, amazing service every time I come here. Would 100% recommend trying it out. I’ve been coming here for just over a year now and the food is just as good.
Chicken was squishy😕😟 but the lady gave me yumyum sauce I’ve never had it before so 😊 😝😝
Legendary Spice - Roseville (Rosedale Center)
Don't go here, you will feel ashamed if you don't follow this warning. What a rip off. Order at a kiosk but with sit down prices.... There was almost no one there and it took 20 minutes for food to be ready, what kind of food court service is this? We ordered noodles that came out greasy, scallion pancakes that were undercooked and also very greasy, and a kimchi/pork fried rice. The fried rice I couldn't tell whether it had any pork or kimchi at all - I could only find egg/cheap frozen vegetables. I went up to the counter to complain and a couple of teens who really didn't seem to care and seemed like I was bothering them told me the missing ingredients were there just very small. I was so confused I just walked away in shame. We spent $50 on 2 dishes and an appetizer and enjoyed none of it. That's all you will feel going to Legendary Spice - overwhelming shame. So yourself a favor and go across to the burger dive where people looked like they didn't hate themselves.
Absolutely delicious and authentic Chinese food! Every dish we tried was full of flavor and reminded me of home. The Crab Fried Rice was definitely the highlight — it’s made with real crab meat, not imitation crab sticks like many other places. You can really taste the difference. It was fragrant, not too oily, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried the honeydew Yakult drink, and it was so refreshing — just the right balance of sweetness and tanginess from the Yakult. A great combo to go with the meal. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick. The place was clean and cozy, and the menu had a good variety of classic Chinese dishes. It’s hard to find Chinese food this authentic, especially with such good ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends with me!
Panda Express
Prices are a bit expensive. There isn’t even a deal for an entree and appetizer. The workers weren’t very friendly at all. Also, they didn’t even give me a fortune cookie!!
It's called Beef and broccoli. But I received just the broccoli. Make sure you do a correct portion of both. Thank you.
Panda Express
I’m so incredibly upset at this location, I ordered a plate on DoorDash to be delivered with chow mein, honey, walnut shrimp, and broccoli beef. My Dasher was an absolute angel said that she picked up the order from the manager who had stated everything was in there. I open my plate and there is no broccoli beef I tried calling panda to say “hey my Dasher is heading back. Can I please get the rest of my order and the woman on the phone was like I can’t do that you have to call DoorDash I can’t do that.” My Dasher was there and They refused to give her the rest of my order, they refuse to let me speak to a manager eventually they gave my dasher the rest of my order, but this is completely unacceptable. How are you going to send orders that are not even fully done I didn’t even order anything special. There’s clearly no quality check.
My wife and I recently chose to dine at a local restaurant for an early dinner, specifically at the Panda Express located in Burnsville off Highway 42. To my surprise, we were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, reminiscent of the camaraderie found in the television show "Cheers," as soon as we entered. I ordered the super greens accompanied by honey walnut shrimp and black pepper sirloin steak. The meal was served hot, flavorful, and quite satisfying. Although I also ordered a couple of apple pie rolls, I found myself too full to enjoy them at the time, so I decided to save them for later. The dragon fruit mango black tea was delightful and available for unlimited refills at the soda fountain. Katherin, one of the staff members, was particularly impressive, making rounds to inquire if we needed any condiments, sauces, or fortune cookies. While she was not directly serving us, her attentiveness was greatly appreciated, and I was genuinely impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond. A heartfelt thank you to Panda Express for providing such a remarkable dining experience. I hope that other locations can emulate this level of enthusiasm and service. Special thanks to manager Jesse for facilitating this wonderful outing. I look forward to returning, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you.
Great Wok
I used to love Great Wok, but now their food has gone significantly downhill. The rice is very plain, along with the lo mein noodles. The Kung Pao chicken is very salty and barely edible in my opinion. I've had four day old buffet food that tasted better and was more flavorful. Service wasn't great because the people aren't very talkative, but I don't mind it much. Overall, horrible experience and I will not be eating here again.
Customer service was not the best. The women at the counter were very avoidant & seemed annoyed to interact with anyone on the opposite side of the glass from them. Food was very bland. The sesame chicken was mushy & there was little to no flavor. Tasted like it had been sitting on all day. I was very unsatisfied with it & it threw my appetite off so I went back, apologized that I didn’t enjoy it & requested a refund. Manager came up to the counter & asked me was there something wrong with the food. I told him I did not enjoy it at all. He offered a substitute & I told him no thank you, I’d just like to get a refund. He refused me my refund because there was “nothing wrong with the food.” Extremely disappointing that I couldn’t get my refund unless there was to be something wrong with the food. They literally stole $11+ from me. Would not recommend any friends or family to this restaurant in the mall at all. 0/10.
Panda Express
Everything about this establishment is amazing. As for waiting, I put in an order online using my panda membership club I had just set up, ordered roughly $100 worth of food and it was ready by the time I got there. It wasn't due to be ready till 3:55. I arrived at 3:37 and not only was it done it was hot, fresh and the care the team of 3 took to make sure every detail of my order was to my satisfaction. I literally went to the neighboring Walmart just to pull out a tip for each of the 3 working. I will choose no other Panda Express to do business with except for the location on frontage Rd in owatonna MN. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. I had a lot going on yesterday when I placed my order. My nephew was being born an hour away, I was recovering from losing my voice due to super bowl 59 and didn't want to be out waiting forever, I had family waiting for supper and I had to ask for a ride. They truly madey day and my experience more than I could ever ask for from 3 people completing such an order as efficiently as they did. I hope the 3 individuals are highly praised and rewarded as they deserve it and so much more. I have attached a pic of my receipt so everyone can get an idea of what my order looked like.
Wife and I were there 3/23/25. Busy, they were out of 3 or 4 items people working hard! Dining area not clean. But I've seen worse. Workers so busy but ice was out in soda machine. Overall not great, but food was fine.
