I’ve driven by this restaurant and never stopped…don’t be me. Finally made it a point to visit Rasa Ria and glad I did. Invited my son along and he got us a table near the front (there aren’t too many tables but it seems like they have a good carry out business.) Got this delicious chai -type drink (no alcohol that I could see) and looked at their extensive menu. Was about to get some recommendations from our server, and she pointed to the special of the day…a lamb curry dish with rice. Sold. The lamb was tender, the curry sauce spice level great and the rice was tasty. Lots of choices we could have gone with on the menu, so great reason to go back.

Small unassuming restaurant in small unassuming strip mall that serves Malaysian and Indonesian fare. I was in Kalamazoo for the day so I thought I would stop in and try it. I had the beef rendang and a curry puff. I was not disappointed.

really enjoyed the meal. It might not look like the Thai food I’m used to, but the taste was excellent, so no worries!

Everything was so fresh, and the boat noodle dish was more than enough for 2 ppl, the flavor was second to none. For starter we split the combo appetizer, spring roll was the best I've ever had. Waitress was really kind and kept our drinks topped off even though she was super busy. Sooo good!

Amazing buffet. The food never disappoints. Every weekend the buffet changes. The looks like brown mess, but try it and you'll not believe the taste. Only reason service is low on rating is it was a buffet.

One of the best place in Kalamazoo to have Indian food. We get everything at this place with good spicy food. The waiters here are so humble and good, they treat you so good and be always smiling and talking in a good way.

The food was delicious, the service was great, and the owner was very nice! We will definitely order again! The portions were incredibly generous (we tried the large sizes) and everything we ordered was amazing. Our favorite was the Moo Goo Gai Pan! Our 9-year-old agreed but we truly loved it all. We also ordered the Chicken Broccoli, Almond Chicken, Beef Pea Pod, Sesame Chicken (mild), Chicken Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, and fortune cookies, of course! :) We ordered way too much food, but it was so good and we will have great leftovers tomorrow! The order was ready quickly, also! It became a new family favorite and we look forward to ordering again!

absolutely LOVE Joy Fong! the staff is so friendly, and always takes genuine care for their food and customers. Highly recommend trying the Hot & Sour soup, it’s consistently delicious and absolutely perfect for a rainy day or a special treat!

I have to go back to try more! They have a large menu and specials on the board. It was hard to pick one having never been there. The dish I tried had a wonderful brown sauce. What I like the most is the sauce was the perfect consistancy. Some place over thicken the sauce and it becomes gelatin. Not HG. Service was good from the front door and back. They even have a little robot server.

One of the best genuine Chinese restaurants in southwest Michigan. The restaurant owners, Terry and Francis, are extremely friendly and nice. I like their roast duck noodle soup ( 烤鴨麵）and spicy sliced beef, tendons and maw(夫妻肺片）。 Thank you Terry and Francis for your complimentary dessert and fruit. ******************* We visited Hunan again with my daughter and son in law. Both of them love the dishes (stuffed eggplant with pork 茄盒, roast duck 烤鴨, spicy meat and vegetables 麻辣香鍋，baby bok-choy with black mushrooms北菇菜心).

So glad this place is open again. The owner is always super sweet. The crab Rangoon are my favorite in town. We always get the chicken fried rice and orange chicken. Everything is always hot and delicious! Highly recommend takeout from here!

Great friendly service. Best pork fried rice around! Never had a bad meal or experience here.

Very good food and good service. First time here and certainly not last. We got the crab rangoons and dumplings for appetizers and they were nice and hot. We got the orange chicken which comes with fried rice and egg roll and also the vegetables with chicken. It is served on paper plates/ boxes but I have no problem with that as long as the food is good which it was.

We really liked this Chinese restaurant! It is very clean and fresh inside. The food was really good! The service, even though there is a sign stating "self serve dinning room", was great! The food was hot and delicious. The portions were very good. The dining room is large with booths and plenty of tables. Check out this great restaurant! They are doing a wonderful job! All the food was exceptional! The Staff wasvery nice and helpful. Very nice place to sit and visit and have a meal. The Brussel sprouts are my favorite. The bacon macaroni is also very good.

The service was spectacular. Our waiter was amazing, he was on top of everything with food and drinks- and very kind. He had such a warm presence! Made me feel like I was eating at home. The atmosphere here was great energy. Our food was delicious. Best experience I have had dining out in years. They made my daughter's day when they sang her happy birthday too. Thank you!

My daughter recommended this place and it did not disappoint!! I read another review that was pretty rough, so I had no idea what to expect. I'm here to say that we had nothing but excellent service! The food was delicious! I will 100% go back. We had military tukbaegi & two different Ramens, all super good!

In from out of town, in the area for a week of IT work. Multiple recommendations from locals and it didn't disappoint. Immediate seating on a busy night at the sushi bar. Service was a little slow on my cocktail, but it was really busy so I can understand that. Staff was "moving with a purpose", something I appreciate. Sushi order was really fast given how busy they were. Adi and Wendi were rocking the sushi. Flavor was great. Highly recommend.

I come to Kyoto all the time and this time the portion sizes were very small besides the chicken and noodles. I barely got rice or vegetables. I paid the price for a dinner meal for a lunch size and I don’t think that was ok. I told the manager and they cooked more food which was fine but they cooked it afterwards in the back and I had to wait 15 minutes. When I spoke with the manager about the sizes they were just getting started, I thought that they could just get more at the time but I guess not. While waiting, I noticed that someone requested a cup of wine and they decided to not want it anymore and they put it back in the fridge for someone else. Yikes! Usually they are good, this time not so good. Maybe I’ll try back next year.

Great food and wonderful ambiance. It is a bit on the pricy side but high quality sushi. They also have happy hour and some daily deals. My fave roll is the crouching tiger. My husband got the chef’s special roll and he said it was one of the best rolls he has ever had.

Went here for the first time for our anniversary and we had such an incredible experience! We sat at the chefs table, and chefs Ian and Kadeeja were so helpful, so personable, and absolute masters at their craft. I got the chefs special, and I can't speak highly enough about how they took my food allergies and preferences and made the best sushi roll I've had maybe ever. Thank you so much for making our anniversary feel so special!!

Visited here for the first time and was very pleased with the food and service. Definitely will return I was surprised with the choices and really enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and helpful and a very comfortable atmosphere. It was a great change of pace I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

First time here and the food was underwhelming. Wishing I'd dined in instead of doing take out. Japanese Pan Noodles were DRY and the broccoli was hardly cooked, almost raw. Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi had ZERO shrimp in the bowl. Steak Stroganoff was ok, but underseasoned and kind of bland. Not sure I'll go back, which is sad because who doesn't love a comforting bowl of noodles???
