One of my all time favorite restaurants. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. The give you complimentary bread with garlic. My favorites are the lambchops. They also have great shwarmas, tabbouli salad, and lentil soup. Everything is served warm and fresh. Recently tried the lamb chili and it was good too. The Arabic coffee was a first for me. Very strong. Would compliment a sweet dessert like baklava. Totally love this place!

So I’ve had Chicken Shawarma few times and it’s always come in a wrap as a sandwich so I was a little thrown when this was not! Filled disclose, I ordered this at the restaurant and this picture is my left overs. Which, leads me to say that the portion size is really big! I probably ate about 1/3 - 1/2 of the plate at the restaurant and had another meal later in the day once I got home. The food itself was delicious. The service while at the restaurant was really good too! Super good experience. Probably the best Mediterranean food that I’ve had!

Their phone number is not active so you can’t call to place an order. But when I drove to the building it was closed with no sign on door explaining why. Food might be good but haven’t tried it. Website menu prices need to be updated as well.

I have been coming here for a super long time and I have asked for my food to be mildly spicy and she makes it to the tea. I asked for vegetarian eggrolls and her sauce that she makes is phenomenal. It’s a type of orange mango sauce. I think it is, but it is delicious from here quite often and never have had an issue .

Great ownership and service. The food was fresh and of great quality. I got all of the bang for my buck!

Excellent for carry out food. I always get the triple delight and the shrimp are full size, not like some restaurants. And the broccoli is fresh, not mushy. Their pan fried dumplings are also very good. It’s the same owners for YEARS and the quality is consistently good. Some places start shrinking portions over time or use lesser quality ingredients but this place keeps quality consistent. It’s not an expensive dine-in restaurant (although they do have some seating), it’s primarily carry out so that should be the expectation regarding the quality.

Excellent authentic Szechuan cuisine. I had the stir fry green beans, Dan Dan noodle, general Tso’s chicken, handmade wontons. Taste is fantastic, nice portions. Inside of the restaurant is clean. Kevin our server was very knowledgeable and recommended wonderful dishes. Location is good right across from the convention center and there is ample parking. Overall taste is great and these are dishes you can’t find elsewhere! Highly recommend

Great authentic taste for real Chinese food. They also have American Chinese options. Family run business and good customer service. It's my go to place whenever I crave for GOOD Chinese food.

I visited Gift of India and tried some snacks along with coffee and tea. The taste was average, but what really stood out was the poor atmosphere. The ambiance didn’t feel inviting at all — it actually made me hesitant to eat there. The food containers weren’t clean, which gave the impression that the food might not be fresh. Despite that, I still went ahead and tried the snacks, and they turned out slightly better than expected. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of taste, presentation, and overall cleanliness.

Good Indian restaurant at Farmington Hills. Large vegetarian menu is available. Two parts of the restaurant. One serves fast food like pizza burgers, rolls while the other serves traditional Indian food. Other restaurants have good seating area. We ordered pizza and it was good. Overall experience is satisfactory

Pretty basic set up. I personally didn’t care for the soup. Flavor was off. Selection was fresh. Popcorn chicken was amazing! Just personal preference. Would I come here again? Probably not.

Very unique experience. You get to pick out your own ingredients and choose from soup based or stir fry. We ordered 1 stir fry and 1 soup version of the entree. Stir fry was good alternate if you don’t want soup. But, the soup is very good. They have different spice levels to choose from. Mild could be hot for some, just heads up. They also use a lot of szechuan peppercorn in noodles and soup. So if you never had them, might be a different experience for you. But, we liked the flavor! Also don’t skip out on the popcorn chicken! The batter was very good, nice and crispy! Definitely must order. Would recommend to come and check out!

We had such an amazing experience working with DVS for my sister in laws bridal shower. The owner was not only extremely accommodating but also professional and did a phenomenal job on the food. Even non-vegans were smacking their lips. I would recommend this place 10X over to anyone. Clean, delicious, and beautifully designed. Thank you DVS for allowing us to rent the space and host the most amazing bridal shower.

I’m not sure what happened to the quality of food at this place. I sent my Brother by here for an order of fried mushrooms and this was the image and the taste was about the same. Greasy like chicken gizzards.

All the items in Govinda’s Kitchen are delicious. The food is prepared without onion, garlic and sanctified. Veg Biryani and Herbal Tea’s are my favorite.

Love the food, has an incredible taste and is made with so much love. They have a lot of variety including South Indian, North Indian, Italian, indo-Chinese, and more. Prices are great and service is unbeatable!

Aahar Indian Cuisine 0

Aahar has been one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Michigan for a buffet, and we’ve been driving all the way to Farmington Hills for years just to enjoy their amazing spread. They offer a wide variety in every category—whether it’s starters, main courses, gravies, or desserts. What sets them apart is the consistent quality and the fact that there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. Their multiple options for both chicken and mutton are a big highlight, making it a delight for non-vegetarian food lovers. When we crave an elaborate buffet experience, Aahar is always our first choice. For vegetarians, they have plenty of delicious options, including regular favorites like lady’s finger fry, bitter gourd, or yam fry. For kids, they provide fruits, colorful papads that are a hit, naan, and noodles, ensuring the little ones are happy too. This week’s spread featured Amaravati Biryani and Goat Pulao, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. Other standout items included chicken pakora, Chettinad chicken, butter chicken, vada, samosa chaat, and a variety of other dishes. Their desserts were equally delightful, with strawberry mousse and mango custard stealing the show. The yogurt rice paired with avakkai pickle was a perfect and comforting finish to the meal. The restaurant has plenty of seating, making it comfortable even during busy hours. However, I highly recommend arriving early to fully enjoy the delicious spread, as the last serving ends at 2:45 PM, and they do not refill dishes after that. The location is quite popular, as it’s close to Indian stores, Paparoti, and the Chai place. This makes the area bustling, especially during weekends, and while the restaurant has a large parking lot, finding a spot can be a challenge during peak times. Overall, Aahar continues to impress with its variety, quality, and consistency. It’s undoubtedly a must-visit destination for anyone who enjoys a hearty Indian buffet!

Sure! Here’s a review you can use or modify: --- **Review:** I had high hopes for this place, but it was quite a letdown. The noodles were completely flavorless and bland — no seasoning, no balance, just plain and boring. On the other hand, the starter Gobi was bursting with artificial color, but unfortunately, not with flavor. It felt like they focused more on making the dish look bright rather than making it taste good. Overall, the food lacked authenticity and taste, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back.

This restaurant is a paradise for spice lovers! The food is bursting with bold, fiery flavors that leave a lasting kick. Every dish is vibrantly colorful, making it even more tempting. The rich aroma and intense heat keep you coming back for more. A must-visit for spice enthusiasts!

Its a good Indian breakfast place, many options to choose from. Tea was good too, 👍🏻 I just didn’t like the atmosphere, dark color walls and ambiance 👎🏻

I have ordered here before when I lived over here and it was always good. But today I was on that side of town and I ordered the c20 combo(General Toas chicken) I got battered orange chicken no veggies or spice at all. I don't understand do they just give us anything and say oh they won't know the difference. I tried calling smd she said no refunds, I was severely disappointed and won't be coming back. This isn't even close to what I ordered this place is a scam and just takes your money and gives you orange chicken and then yells at you that you don't know what chinese food is

I was recently hire by Doordash to photograph some of their popular menu items. I was greeted by the owner and she was very nice and enthusiastic. They were very busy with carry outs and I can see why. Their food is fresh and tasty. I was able to taste the pepper steak with onion and the famous almond chicken. Very good! They are located in a pleasant and safe plaza and I liked the fact that their kitchen is very clean! I highly recommend you come and try their delicious and very affordable food. You will NOT be disappointed.
