So good and so much food. I got the pepper steak and the wife got shrimp and vegetables. Egg rolls were fantastic. All for a decent price. The lady working was so sweet and friendly. Definitely will be back.

This place is the best Asian food I've ever had. Dont let the outside of the building fool you. My family had the chicken, pork and beef. They were all tender and delicious. Egg drop soup was amazing and the owner is very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Good food. We tried crab rangoon, general tsos, chicken mei fun, four seasons, and sweet and sour chicken. Crab rangoon- it's the triangle ones. Four seasons- really good just know it does have mushrooms in it. Sweet & Sour chicken- not potato size batter covering a pea size chunk of chicken. They have small pieces proportioned to chicken, taste good.

Good Chinese food. I really enjoyed my Sesame Chicken. This place is following CDC protocols for COVID. The staff is masked and gloved. The sign on the door asks that you be masked. I walked in without one, and was not harassed. There is no dine-in service at this time. They are also understaffed, like many other places are right now. This causes longer waits, and stressed out employees. If you can be patient with them, you will enjoy some excellent Chinese food. ♿ Accessibility Features: Ramp access = yes Wheelchair-accessible Entrance = Manual Wheelchair-accessible Seating = Yes Wheelchair-accessible Parking = Yes

It was late and China Kitchen was one of the only places in the area open that served Chinese food, so I thought I’d give it a try. Upon entering, it was apparent that appearance and atmosphere was not the top priority of the restaurant, but it wasn’t super dirty or anything so I went ahead and ordered. The staff seemed friendly but I was surprised when they told me that they did not accept credit cards. The food was ready pretty quickly and was still reasonably hot when I arrived home with it. I tried the General Tso chicken with fried rice and was not overly disappointed or blown away. The egg roll was ok but I would skip the crab rangoons, they just had an odd texture and taste. At the end of the day, China Kitchen is so-so but not nearly as good as other Chinese restaurants in the area such as Shanghai or China Inn on the north side. Given the price vs the quality, I’m not sure that I will return. If you do decide to try China Kitchen, make sure to bring cash.

Found a worm a k a larva bug in my rice. Didn't want to give a refund but wanted to give me more bugs to eat.im good and this is a warning ⚠️ stat away from this business. They're selling bugs n the food and the food is old.

we ordered sesame chicken and rice. Was very good. We also ordered kungpoa chicken and it smelled like straight up mouse urine and tasted horrible. The amount i put on my plate go thrown away and i took the rest back and asked for a refund. They questioned why i ate some of it in which i told them it was on a plate and thrown away. They did replace with sesame chicken but didn’t give me any rice with it which was taken back with the bad stuff. I will never go back. I was questioned and not treated well at all.

I went in there with high hopes, only for them to be shattered. They gave me the worst crab rangoons I've ever had, I'm not even sure it was crab it tasted like mayo. I even found some pubes in it. Disgusting. They touched my booty and said I have to say I like it. My butt hurts.

Just moved to Allegan from Detroit. First real restaurant I've tried out since my arrival. Will patronize them again for sure. One comment is that so many Chinese places today do not add peppers, onion and pineapple to their Sweet & Sour. It would be nice if they included veggies in their S&S here. Not a criticism, just a thought. Everything was cooked well. Nothing was overdone or underdone and the flavor was spot on. A very good carry-out experience!

Decided to try the take out, it’s a clean space the owners kids are knowledgeable and very polite. The food is delicious! Great flavor and spice! Out of all the Chinese takeout restaurants this one is in my top 2!

Thought I'd give this place a try! Ended up getting general Ty's chicken and pepper chicken and the food tasted good and the amount that you got for the price you pay is not bad it's just that it is not a sit-in restaurant. It's only takeout and when you put fried food into styrofoam containers, the food becomes soggy from the steam before you can even eat it.

Very kind and always provide free dessert when we tip them. Even when they mixed up an order one time they let us keep all of the food and then we got our original meal as well. Support local businesses :)

We ordered around dinner time and the rice seemed like it was from earlier that day and the crab ragoons were super hard. The food didn’t seem very fresh. I have ordered from here before with the same results.

Dont kmow whos running this place now, quality and flavor of food has gone down. Picked up an order on 2/14/25, was told 30 min on phone, actual time was 1 hour before my order was ready. Got the order home and found i was missing two dinners and no rice , never going back.
