House of Huang
SO SO Glad you can afford to be confrontational, argumentative, & dismissive with an absolutely empty and run down, horrific looking restaurant!!!! I ordered fried dumplings with a posted price on their menu board of $5.50. I also ordered General Tso Chicken. Asked if wanted regular, with a posted menu price of $14.95 (with a hand written “1” on a white paper over the price), or the small, she verbally provided the price of $11.95. I selected the small and was advised of a $21.(& change) tally. BC it’s cash only (not posted), I walked x-cross St to ATM. Upon return, I advised the math didn’t add up. clerk provide a printed paper menu with a fried dumpling price of $8.95. I contested that one of the posted menu prices has a hand written increase correction, then why aren’t all the posted menu prices manually changed. after many interrupted contentious statements, she said she would charge the posted dumping price $5.50 but she was going to increase the Tso’s chicken to the full $14.95 price. when confronted about that change bc the small was still ordered, she became argumentative, yelling at me, & interrupting my valid concerns.
I’ve been ordering from here for about 10years now and it’s always been my favorite Chinese food. I moved to West Springfield and still drive up for our take out night all the time. Everything is super tasty, fresh, and delicious.
