Feng Shui Restaurant & Bar
I was at the Lunar New Year celebration at Braintree High School and saw that was Feng Shui Restaurant across the street I stopped in to have some lunch. Salt and pepper surf and turf Handmade ravioli Singapore rice noodles Sashimi Deluxe The young man at the front Paco was pulling double duty hosting and serving He did an excellent job. I highly recommend this restaurant
It’s a nice place to try some Asian cuisine. The food was great but service wasn’t as good. I ordered some seafood and wanted to order dessert but my server didn’t even asked for it and handed me the bill. Anyways, the food is good and there are plenty of dishes to choose. Plenty of parking outside and conveniently located. PS: great sushi menu.
Sarku Japan
Delicious delicious delicious! Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from but my food tasted great. There’s a reason they’ve been here for as long as I could remember. I ordered double chicken and was loaded up. Fast, efficient, friendly service as well! When you order takeout it comes in a plastic container that comes with extra teriyaki sauce.
This place used to be decent back in the days but now it’s just awful. You would expect paying $10 for a meal it would at least fill you up. It seem like they played Tetris and tried to stack and even put the portion to make it seem like they filled up the box but it’s the opposite. I got 4-5 piece of cabbage that they spread out to fill 1/3 of the box, little rice that they spread out to make it seem like it’s a lot and 7-8 tiny piece of chicken they spread all over to it seem like you got lots of chicken. I opened the box and was shock, I mixed everything together and it actually only 1/3 full but they tried to make it seem like it was full. Their way of ripping people off is crazy. I ordered 3 box of chicken on their mobile app and got so little. When I got home I put all 3 box together into 1 it actually only filled up 1 box. I paid over $30 for the meal but got at most $12 work of food. I would of got tons of food that can feed 2-3 for $30 at any other legit restaurant.
Ruby Thai South Shore Plaza
Not cheap but the food was decent. Service was friendly and fast. The spicy chicken wasn’t very spicy but it was just to right for me. I was glad they had vermicelli noodles :-). It’s. .50 extra charge but they are yummy!
Portion was too small, add another $1.25 if you choose shrimp but what I got was 3 pcs of tiny shrimp that covered with veggies 😔. Ruby Thai at Providence Place served better portion than this. 2 meals with 2 entrees and a drink cost $30 Fried rice 6/10 ( rice was wet) Mango chicken 7/10 (not too sweet and chicken was crispy) Shrimp and veggie 4/10 (seriously only 3 tiny pcs) Eggplant and tofu 5/10 (tasteless) Noodles 8/10 ( al dente and fresh) Spicy chicken 7/10 ( just too sweet for my taste bud)
Master wok
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant at the moment.. the food tastes like good Chinese restaurants did in the early 2000s, which is hard to find nowadays.. the service was fast, but didn’t feel very friendly as the other places in the food court. I get the sesame chicken, the chicken and broccoli, the sweet and sour chicken, and the fried rice. It was all very flavorful and hot right away. It’s actually a pretty decent portion for the money ($17).
Please stay away from this establishment as if your life depended on it. The cost to quality ratio for this food is among the worst I’ve ever seen. It costs $14 for some of the worst quality/smallest quantity of food I’ve had the misfortune to come across. The rice was burnt, the meats were drier than the Sahara desert, and the mushrooms were completely raw. Words almost cannot do justice for how much I dislike this place. I’d give it a -100000000 if I could
China Chopsticks Inc.
I recently dined at this restaurant and found the portion sizes to be more than generous, easily enough to satisfy a hungry appetite. I particularly enjoyed the chicken lo mein. The general gau chicken, however, was a bit too oily for my liking, and the egg rolls were rather bland in taste. I'm not entirely familiar with Chinese cuisine, so I'm unsure if that's how they are typically prepared, but it didn't quite suit my palate. On the positive side, the price point is quite affordable, and the restaurant offers decent seating for those looking to dine in. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a hearty meal at a reasonable price.
Best Chinese food in Quincy hands down! I have lived in Quincy my whole life and I only come here for my food! It’s family owned and you can see the love and care they put into cooking their food! Amazing quality! Great portions! My favorite place!
