Customer service really wasn’t what the problem was it was the quality of the food. I got the Mongolian beef and it tasted bland, texture was chewy/almost soggy like. Honestly tastes like a frozen meal reheated… I also got the shrimp Fried rice and it was fine nothing I would crave to come back for but it was better than the Mongolian beef.

Typical Chinese joint serving typical Chinese dishes. Nothing extraordinary or distinguishing about the food but sometimes that's all you want: good food without the frills or gimmicks. Host was nice and the place was clean, bright and open. 2 lunch specials (Mongolian beef and shrimp) + green onions pancake came out to $40 with tax/tips.

2025 Well thankfully they have done an amazing turnaround here. the flavor profile on the wonton soup is superb with nuances with pork and egg in a wonderful broth with wontons and green onions. smells great, taste better. Attentive service, serving lots of delicious hot tea on a cold day. Shrimp roll hot and crispy. Almond chicken battered in bite size pieces. Mongolian beef tender and tasty. Fried rice dry and slightly crunchy. I liked it. Next time I want to try the egg foo Yung and mu shu pork. 2024 I see that they're still plenty of cars in the parking lot so I should try coming again and seeing how they have improved. Hopefully they are back to their traditional standard of excellence. 2022 Stopped coming here after COVID because the last couple of times the dishes were heavy on onions and not enough on the other ingredients. Also, they seemed short staffed. 2020 So glad we have reason to come to this part of town. Excellent food, easy parking. Close to WSU campus on Broadway. We always order family dinner. Husband prefers how they make Honey walnut with chicken instead of prawns. But I like the prawns and snow peas in delicate sauce. The BBQ pork was delicious, clean fresh and tender. The crab wontons are so superior. So thin, crisp and creamy inside. AMAZING!!! Got to try this hidden gem. Husband prefers their hotnsour soup, flavorful but not overpowering. I like the wonton soup. It is really packed an filling. You will enjoy the leftover chow mein and fried rice too.

I ordered the chicken chow mein and sweet-and-sour pork combo and everything had a funky smell and taste and was uneatable. The pork fried rice was cooked to death and had the same funky smell, same with the egg flour soup that was missing egg. I ordered through door dash so this trash cost me $30. This place used to be good years ago.

It was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we were truly impressed. The Szechuan-style dishes were absolutely delicious—flavorful without being too spicy, so even the kids could enjoy everything. Everyone loved it, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more! 😋

We were there on early Sunday dinner, place wasn’t busy just 2 tables counting our. We ordered the dried shrimps seaweed fried rice, basil beef stir fly and spicy beef noodle soup. The fried rice is the only one eatable, The beef used in the stir fly was soak in baking soda too long, it lost the meat texture and some pieces were not as fresh. The noodle soup was too soggy+ too oily and the veggies were not fresh and they were un-eatable. Very disappointed with their quality of ingredients. Hope they will improve on their foods quality.

Kinda disappointed in food overall. Honey walnut shrimp was a strange orange color and tasted like generic sweet sauce. Food was bit salty/greasy and MSG heavy. Texture on deep fried food was good. Would chalk it up to a step above chinese mall food. Not sure if I would come back as looking for more quality.

Food was typical Chinese take out style. Everything was fresh, hot, and not soggy. Would. Prices are in the higher end. Nice staff but slow service.

I love this place. Such a reasonable price for such a huge bowl of noodle soup. I love the egg noddles but if you like hand pulled they do it there on the spot and they’re tender and chewy. Service is fast and again can’t beat the prices. I haven’t eaten a lot of other things cuz I love the noodle soup so much but what I have tried I liked. All except the egg drop soup. That had too much corn starch and was pretty slimy and plain. But everything else is flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for years. This recent trip is the last. I got the "braised" beef and duck noodle soup. The beef was dry and gross. I couldn't even bite a piece because it was so tough. The duck was all skin and bone, no meat. The service was poor as well. I know prices are rising, but brisket is pretty hard to mess up.

This is the BEST Cantonese restaurant outside of Boston! They are a meticulous restaurant with a great emphasis on providing the best attention to detail in their ambiance, plating, and service. I highly recommend their Peking Duck, sweet and sour pork, and those fat and juicy clams in black bean sauce! Definitely a must try! Given that the restaurant is inside Encore Boston Harbor casino, diners under 21 years old go through a different door. Talk to the hostess and they will open the door for them from the hallway.

This place has amazing food. I was there for Chinese New year with friends. The food was AMAZING. Very authentic. Great service. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Outside they also had had a tea spot and the milk tea was great as well.

Food was good don't get me wrong, but it would've been a lot better if I'd been given the Mandarin chicken I ordered instead of Mongolian chicken. It was still good, but I'm still craving what I actually wanted. Edit: also the $2 price difference of not getting what I ordered is kinda getting under my skin. I didn't pay extra for no reason.

It's okay... But not the same, I was sad to discover that the restaurant was under new ownership today, but had decided to keep the same name, I ordered the same as usual, my spicy chicken teriyaki in hopes it would still be the same but it was not at all, the price is $15.99, which is $3.00 more than the old cost, and the portion size is noticeably smaller. I think at least giving the courtesy of putting an under new ownership sign would be due, especially because all of the reviews on here are for the previous owners and their menu, not the new ones, so it would be giving people a false narrative and expectations for the restaurant.

My co-worker and I came to buy food on our lunch break and let me say I’m disappointed my shrimp fried rice tasted burnt. My co-worker’s chow mein was salty and not good at all. The only thing good were the fried prawns. I will never order from here again. Definitely waste our lunch break!!!!

The food was amazing. We sat in the bar and it was so laid back and chill. The service was amazing! There were four in our party and we ended up sharing everything. We had a total of six mixed drinks, three beers, four entrees, and two appetizers and the bill's total was $150. That is a steal considering the portions and stiffness of the drinks. We had been discussing how lackluster all the Chinese food in the Seattle area is and this place really delivered. We drove out of our way to go to this place and we were not disappointed.

Just alright, not the most flavorful, could have some more soy or fish sauce for flavor and color because the fried rice was pretty bland but not bad enough to send the food back. The chicken was... More pale than any other fried rice I've had and the same is true for the Chicken Teriyaki, super light color, not a whole lot of flavor. Food was hot, service was good, lots of TVs with sports or news for those that want it. Good cocktails.

Very delicious Chinese food. The only great place in Chelsea! You get a lobster when you spend $100 or more! A steal!

Absolutely fantastic. I don't say that very often, but this panda is ran very well. Very impressed with the staff. Each and every one of them were very professional. The business was very clean. Everything about my experience was great. This is a good place to eat. Thank you so much everybody Kevin was absolutely awesome. Asked us how everything was made. Sure, we were happy. Wow! It's nice to see young people that actually care 😄

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a recorded voice. Then a different voice greeted me and asked me if I could wait for a sec. Which is fine. Then a different voice took my order. At the window an employee told me they were changing registers for a shift change. I used my Panda Express app to get an Egg roll for free! Totally cool. The lady took my phone to scan it. Which is awkward compared to starbucks where they just reach out with a scanner and scan your phone while you hold it. Panda Express should set up that system of rewards usage in the drive thru. One thing about my visit that was unique was the nice lady who took my payment method tried to hand me my Beef&Broccoli bowl with an egg-roll, fortune cookie and silverware sitting on top of it. I thought it was odd and didn’t want the bagged egg roll to fall off so I asked her to put it in a bag and then hand it to me. Never in my life have I gone through a drive thru and an employee tried to hand me my food without a bag. I guess starbucks does. But most of the time your food is bagged even if you order french fries only. It’s still in a bag. I’m not upset though, still gave them 4 stars. Just surprised by the lack of bag…lol
