Ive been here twice and the food was great both times! This time I dined in made to order, and nice and hot when it came out. We had sushi and shared a chicken pad thai and pepper steak. I highly recomend take out, but if you're going to dine in you should have a good sense of humor ;)

Ordered a pink lady roll, maryland roll, and kani salad (spicy crab). Delicious!!

I was eating my shrimp lo mein and found either a strip of steel wool, or some type of metal. I had eaten it and felt the inside of my mouth getting cut up. I called the restaurant and all the woman said was “I’ll tell my cook to be more careful next time.”

If you're considering takeout, steer clear of this place! No half and half, a carryout basic—clear warning signs were there with missing essentials like that. The presence of tarps and the absence of basic ingredients should have been red flags. On Christmas, they dished out stale food, and my expectation for a refund wasn't met with any surprise. The tasteless and passionless dishes were truly disappointing. Save your time and money—this place is a letdown. I'll let the photos speak for themselves....

Family owned business, so glad we stopped by to try it out. Their lunch specials cannot be beat and their flavors are the best in Southern Maryland. We live about 40 minutes away and are already planning our next trip back. The staff are so lovely and sweet and they’re efficient in getting food out to you. HIGHLY recommend!

Foods are so good :) it’s my favorite Chinese restaurant!

We went here today, and the food was cold. Nothing tasted as it should. We went into the restroom, and this was their quick fix. Sad, this is one of SMC only buffets, and the lyrics can do better. This place is nasty and horrible! If they can't fix the bathroom stale, how are they serving you quality food?

Family and I went for lunch. This was our first, and likely last visit. The food quality was just okay. It’s not something I’d drive 14 miles for again. Some items were better than others. A lot of the items with sauces weren’t very thick more so soupy/runny. The sesame chicken for example almost slid right off my husband’s plate. I’m used to a sticky based sauce. Other things were bland or cold. We arrived 35 minutes into opening. I didn’t expect anything to be cold so soon after opening. There’s room for improvement between the food and cleanliness of the restaurant itself. The carpets were in bad shape. I still don’t know why places have carpet in restaurants. Aside from that, service was good and priced fairly.

I came here today for my fiancée's daughter's birthday dinner and it was basically ruined by terrible food, terrible service and terrible atmosphere. So, first of all I'm pretty sure they abuse the few fish they have in there. They look like they don't get fed and they're barely alive. It also adds nothing to the ambiance. They used to play music and there was no music at all today or anything to create any sort of ambiance. I dropped almost $100 on 4 dishes one of which was a small soup and expect more for that if I'm being real. A major issue I had though is that I told the server specifically that I am very allergic to seafood so I asked if the spring rolls have any shrimp or anything and she said no, they're vegetable - the menu also said they're vegetable. So I ate them without worry. They weren't very good but whatever I didn't want to make an issue so I just ate them smothered in duck sauce which was okay. I'm almost done with the second spring roll when I just glance at it and realize there's literally a baby shrimp in it. So that was great. Lucky for me they seem to use fake shrimp because I haven't had a reaction yet and it's been at least a half hour since I ate it. After that I tried to have some won ton soup. It tasted like fish water. The dumplings were okay, not great. The server asked at one point if my fiancee and her daughter's friend wanted a refill on their drinks (tea and sprite) and they said yes so she took their cups to go refill them. In my opinion she should have brought either new cups, then removed the empty cups or have brought a pitcher if she didn't want to go back and forth. Then someone else asked for a refill a bit later and a different server took that person's cup, left with it then when she came she handed to her and said "please" aggressively with some type of unwarranted attitude - no idea what she meant or what the issue was, if there was even an issue. We felt very unwelcome. All in all it was a terrible experience. We will be re-doing the dinner for her daughter due to it being such a poor experience. We will never come back here again and will most definitely be letting our friends and family know about what experienced. Good luck, you're gonna need it.

We've eaten there 3 times now, the first was excellent and the next two times just ok. You can tell different chefs cook and hold items in warmers differently. The dining area is clean, the service has been good. We will eat there again.

Not much to say here. I like Chinese food and theirs is delicious. I called my order in then by the time I arrived I paid them and they put my freshly made hot food in a bag where I took it home and enjoyed it with my family.

The owner was so nice and accommodating. We bought two veggie dishes and they both were amazing. My wife is not really a fan of Asian food but she loved this place

I had high hopes for this place from the reviews, but I was pretty disappointed. Walked in and it smelled good. Sat down with a menu to figure out what we wanted. Went up and ordered. There was only one younger guy handling everything in the front (phone, walk-ins, doordash, bagging). He was so busy that everything took a long time. At one point there was 5 people in line and half of them looked annoyed because they had ordered online and it was taking so long. My order went out the door by accident with a doordash lady and he chased after her. On to my food: Mongolian beef: no spicy icon - came out so dang spicy I couldn’t eat it. The beef was in thick strips instead of flat cut. The onions were mushy. Not good. Chicken broccoli: decent but not as flavorful as I am used to. Pan fried dumplings: tasted like lettuce from the bed of lettuce it came on. Just no! Ugh. Shrimp basket: husband liked it and said it was a great value for $11.50 16pc and crinkle cut fries. Drinks: ordered 2 fountain drinks and the cups they gave us were a very thin paper cup. They were sinking in after 15 minutes. I thought my fingers were going to puncture it. Imagine a paper straw how they get soggy but a cup in that same material. Overall- I won’t be going back.

Food is pretty awesome. I love the shrimp egg foo young, with fried rice, the wings, Philly cheesesteak (yum!). The food isn’t extra greasy like a lot of Chinese food places. I recommend Jerry’s Bistro. They’ve become my favorite in this area.

Came here for early dinner food was great however customer service was horrible. Lady at the front register was very rude and unprofessional. Said we could not order a smoothie because she was the only one working (which was fine). As we were eating, another employee came in and took over the register. I then went back up and asked if we could order a smoothie now since there was more help. She proceeded to ask the other worker if that was okay. The lady threw her hands and the air and yelled “no I’m tired I can’t make a smoothie right now” I was very surprised that this is how they would answer a paying customer. I asked for the manager/ owner and the same employee stated that she was the manager (even more shocking) and that she was sick and did not feel up to making a smoothie. I asked why she was at work around customer’s food if she was sick and she started yelling. My husband then asked her to lower her tone and she continued to yell things. We no longer felt comfortable in this establishment so we grabbed to go boxes and started to box our food when she came over to the table handed our money back and demanded we leave our half eaten food at the table … we did not ask for the refund therefore continued to box our food. She tried to grab my husbands plate from his hands.. very rude and unprofessional. Never will we return to this establishment and we will be filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and with the Better Business Bureau.

Quiet, clean, and decently large portions. I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli (dinner) with egg fried rice. See picture for more details. Definitely worth a try.

Best Chinese food in town. We've tried most of the menu and have never been let down. Sesame chicken is my favorite, my husband loves the hot sour soup. They are always fast and never had an issue with our order. Everything has been correct, delicious and on time. Highly recommend.

Very small portions for the price shrimp fried rice tasted like plastic and had nothing in it but onions and the shrimp the shrimp egg rolls were horrible tasted sweet shrimp lo main was ok. $38.00 never again

It's freezing in this place, as they don't have the heat on and it is freezing outside. I don't know which one is colder. And I got the veggie fried rice and the rice wasn't cooked the whole way. So not very happy with this place.

Went for lunch and bought the sesame chicken lunch special for $7.95. The price is great and the amount is satisfying. The taste needs improvement - it’s like a mix of being frozen, stale , or only seasoned with salt and soy sauce.

The sweet and sour shrimp had baby shrimp and was all batter. It wasn't even done on the inside, just gross. Haven't returned since.

Disappointing. Pricing is reasonable (considering inflation) for what it is, and it hits the spot for the inexpensive Chinese food craving. My main issue was my most recent visit. I took my young daughter, and she wanted to eat in (it's primarily a takeout place, but does have table/chairs for a small number of eating-in persons). So I agreed (it was a daddy-daughter day date). I told them we'd be dining in, and asked for tap water. Man behind the counter didn't even try to hide is annoyance, and said, "we don't have cups." He then motioned to the refrigerator full of drinks. I motioned to the stacks of disposable plastic cups in clear view (the small, 4-5 oz ones). He said they were for sodas only. Really? Who uses a 4 oz cup with a can of soda? You really include those cups in to-go orders? He didn't like being caught in his lie, and stood by his bs explanation. Whatever. I went to my car and got a bottle of water for me and my daughter. I didn't want to go all Karen on him, or even deal with it. My daughter is young enough to not really have understood, and still enjoyed the meal. Pretty crappy how he handled it. Almost like he was intent on us not enjoying the meal there. For reference, I've been given water on request when eating in before. This guy was just ... having a day? IDK. But he was definitely not interested in letting anyone have a pleasant day around him. Not a zero, or even a one, but a frustrating two stars for the service. Get takeout here only, instead.

They need to do better. I ordered the sizzling shrimp (+$1.25) with super greens as my side. Instead I got super stems. The pomegranate pineapple lemonade was the highlight.

Usually I like panda express... but tonight OMG.... it looks like someone ate part of my dinner... my husband and I have the same thing. Fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I asked for teriyaki sauce on the rice. So my husband owns it and says 'I guess you are some on the drive home?' It looks like some body ate 1/2 my dinner... and only 1 package of teriyaki sauce. None on the rice or the chicken ... my dinner on right his on the left.
