I have lived in New York for 2 years and have LOOKED EVERYWHERE for the perfect hot and sour soup, and I'm so happy to say, that I finally found it!!!!! Most places say they have hot and sour soup...but you get it and it's a light colored vegetable soup. This is the FIRST PLACE I've found with REAL hot and sour soup!!! (Just egg, tofu, bamboo & REAL spice! Beautiful dark color and thicker broth! As it should be!!!). I'm so happy I could cry right now!!!! Best food I have had in New York! Definitely will be back weekly! YAAAAAY!!! Thank you for having REAL and DELICIOUS hot and sour soup!!!

I wouldn't say the store is bad entirely. Great customer service and decent atmosphere. But I don't eat here often I found one out of the 3 or 4 wings I had was well undercooked and was given the wrong order of rice I asked for beef and notice a piece of pork was mixed in the rice..

Always enjoy the quality and selection of menu items. Price is accommodating, food quality is good along with serving amount. Staff has been consistently friendly and willing to please.

My food was ok. The lemon chicken is ok. Egg rolls are super greasy - roll them in a napkin or paper towel to absorb the grease before trying to eat them. That said - the service is comical. In the kitchen door - lots of yelling in the back - out the kitchen door …. over and over. While I waited (extra time) for the order I called in, that kitchen door had the two women running in and out - had to be 50 times. I get it - doing their jobs but when the main woman was out of the kitchen and back out front working the front, her back was towards everyone 95% of the time - totally flustered. It was almost sit-com-ish. The place is dingy and dirty looking which you notice while waiting the extra time for your called in order. Anyway - they clearly need more staff - at minimum someone who stays in the front of the house. Just seems very unorganized and unprofessional. Oh, and “cash is preferred due to slow WiFi” OK 😉😂

I looove the crispy shrimp with walnuts it’s like the Panda Express honey walnut shrimp but 100% better. They are always super nice and food is always good. I just wish they delivered but that’s my only complaint!
