Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in New Orleans
The food was sloppy and distasteful. I can tell it was thrown together. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER eat here and NEVER recommend anyone here EVER. The fact that my fiance spent almost 40.00 for this nasty stuff is diabolical đ

I called in & placed an order for pickup to save time. Upon getting there I am told to wait as the food will âsoon be readyâ & i basically had to wait for 10 mins as the food was prepared & wasnât already made. Imagine my surprise when the food came out & wasnât what I ordered, I ordered the General Tso & got sweet & sour chicken. Please, does this look like General Tso to anyone?!
The food was bad but the service was good. She asked if everything was good and I was very honest in telling her no, and that we didnât want a to go box. She didnât offer to compensate our meal or if there was something else we would like instead. I have to leave an honest review, donât go here. I donât know how people eat this stuff. The sweet and sour chicken looked like Tyson chicken nuggets drenched in sauce. My chicken was supposed to be deep fried but the fried part was kinda gritty. I didnât want to eat more because I thought I would get food poisoning. Also the wontons were not good either. The spite didnât have enough syrup, the rice wasnât soft and was a bit crunchy. It was overall a bad experience.

This was my first time ordering from here since they reopened after Katrina. I ordered takeout a few nights ago and was not at all disappointed. My classic is mandarin chicken, and it was so delicious. The rice was soft with quite a few shrimp. Shrimp toast too - very fresh and flavorful. Iâll be back!
We visited 5 times since they recently opened. Every time was 5+ stars. Very fresh food and flavor beats all of the other restaurants. One issue is the limited bar selection. Totally auesome!
