First time trying this establishment and thought it would be pretty good as the line was from the start to the end of the food court aisle. I ordered the bourbon chicken and fried rice. The meal started out pretty good, rice was bland but fresh as was the chicken. As I finished a small portion of the chicken at the bottom of my container there was something white which I initially assumed was egg whites from the rice. As I picked it up I noticed it was a small piece of already chewed gum. Disgusted and immediately sick to my stomach I spit everything I had just eaten into a napkin. Returned to the register and requested to speak with the manager in which an older gentleman approached and I explained to him what was found in my meal and he examined it and asked well what can I do for you? I said well, I can't eat it. He asked if I wanted my money back in which I agreed of course. There was not even an apology, and even the look of anger that he had to return my money. Well sir, think of how I felt knowing I had just eaten chicken with someone's gum and saliva soaking in the same sauce. I will NEVER eat here again, and will caution any and everyone to check their food from here and any establishment thoroughly.
This place will probably outlast the apocalypse. Jefferson Mall would not still be in operation if not for this establishment. There is almost always a line of people. Even with their prices rising over the years, it's still a better deal quantity wise than any fast food around the area. The only negative is that it's in the food court, so you never know the number of people that will be around.

Disappointed 😞 I certainly expected to recieve my meal the way its advertised on the picture in the restaurant. Instead I got some cut up meat, I could not recognize. The flavor of the meat was good but, meat so hard I couldn't chew it. Rice was bland.
I really enjoyed my take out. My order came out exactly how I wanted. The restaurant itself was very clean.

This used to be a place that I would love to come and eat at. There ain't that many Chinese places left that I like, and unfortunately, this place isn't one of them anymore. I haven't been here in years and decided to get a small plate before leaving. I got here not long after they had open, and it definitely looked like the food was reheated from the day before. Nothing didn't taste fresh, and the wannabe sweet and sour sauce was horrible! I ended up getting food poisoning and couldn't stay out of the bathroom. I highly don't recommend them. Since then, I have been staying away from any Chinese food at this point.
It’s mall Chinese food. It’s okay and tastes just like any other Chinese food you would get from anywhere else. Smallest portion starts at $10 and goes up from there. Workers don’t try to get in your way as much but I noticed that their styrofoam plates and cups are kinda dirty though from god knows how long they’ve been sitting there collecting dust and whatnot. Just wished that they could be a lot cleaner though but other than that they’re great if you want to leave full and happy.
