Panda Express
We were greeted very nicely and welcomed in. We were offered samples for my child and not pressured to order quickly. They were not annoyed with how long we were taking to decide. The food all tasted fresh even after lunch rush and everything seemed very clean and orderly. The manager Mary M runs a well-oiled restaurant you can tell! We will be back for sure and tell our friends! The location is also a plus being right off 503.
A little too expensive for what it is. I got the firecracker steak and shrimp as a medium entree. I wish the dish was more flavorful. It's mostly just spicy and salty. I got the mango guava drink which was alright, a little darker than it is in the promo photos. It tastes like that tropical trident layers gum. The restaurant itself had plenty of seating and was clean. The staff was friendly.
Four Seasons Diner
An average chinese eatery. I do not recommend scallion pancake and xiaolongbao (steam dumpling) which taste bland. Their soy milk come without sugar so you have to add sugar to own preference which still taste awful.
This place is amazing!!!! It is a very authentic Taiwanese restaurant! The soup dumplings were so juicy and tasted so good. The wrappers were so thin and I could see the soup inside. The beef pancake was also yummy and authentic. The spicy mix beef tendons, pig ears, pig stomach, and pressed tofu was amazingly impressive. With just the perfect heat from the spicy oil and balanced with the sweet dark vinegar, everything in this dish was delicious. I wish my friend and I could eat more, because we wanted to order more food from the menu. We will definitely go back when we go to Vegas next time. The staffs there were super friendly too. we were so glad that we were able to speak in Mandarin with the staffs there.
Pei Wei
There was a 20 minute wait that the cashier informed me of BEFORE ordering which I LOVED. At that point, I was able to choose if I was able to wait. The gentleman who was the cashier was pleasant and friendly. The food was hot and tasted fresh. The fried rice could've used some salt but nothing the soy sauce packets couldn't fix! Wasn't half bad for airport food.
This is the second Pei Wei I have been in. Great food, fast, friendly service. I had the Mongolian Beef and an egg roll. Awesome! Hot, fresh and fast. This Pei Wei is inside the Kas Vegas airport, Harry Reid International. Located by C 19 gate.
Pan Asian Express - MGM Food Court
The food was dry and everything tasted like soy sauce, even the orange chicken. The dumplings were so dry they were barely chewable.
Around 11 AM, I visited a restaurant and asked if the food was freshly cooked this morning, as it seemed like leftovers from the previous day. The staff assured me it was freshly prepared in the morning. I ordered fried rice and Kung Pao chicken. The chicken was dry, the vegetables were soggy, and the fried rice was bland and dry. I ended up taking only a few bites and throwing it away. This is a restaurant I would never recommend.
China One
One of the joys of dining is just stopping at an unknown, out-of-the-way Chinese restaurant and suddenly having a memorable meal. This is certainly true of China One. The food is spectacular. Take the cashew chicken. The dish was studded with juicy slices of white meat, flavorful and pearly. The celery and carrots were crunchy. The chow mein featured tasty noodles I couldn't stop slurping. And the fried rice was crispy and smushy all at once. I watched the chef prepare the food. Flames flared over the wok as he deftly kept everything under control. Of course there is no atmosphere and little to know decoration. It actually looks like eateries IN China. The real negative is the staff. Maybe it's cultural, but they were cold to the point of rude. Prices are affordable. Lunch specials are a steal. You can have a full meal for $10 or less. If you can stomach the difficulty of getting by the staff, this is a terrific place to eat. The tastiness of the food is worth it!
Like all other reviews cashier girl is rude and unwelcoming. Got the pepper steak, the beef texture was not correct at all. Seems like the beef was wet, soggy and slimy not steak texture. Couldn’t even get through eating a few bites. Offered it to my partner he also stated he’s never had experienced that texture before.
Pick Up Stix
Service was quick as there wasn’t a line when I went around 2pm. Had the two dishes option with Asian noodles. Pro- the orange chicken was quite tasty. Con- noodles a little too greasy and had 2/3 pieces of beef only for the beef and broccoli dish. Overall not a bad experience first time eating Asian fast food in America and would possibly visit again and perhaps try some other dishes or have orange chicken again ☺️
Its Vegas. Fatburger wants $21 for one single burger?!?! The kid working there when i went was super cool. Food was actually better than many pick up stix ive been too recently..
Pick Up Stix
This man needs to get spoke to he gave such a big attitude to me and the other costumers in front of me he is an African American with a tattoo dreads and mid 20’s he really needs to get a reality check also very slow almost like this man was high!!! I’m not one to put a bad review but he really needs to get his attitude checked I don’t want no one else getting this type of bad costumer service seriously!!! Also FOOD he gave me a horrible portion i really wanted to like this meal since it was 15 DOLLARS !!! Horrible taste for the price please pick the Burger King or Popeyes !!! Food looks horrible!! The hell is this 🤢🤢
Delicious fresh food. Reasonable prices. Large portions. Friendly employees. Located in the food court at Circus Circus Hotel.
Lanai Express at Fremont Casino
Located in the Fremont Hotel, and while it's budget-friendly, it felt very reminiscent of fast-food chains like Panda Express. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed; the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Instead of opting for the noodles or fried rice, I went with white rice, General Tso's chicken, and beef and broccoli. Sadly, I found the flavors lacking, and the food wasn't served hot enough for my taste. I've had breakfast here before, and it was decent, so I think if you stick to options like burgers, chicken dishes, or breakfast sandwiches and burritos, you might have a better experience. Overall, if you're looking for a quick and affordable meal, Lanai Express might fit the bill, but be prepared for a casual fast-food vibe. Extra star for the service!
Spent $16 on a cheese steak that is dripping oil. The bun is soggy and it took them forever to bring out. I am severely disappointed and expected better.
Panda Express
Mercedes provided great customer service today!!! She was very patient and helped me download the app so that I could enjoy my rewards with Panda Express. The food was fresh and very very filling, satisfying and tasty. The price was PERFECT with my app and first time user discounts. Kudos to Mercedes for making my visit today a TaylorMade Experience!!!
It's bad enough the food seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time because the orange chicken was really hard and there were parts in the rice that were in hard dry clumps. To make matters worse there was this long pointy stem in the chicken and I was close to swallowing it! Definitely not worth eating there again and I'd recommend going elsewhere!
Panda Express
Bug in my white rice. I honestly have no words. I’m scared of bugs as is and to find it in my food is beyond belief. This is a health hazard. I can’t eat Panda Express anymore I’m traumatized
Order “chow mien” but receive no noodles, just vegetables. Order was placed around 8:30pm, a hour and a half before closing. Poor quality, no reason this should’ve been served.
Chef Jet
I think Chef Jet has either been unfairly/harshly reviewed in the past or they've improved things. This was my first time giving them a try and would certainly go back! My initial look at the simple offerings made me hesitant to order, but I was offered a sample. Sam (I believe the manager) said he was training new employees and that the fried rice was off. They were able to get a fresh batch, but it still wasn't great IMO. The noodles were only ok as well, but the white rice was good. Both the chicken and the beef had good flavor and texture. The mongolian beef was so so spicy though that it made me profusely sweat while eating it! Both my husband and I prefer the Teriyaki chicken. The green beans were excellent! Sam provided exceptional service even though he was swamped with work to do. Good sized portions for the price point.
Over cooked rice and noodles Raw vegetables in noodles it looks like it was just put in and let the steam cook it down I think that how you gotten over cooked rice and noodles , came with side vegetables that’s it’s cooked down no crunch to it the amount of food per serving hides the fact it’s over cooked. You can’t seem to argue because the amount given it’s spicy , oily staff is warm Kind friendly I think the positive note was the amount of food for someone who don’t much care about the the quality of food . Food is just food I think it’s ok to sell it for less that price to have to in a casino to serve us over cooked food tastes ok not the grates
Pan Asian Express
Sandra, thank you for your outstanding customer service and welcoming Smile! I appreciate good customer service. Orange chicken was tasteful and filling, exactly what I needed on the go!
This place is in the basement of Horseshoe but they didn’t take the ceasar rewards card. They have a lot of options and quantity was decent compared to other Vegas restaurants. Food was cooked and left out so some of them was already cold. Speaking of the food, it’s quite ok although not very good. Drinks are very expensive.
