China Wok
**UPDATE FROM 10 MONTHS AGO: PLEASE SEE BELOW** My buddies had eaten the food here before and raved about how amazing it was. So I decided to order the general Tso chicken combo and seafood soup. The delivery went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised how amazing everything tasted. The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The fried rice wasn’t greasy or dry like the other Chinese restaurants I've visited, and the combo even included a crispy egg roll. It's hands down the best egg roll I've ever tasted, generously sized and paired perfectly with duck sauce. I've never been this satisfied with Chinese food. Having indulged in Chinese food for years, I have to say, this place felt like the real deal. The authenticity of the flavors set it apart from the rest, making it a standout choice for genuine Chinese cuisine. Moreover, the freshness of their food was noticeable, and the portions were so generous that I felt extremely full after the meal. It's evident they prioritize quality, making the dining experience truly satisfying. This place is definitely worth trying and deserves a lot of love. **UPDATE FROM 11/30/2024:** I ordered two servings of the Baby Fried Shrimp, and unfortunately, both came with the ”poop trails” still intact. After eating them, I started feeling sick, and I’ve had stomach pain since. This experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this dish based on the quality I received. While the rest of the food my friends ordered was fine, the dish I ordered posed a food safety risk. Because of this, I’m adjusting my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars.
Traveled 30 minutes to come try this location and it was definitely worth the drive. The food was fresh, hot and super delicious. It reminded me of the Chinese food back home in Colorado which I crave constantly living out here in Miami but couldn’t find a good location till now. The lunch specials are super tasty, inexpensive ranging around $9.35 and choice of soup, soda or egg roll. (Got sesame chicken & beef broccoli combo) 10pc Krab Ragoons for $8.50 is a steal. Triple delight was not apart of the lunch special but it was $17.50 with rice on the side. Will definitely be driving over here more often. (Prices can change, pricing was available when visiting the location 9/16/2024)
Dragon Inn
I stopped in for lunch. The food was good and the quality was better than most of the other Chinese restaurants in town. The lunch special is a great deal. Very inexpensive.
Went a couple weeks ago. Great setting and atmosphere here. Staff were very friendly, our server very very quick and a bit caught off guard when we didn't just speak our orders at him, but asked how he was doing; probably used to people not being too chatty. Loved going here on a date, and my dad's recommendation from coming here years ago. The food was good. Got General Tso's chicken and vegetable lo mein. The food was good, but it was the kind of good you find at a Chinese buffet, which is to say that it seemed to have substituted a lot of nuanced and diverse flavors of traditional Chinese food for the kinda of cooking that just makes everything really tasty, but the same. The crab rangoons were very good! All in all, give it a shot. Definitely worth it. It's located in a cute little town area that's great for walking around in.
