I ordered pickup. A family member is currently in the hospital. It takes around ten minutes just to walk through the hospital and through the parking garage. I was already exhausted, but decided to do pickup. I got there and they had me my food, but no soda. I had to ask for my sis. I get back to the hospital and sit down to eat when I find that part of my order is missing. In order to either get the rest of the food or get a partial refund, I had to go all the way back there with my receipt to prove that I ordered the food (which would have been in the system). My son had already started to eat his food, so I wasn't about to take it from him to take it back and show them that they shorted us. They should have just done a partial refund. Instead, they were rude. I won't order there again.

Bad service!! Latinos treating other Latinos horrible. Her name is Gloria. The food was bad, when we made a complaint they got mad. Gloria was really rude.
